Hi Guys,
First of all I have to tell you that I hated most of the dresses, hair and make up. For me it was like a disaster. Of course this is my idea. Magazines and some web pages chose some horrible dressed people best dressed of the night so I don't know what to say:)) But here you'll see what I thought of the night:)

Tabii bu benim fikrim cunku bence hic guzel olmayan bircok kiyafet dergilerde internet sitelerinde en iyi kiyafet filan secilmis problem hangimizde anlayamadim:)) O yuzden ben sadece kendi gorusumu belirtecegim:))

SEPHORA INCIDENT

You guys know that I usually write about the things that I like, I rarely write about unhappy events:) But I feel I have to write about this. First of all as a loyal customer I feel the need to point out the mistake of a huge company.

I mean living in France for 11 years now, I know that customer service or customer happiness are not the things that they really care about (and yes grinchy waiter cliché is actually a truth) but as an international company I was expecting more than this.

I purchased 3 nail polishes Chanel June, April and Coco Blue on 25/3 online. I never received the parcel. I called them on 20/4 to have an information. They told me that I have to wait 15 days more because they will get in touch with the post office and "mener une enquette". oh lala guys when I heard this word I knew form the experience that this will take looong time! Yesterday I called them back. Nothing was done! Customer service asked me to send an envelope to them with a paper writing that I didn't receive anything, swear on my honor that I didn't receive anything!!! with my ID. Are you kidding me! and wait for more 15 OPEN days! I wanted to be reimboursed! Not possible! I should send the same stuff to be reimboursed also. No help! Nothing! They talk about procedures!

I don't go to Sephora or any beauty stuff for that matter to "prendre la tete" to put more stress on me (there is already enough stress in life) I go there to relax, to have fun! But apparently even shopping IS A TOTAL ADMINISTRATION in here.

So I tweeted to SephoraFr. But unfortunately contrary to other countries Sephorafr just make RT of the nice stuff that are written about them. So this did not work either!

Not receiving a purchase is not happening for the first time to me. With amazon.uk and amazon.com I ordered some books online never received and the moment I emailed them about the matter they sent me believing in MY word the books immediately. That's why amazon is a huge company and I'm happy to purchase from them.

I once ordered a package from Liz Earle and didn't receive anything. I emailed them and I was sent a sorry note with my parcel not even questioning once.

Because these companies believe in their customers and they don't think for only passing today. Today Sephora is not sending anything and I'm waithing for 1 and half months for 3 nail polishes. Losing a customer is apparently NOT a problem for them.

25/3/2012 tarihinden beri uc tane oje icin bekliyorum. 20 Nisan'da Alo bizim ojelere ne oldu diye bir aradim. 15 gun bekleyin bu surecte biz anket baslatacagiz postaneyle ilgili filan diyince bu isin coook uzun surecegini anlamistim zaten. Bekle bekle hala ortada yok dun gene aradim. Efendim onurum ustune yemin edecekmisim yazili olarak gelmedi bana diye mektupla gonderecekmisim bunu! Yuh uc tane oje icin onurum ustune yemin edecegim gunleri de gorecekmisim demek. Ve bir dakika bu sekilde de hallolmuyor daha 15 isgunu de bekleyecekmisim anketleri devam edecekmis! Istemiyorum urunleri kredi kartima odemis oldugum miktari gonderin dedim. O da olmadi. Gene onurum ustune yemin ederek 15 gun daha beklemem lazimmis!

Baktim her seferinde oldugu gibi bu insanlar benim sinirlerimi tepeme cikartacak artik tecrubeliyim kapattim telefonu ve olayi kaderine biraktim yoksa bu insanlar kendilerini bile hakli cikartmaya calisirlar.

Daha once de amazon.uk ve amazon.com'la basima postane ile ilgili sorun sebebiyle boyle seyler geldi. Ama elime ulasmadigini mailledigim gunden iki gun sonra sorgusuz sualsiz kitaplarimi gonderdiler. Aadamlar gunluk dusunmuyor tabii o yuzden bu kadar musterileri var bu kadar buyuk bir sirket oldular. Amazonla yaptigim her alisveristen memnun kalmisimdir zaten.

Sephora icin musterisini kaybetmek onemli degilse benim icin hiiic onemli degil. Artik bir tek sirkete mecbur oldugumuz gunler coktan geride kaldi. Onlar dusunsun ben napim!

Bu arada SephoraFr twitterda da var onlara da durumu yazdim ama hiicc tinnn! Ancak Sephora'yla ilgili guzel seyleri RT edip duruyor. Yapilacak birsey yok uc kiytirik oje icin bekle dur:)) Eee napalim burasi Fransa hersey administrasyon, prosedur, kanun. Dusunmek mi? Kimin ihtiyaci var ki???

Well, I must say I'm excited. I love Marc Jacobs. A huuuge deception for me! I always comment about the stuff that I like but today is for my not so happy face is with you guys:(

I mean Guerlain has always been that quality brand with brand new things. Great reputation with skin care products and fragrances but this time... They came with a very common, already tested, tried by another brand (Lolita Lempicka)

I must admit marketing and packaging and the parties looked great. The name is there. One of the most important things in woman's closet, The Little Black Dress... They make you dream about something nice and sexy and cool at the same time. The bottle looks fantactic! But the fragrance smells: THAT'S NOT NEW! WE USED THIS and I must admit liked this with another brand years ago...

I can't understand why they did something like that. This is Guerlain for God's sake not a dupe brand that you find in Carrefour deodorant section! Did you try the fragrance? What did you think about it?

I hope the new week is treating you well:) I never say "No" to making sports. I think I love all kinds of sports. But sometimes in winter we feel like doing less activity. Since Spring has arrived and the sun is up, I wanted to see the new sports shoes, gym clothes.

Later on we went to a restaurant and ate some stuff with lots of calories! I know it's ironic! but hey it's weekend! When we came back home I saw that Sephora sent 20% discount card. I think that was pretty good news since I wanted to try some new things like Guerlain's new fragrance La Petite Robe Noir - Little Black Dress. I also got Chanel June and Chanel April.

I bought my iPhone a new dress,too:) Juliette had her part in this shopping trip. She has her new Hello Kitty hairclips:) Well, of course she is always trying to take them off and put in her mouth!

When I was at high school I had one big board that covered one of the walls of my room. What was on it those days? 9 1/2 Weeks sexy Mickey Rourke,some stuff I took from my magazines, things I wanted to buy,wear,some photos of my family, friends, some of my photos, oh everything about NY... There were photos of Gabriella Sabatini, I used to play tennis and I wanted a backhand like hers:)))) I had that board until I left the house and had my own:) Photos and stuff in the years of course. Later I had a big notebook that I collected everything I liked:) Then there is Springpad. I like using it:) And now there is Pinterest:) After discovering it I was just checking the photos and other things in the beginning then I started having my own account and started pinning:) I am really into it and it's an amazing place. Not only it helps me gather ideas but also it relaxes me,too. How did I have my account?

Many brands are making such beautiful stuff for the babies and the kids:) I mean I want to purchase all of them:) Babies and kids look so sweet in these outfits:) By the way Juliette just wore some new outfits today: A skirt, pink blouse nice tights and everything. I just wanted to take a photo and send it to my family and friends and put some photos here. My camera wasn't charged. I said to myself there's no hurry we'll just take her photos after lunch. Big mistake guys big mistake! The beautiful pink blouse and the beautiful tights are covered with chicken soup and I have to change her clothes! So what did we learn here: Take the photo of your kid just after they wear their outfits:) Don't wait!

Cocuk markalari da yerlerinde durmuyor harika seyler yapiyorlar. Hepsini almak istiyor insan. Kiyafetlerle de oyle tatli oluyorlar ki:) Buyumus de kuculmus gibi bayilmamak elde degil. Bugun Juliette de yeni bir kiyafet giymisti hem bloga koyayim hem de bizimkilere gondereyim diye giydirdim ettim. Fotograf makinamin sarji bitmisti. Arkamdan atli kovalamiyor ya yemekten sonra koyarim dedim. Pembe bluz, kahverengi plili etek ve aslan mi kedi mi oyle biseyi olan coraplari vardi. Yemekten sonra corap be bluz tavuk corbasi oldu! Cekmeye luzum da kalmadi!!! Bundan alinan ders: Cocugun fotografini cekeceksen giydirir giydirmez cek, kiyafetin basina ne gelecegi belli olmaz!

Between all those dresses and make up choices if I were to chose one and go to the Oscars I would definitely wear her coral dress and take her pink bag:) The make up is sublime and she looks divine. For a long time now I want to have this type of pixie hair cut but I don't know when I will find the courage:)) I think she is shining more than the ladies who are playing sexy and posing the exact same way for every event.

CELEBRATION OF THE FIRST TOOTH/ DIS BUGDAYI

Hi Guys!

Sunday we celebrated the first tooth of Juliette. In my home country having a baby brings lots of festivities. Well, I must tell all of them maybe in another post but let me tell you that arrival of the first tooth is important:) This is a very old Anatolian tradition. You prepare a desert with wheat, raisin, abricots... Wheat here is the symbol of fruitfulness. Then you prepare tooth shaped cookies:) Well, after you can prepare whatever you want for your guests:)

The rituel goes like this you put some objects on the floor and you let baby to choose one of them. The object that she chooses shows her/his future proffession:))) Juliette chose a luggage:)) So she will do something that needs traveling:)) Well, that's all I know about this tradition:)) It's fun:))

BABY HELMET: OH, YES IT DOES EXIST:)))

For some months now I started to see litte Juliette as A HEAD! What does this mean? Well, hear this voice everyday every minute you will understand me: BONNGG BONNGG! Well, she moves and hits that head! My heart was burning really. So I discovered the baby helmet! This is also for babies who just started walking. Juliette isn't walking yet but she is a wild kid! I puchased it quickly and now falling on the toys, falling anywhere doesn't bother her ( and me) anymore. In the beginning it seemed like : Am I being a too much a cautious mom? But belive me I'm not and this really helped me:)

Birkac aydir Juliette'i sadece KAFA olarak gormeye basladim:))) Ne demek istiyorsun derseniz soyle anlatayim:) Butun gun BONNGG diye bir kafa carpma sesi duymak beni boyle yapti. Cocuk vahsi anacim:)) Oyuncaklarinin ustune dusuyor BONNG! Emeklemeye calisiyor yatakta BONGG! Yeter kalbim dayanmiyor derken bunu kesfettim: Bebek kaski:) Sabah uyanir uyanmaz takiyorum. Once tabii cikartmaya calisiyor ama bir sekilde tutuyorum kafasinda. Yurumeye baslayan cocuklar icin de idealmis:) Valla tavsiye ederim:)
