Avon have announced today that President Elizabeth Smith has made the decision to leave the company effective October 30, 2009, to pursue her long-time leadership aspiration to be a chief executive officer. Avon said Ms. Smith made this decision following a highly successful five-year career with the company, during which she played an instrumental role in repositioning the business for long-term sustainable growth.

Heidi Klum sues German trader for selling her fragrances cheaply on internet

German supermodel is suing an unnamed German trader for selling her perfumes cheaply on eBay, the Daily Star reports. According to reports Klum, whose fragrances are made by LR Health & Beauty Systems, is "asking judges in Germany to award her compensation because she claims the trader is cheapening her name by selling her brand cut-price on eBay without a licence."
