This is just a reminder that we will not be shipping orders from 2/28/2012 to 3/06/2011. All orders placed during this time will be shipped when we come back on 3/07/2012.   Your estimated shipping times should still reflect the correct time frame that your order will arrive.  Returns and exchanges will be delayed/held until we return as well.  We should still have limited access to email during this time which will be checked every so often to answer your questions.

Why are we not shipping you ask?

Once again, we will be attending the Global Pet Expo in Orlando Florida! This is the biggest international pet industry trade show of the season and we are honored to be able to attend again this year. 30,000 square feet of new and upcoming pet products for the new year!  These trade shows make up the latest and the greatest the industry has to offer! These shows are not open to the general public.  They allow pet companies like us from all over the globe to view first hand what new and innovative products will be available to offer our customers. This gives us the opportunity to pick and choose the best products to bring back to you!

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time that we are away. We hope to bring back many new products for you and your pet to enjoy! Wish us luck!

Even though we tried, we were unable to get the same brand back in production. We searched high and low for a similar scent and we have found that this is the only brand that carries this same delicious Sugar Cookie scent! We received many positive reviews and it was liked just as much as the previous brand. What’s even better is that it is now available in multiple sizes! 2.5oz, 8.5oz, and Gallon refill size (Gallon size is by special order. If interested in purchasing this size, please contact us).

This new brand also makes many other luxuriously delicious scents and we could not resist trying a few out! As many of you may already know, Hurricane Irene is heading our way to Long Island.  It is predicted to be one of the worst hurricanes we’ve had in a long time. We are taking every precaution to stay safe and protect our inventory from any disaster the storm wants to muster up.

Be advised that we may lose service during and after the hurricane and there is no telling if or how long power outages will occur.  Some areas in some eastern states are also experiencing mandatory evacuations.  Our website server is based in TX and should still be up and running for purchasing, however we may not have any means to process and ship orders, or reply to any questions or returns if any power outages occur or if we are forced to evacuate Long Island. 

So in conclusion, please be advised that there may be delays in shipments during and in the aftermath of the storm depending on it’s severity, and estimated delivery dates may not be accurate if an order is placed during an outage/evacuation period.

They are now discontinued.  The Chocolate Ugg Type Boots for Dogs will be in during late summer/darly Fall with all of our other pre-ordered items for the Fall season.
