I am having the same issue with Ovation. Sitehas clamshell printers, runnning Coppak 6.00.05. We bypassed 4 cahnnel cat/ EC box to take it out of the equation, using a B&B connector. Replaced cable from B&B to Ruby. Wayne has logged files using Micrtap program. Said issue is with the Ruby. Wayne says the ruby print buffer is full then Miss Ruby moves on. Verifone says version 7.00.03 beta has the no printer reponse message removed and we should upgrade, no problem right? Oh wait 7.003b is Sapphire only and I have a Ruby only site. Just sell them a Sapphire to fix their pump printer right? Wrong! Customer has 6 other sites with the same configuration and has no issues like this one.
Any help would be appreciated.

If I have a customer that has WIC and non-WIC purchases, it has to be two seperate transactions, all WIC items only, and use a MOP named WIC (not neccessary, but usefull).
