We’ve revamped our yoga program to bring you more powerful, flowy classes! Have no fear though as all these teachers are experienced with all skill sets and welcome anyone into their classes. Beginners or advanced alike will enjoy these new flowing classes. Here’s a list of all the changes, effective that first week of April:

1) Tuesdays at 6pm will now be power flow with Joanneh. Joanneh teaches an amazing flowing class and you’ll be happy to know you can practice with her on Wed/Fri mornings, Monday evenings, and now Tuesday evenings!

2) Wednesdays at 6pm will now be power flow with Emily. We’ve had the privelage to practice with Emily on the weekends but now can enjoy her class during the week! Visit Emily’s class for a fun, energetic spirit, and a great class to get your blood flowing!

3) Thursdays at 7:30pm will now be power flow with Michelle. Michelle is new to our program but brings with her tons of awesome experience. Her gentle spirit, amazing body cues, and beautiful practice make her classes a joy to attend. Come check her out on Thursdays!

4) Ben will no longer be teaching on Saturdays but will take over Annika’s class at 4pm on Sundays. Practiced with Ben or not, you will definitely enjoy this yogi’s gentle yet powerful style. Ben has years of teaching under his belt and welcomes any and all to his wonderful classes. Feel free to practice with him on Wednesday evenings and now on Sundays!

5) Lastly, we want to bring mat pilates to our program so we’ll be offering free classes to all members on April 22nd and 29th 11am-12pm. These demos are to gain interest for pilates on our regular schedule so if you’re interested please come to the demo classes and bring all your friends!

We hope you all enjoy the new changes for April. If you have any feedback or concerns please don’t hesitate to email me at lauren@planetgranite.com

A few schedule changes so here we go:

- Our Sunday evening teacher, Annika, will be taking a leave of absence starting this month. Her Sunday class will be subbed by Ben Dineen for the rest of this month and future class plans will be determined in April. We wish Annika well on her brief hiatus and welcome here back when she’s ready to return.

- Monday mornings with Joanneh have been cancelled. However, you can still practice with this awesome, powerful teacher on Monday evenings at 7:30pm or at her power flow morning classes Wed and Fri mornings at 6:45am.

There will be MANY yoga/fitness changes come April so stay tuned for more developments! Thank you. Namaste.

As a teacher I love being able to introduce this exquisite way of growth to those that I have the privilege of meeting.

I have experimented with different styles and have studied under a number of teachers who have touched me deeply. My personal journey has allowed me the honor of assisting and learning through my mentor, Lauren Slater, and I am so grateful for her unwavering belief in me. I hope to bring healing to your body and soul through an exploration of breathe, mind and and body awareness. My hands-on approach to adjusting is a way of connecting rather than and analyzing, so you may be lucky enough to enjoy some yoga massage while sweating your way through my class.

I teach a vinyasa flow class with strong emphasis on alignment and moving mindfully with your body. When we start to become familiar with our “quit points” is when growth and achievements begin to happen, the result being that you expand your practice on the mat and your inner light shines brighter. My mission to you is to do my best to be as inspiring as I have been inspired.
