SMS report error

Windows reload, I messed with that problem a year or so ago. Never did get it fixed until a reload on the old laptop. I even dropped a dime to Verifone I couldn't get it resolved. You can still view those reports if you dig into the SMS directory and find the report cache, it just doesn't pop 'em open while in SMS. If someone else did find a fix other than a reload let us know!

Who has the Security drop tube inserts?

I am looking to get information about the security insert for the drop tubes that goes inline with the product tube and not the tank commander from CompX. If you spot this please resend me an email. My old Laptop died and all my emails are gone. Thanks.

If I remember correctly when a card is turned on in the ruby but not on the network end it causes the system to request a PDL anytime it is used. I could be wrong but it seems like I have had this happen before. Thus since Buypass doesn't have it flagged for a download you get the pdl error.

I have a Cisco 851 Router that we use for Sapphires that was reset to cisco factory default. Is there any way to get the Verifone Petro Config back on it?

Calibration

Anyone know what CA Weights and Measures Threshold is when they check meter calibration.

For customers who think calibration checks by the Weights and Measures Inspectors is good enough, what are the reasons they should pay a service contractor for regular meter calibration checks and adjustments? About how often would you recommend checking calibration at a busy service station?
