Whipple, former Chief Operating Officer of Hill Holliday, has joined the company&#x2019;s board of directors. Whipple brings to PermissionTV&#x2019;s board more than 20 years&#x2019; experience in leading some of the nation&#x2019;s most prestigious advertising, marketing services and technology consulting firms.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Whipple served as COO of Hill Holliday, a premier national advertising and marketing firm from 2004 to 2009. During his tenure, the firm successfully executed its turnaround strategy by exceeding its annual revenue plan through new account wins and organic growth. Prior to Hill Holliday, Whipple was Managing Director, Northeast Region, for Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC), a Fortune 500 global technology services company. Before joining CSC, Whipple was SVP, Managing Director for Rapp Collins Worldwide, one of the world&#x2019;s largest direct marketing agencies.&lt;/p&gt;
