<p>If you’re into bodybuilding like me, you’re going to enjoy going to the gym more often because I’m going to share my secret with you – every gym has a personal trainer. My personal bodybuilding coach is Ramil and he’s a champion bodybuilder too. He and his wife have won so many bodybuilding competitions, I’ve lost count.</p>
<p>Their trophies are displayed right behind his desk where he himself entertains his regular customers like me. Their pictures are plastered across the walls but in a nondescript way. That’s how humble they are. Schwarzeneger has more posters than Ramil and Jackie but in my opinion, they are better role models simply because they make my dreams real and attainable.</p>

They only worked with people who had the time and money to spend on what was considered a luxury. These days, however, almost everybody has access to a personal trainer. All you have to do is step into a gym; ask for their resident trainer and viola! You’ve got one.</p>
<p>Well, not everyone can step into a gym any day of the week. The thing is it’s much easier to avail of their services now compared to a decade ago. These days, you can enrol into a boot camp and lose that excess weight fast with the help of competent trainers.</p>
<p>I like going to my gym. I enjoy working out. I especially like training with my coach, my personal trainer, Jesse. He keeps me motivated even when I’m tired or stressed from work. Once I step into that gym and I see Jesse’s smiling face, I feel so much better. The adrenaline rushes through my body and I’m ready to lift weights just like that.</p>
<p>I used to weigh 100 kg. I’m not kidding! But now I’m down 16 kg and my weight keeps going down. I don’t even rely on crash diets which can be quite dangerous. I eat what I want and still keep the weight down. All I do is trust in Jesse. He knows me and he serves me well. I don’t even have to spend millions per year. All I have to do is show up and he helps me with my reps.</p>
<p>I’m also into sports. Jesse doesn’t just give me advice at the gym; he shows me how to live an active lifestyle. I joined a local rugby league and play a little soccer now and then. I love swimming – to the point that whenever I skip swimming for just one week I feel like something is lacking. I love biking and jogging too.</p>
<p>Jesse also teaches me what to eat. I used to dislike veggies but now I say yes whenever the waiter asks if I want second helpings of their salad. I say the same thing to my wife too and she loves it when I compliment her cooking. So you see, having a personal trainer isn’t impossible and it could be the best decision you make in your life.</p>

<li>You can also set up your own business but it requires: choosing a business entity, choosing a business name, registering your company, getting liability insurance, setting up your gym, and targeting potential clients, and marketing yourself.</li>
