Dubai Aerial – Downtown with Burj Khalifa

I published a lot of Dubai aerial shots, the most popular was this one. There are still left some shots in my archive, and I wanted to show one, that pulls more focus on the Burj Khalifa. In this image you have a magnificent view on the tower. Also I decided for a little different type of postprocessing and gave the picture some more color spots than the other aerial shots. Nevertheless the look stays still very surreal.

Beeindruckende Stadtlandschaften gibt es aktuell im Nürnberger Museum für Industriekultur zu sehen. Christian Höhn hat schon zahlreiche Megacities in aller Welt fotografiert, die aktuelle Ausstellung konzentriert sich auf sechs Megastädte Chinas. Die Ausstellung ist noch bis zum 19.Mai geöffnet und ein Besuch lohnt sich definitiv, schon alleine auf Grund der beeindruckenden Abbildungsgröße der Werke (ca. 2m Breite). Das passende Buch zum Projekt gibt es beim Verlag für moderne Kunst
