<![endif]-->One of the ways you can improve your memory is to play a song or a tune in the background when you are trying to remember something difficult. By playing a tune or a song in the background, the auditory stimulation affects all parts of the brain and helps them to work in concert to be able to achieve a higher level of consciousness and thus improve mental functions like memory. The tune must be something you like and you can respond to, and studies have shown that especially with students, it helps them to remember entire volumes of data.

You can also take alot of vitamin B and some brain food which are available as supplementation at your local health care shop. Studies and science has shown that brain food and the appropriate vitamins can help anyone improve their memory because one of the aspects of proper supplementation is that it helps to reduce the deaths of brain cells within the neurons of the brain and thus improve over all memory and communication functions within the brain. You can get them at a store and ask your local pharmacist on some of the things you can take.

You can also join a club that would promote some sort of mental activity for you on a weekly basis. What this means is that you need to keep yourself mentally active, and if possible you need to join a club where your brain is stimulated much more than your body. Examples of this is the local Sudoku club or even one where topics of interest are discussed. A book club or a literary club is also one of them but importantly, it has to be one that you are interested in. It can even be a car club where you study new and interesting things about that old Morris Mariner.

Exercise and physical activity is also one of the ways that you can improve your memory and this is because of the chemical release and higher levels of adrenalin that occurs when you work out and increase your heart rate. Your brain is stimulated as well on different levels, and it increases the circulation to the brain and the lymphatic areas, which also help to flush out toxins that would otherwise contribute to brain cell death.

Last but not least, you need to get plenty of sleep. One of the ways that people do gain memory loss the quickest and easiest is when they do not get enough sleep. Sleep is when the brain rests and recuperates, and prepares itself for the next day. When you do not get enough sleep, your brain becomes dull and is not as sharp as it would be; which would make things like memory suffer in the long run.

As you can see, these are some of the areas that you can look at to help to overcome your memory loss and make you a better person overall. Follow the abovementioned tips, and you will have a higher chance of retaining your precious lifelong memories in the long run.

<![endif]-->Having a photographic memory is not something you can actually be born with. Some of us have a photographic memory and some of us do not. This is where the basis of evolution and generation genetic information come into play and the strength of our memories are dependent on these and maybe several other factors. But of course, there is no limit to this fact, as we can gain a photographic memory or something very close to it without too much of a struggle.

Yes, there are many programmes out there that help you to gain a photographic memory, but before you whip out your credit card and purchase a DVD or audio tape, you need to try your hand at some simple memory exercises you can do on your own in the comfort of where ever you are right now to improve your memory and give you an almost perfect one. Before all this, let us look at the causes of memory loss, and there are many things to dissect and bring across to the table. As the memory capacity of one person differs as you go from individual to individual, the different factors that do cause memory loss will have different degrees of effect, but they effect them nonetheless. One of these is hypertension.

Another is excessive alcoholism, which contributes to the brain cell deaths that would already be naturally occurring within the cortex and the neurons of the brain. People with thyroid problems would also be prone to memory loss as those who are prone to depression and emotional problems. One of the biggest and most common contributing factor of memory loss is stress, and all of us, at any one point of our lives, would feel the heavy hand of stress upon our backs and our minds, so we need to be wary.

Now, we can discuss some of the memory exercises you can perform in your free time so that your memory will improve as time goes by. One of them is mental focus, and this can be achieved by breathing exercises that allow you to reduce the heartbeat and focus the mind. Once you are able to achieve this on a daily basis, your memory and thought processes will improve. Yoga is a good way to do this.

The other way is called repetition, in which you repeat some of the things that you are most prone to forget to yourself and you increase this list on a daily basis. Another thing you can do is associations. Making mental associations and imagery to the aspects of your life that you always forget can be some of the mental exercises that will release your memory from the trenches of forgetfulness and give you a much more photographic memory. These are some of the mental exercises you can do which might give you the solution to a photographic memory. Practice them every day and you might find yourself at the top of the memory game in no time at all.

<![endif]-->Mind stimulation is one of the best ways that you can improve your memory in the long run, and this is something you need to do on a daily basis. One of the main reasons why people do suffer from long term memory loss is because they allow themselves to be imprisoned by their mundane and sometimes monotonous life. This can sometimes be because of the sort of jobs they are holding, or even because of their very own lifestyle.

The culture that they are exposed to at home and at work is very important because it can lead them to become someone who is prone to memory loss. Once the mind finds no stimulation at all, then there is a problem, and to overcome and improve memory, you need to have some sort of mental stimulation. This can be in the simplest form of a crossword puzzle or even something as unconventional as a video game.

The second tip, and one of the best ways that science has proven to aid in long term memory loss is learning a new language. Learning a new language is not just a mental activity that stimulates the memory, it forces it to be in a state where it has to remember all the time, because you are learning a new language. If your brain has been stuck in a state of mental complacency and forgetfulness for a long time, then learning a new skill like a new language will mould it into a shape and stimulate the correct neurons to be able for it to remember much better.

Once you are in the habit of remembering things to learn and things to remember, this will be applied to everything else in your life. This has been proven in neuropsychological tests all over the world and is becoming part of mental therapy to help people with serious memory loss. It can also be the solution that aids you from getting permanent memory loss, especially in your old age.

Last but not least, one of the best ways for you to do so is to take brain food. One of the neuro-scientific causes that has been proven to contribute to memory loss is the death of brain cells in the brain, more specifically, within the billions of neurons in the cortex. Brain food, supplementation and the correct vitamins will stave this off and you need to start early, because science has proven that the death of the brain cells can start as early as the high 20’s and the early 30’s. Vitamin B and the complex B vitamins have been found particularly good with staving off memory retardation.

So, these are some of the ways on how to improve memory in the long run, and you need to be able to know how to do this. There are some great guide books out there with specific methodologies and advice, within these categories on how you can improve your memory for life. Why lose all the precious memories of your life? Start taking the necessary measures to improve your memory for the long run today.

<![endif]-->Now there is plenty of reason to celebrate for those of you out there who have been suffering from a poor memory, regardless of your age. You do not have to be stuck in that situation where you are constantly suffering from poor memory relapse, where your social and professional life suffers because of your poor memory. Here are some quick and easy steps for you to improve your memory. Even if it is simple forgetfulness, where you have misplaced a household item or forgotten that bank account number that you have had for years, there are so many ways that can help you to overcome the problems of memory loss.

One of the ways that has been gaining quite a bit of popularity is the ;state of mind; syndrome, in which that therapist regress the mind from believing that their memory loss is attributed to some sort of mental disease that they have. Once you resign yourself to this fact, your mind will slip into a state of regressive acceptance and that will only compound your short term or long term memory loss troubles, so you need to use your own will power and make yourself remember sometimes.

Do not accept the fact that you are forgetful but constantly remind yourself that you need to be more sharp, more alert and thus remember the things you need to remember for your own good. Also, some people have found great success when they start making lists around their lives and associate these lists with thinking and memory. There is also much to be said for challenging yourself and playing games with your memory by trying to remember things on your list on a daily basis,

Once you are able to stimulate your mind on a daily basis to remember, the retaining power of the mind will be that much higher. Studies have also shown that imagery and association are some of the best ways for you to remember things. This has been proven quite extensively why kids and students who use ludicrous associations when trying to remember facts and figures from a textbook. By adding scenarios and sometimes by making their text into a song, they are able to better remember the things they should remember and thus pass their exams with flying colours.

Constantly stimulate your mind, that is the most important and look into the areas of your life that is slipping your brain into a level of complacency. For example, if your job is mundane and monotonous, bring along a crossword puzzle or even engage in some dialogue with your co workers on things that are separate from your job. Keep the mind active, and you will see a marked improvement on your memory.

These are just some of the ways you can improve your memory the quick and easy way, and as you can see, it is just a combination of self-determination and activity – the key ingredients anyone would need. If you’re dedicated enough and willing to put the effort, you can beat memory loss, and quite easily so.

<![endif]-->For a lot of people out there, there is no stopping memory loss once they start to mature in their age, and this becomes even more noticeable as they slip past the ages of 40 and get well into their 50’s. The thing is, the science behind this is so advanced that the patterns of age related short term memory loss can be detected sometimes as early as the 20’s and the 30’s of the particular individual, and this is achieved through the use of neuropsychological testing in the environment of a hospital. Of course, you need to be aware that this sort of pattern is commonly found within the family, and if you have both and all grandparents or relatives beyond the ages of 50 who have been suffering from short term memory loss.

The thing is, this is common for everyone, it is just the different degrees in which memory and other mental and physical faculties’ sort of degenerate as age catches up with us. You can compare this quite easily to things like physical and athletic abilities, which peaks around adulthood and slowly slips away when we reach our mature years. However, science has proven that there is no such thing as universal age related short term memory loss; which means that all aspects of memory will slip away as age becomes a factor. In fact, the ailment is quite specific in a sense that some memories and some aspects of remembrance will become affected, but other areas will be as accessible as ever before.

For example, forgetting mechanical memory like riding a bicycle or even swimming is something you will never forget, no matter how old you get, and its resilience will even surpass degenerative brain diseases like Alzheimer’s. You may start to forget faces and names of people, as most common with old people who start to experience memory loss. To find the core of this problem, we have to delve a bit deeper into neurosurgery and in this case the areas of the cortex that include the axon, the dendrite, and the synapse.

The reason why age is a factor to memory loss (as these areas control the bulk of it) is simply because brain cells die as age becomes a factor, and when they die, they affect the neuron communication to the synapse and the dendrite; thus limiting communication flow in and around the memory banks. There are established therapies which help to promote neurogenesis, or the regrowth of some of these brain cells, and there are even classes that use the individual’s very own inert will power combined with mental exercises to stimulate the brain.

Also, there is a lot of talk surrounding brain food and certain supplementation that you can use to augment the power of the brain and even slow down the process. As you can see, the route is not yet closed for you to regenerate those memory glands and ensure that you overcome age related short term memory loss.

explain.

I know all of you are working your tails off to create a better
life for yourselves through entrepreneurship or at your job. And
it’s far from a cake-walk for most people, especially right now.

Well… I have someone you NEED to meet.

He’s a no-frills “regular” guy who went from getting laid off 4
times in six years to building three (yes three) million-dollar
businesses, *all* of which are run from his home office.

Most importantly, he designed it so he could live his dream of
spending time with his wife and kids – AND playing electric guitar
every day in his home recording studio! (as you’ll see, he plays a
pretty decent guitar

The most amazing part is *how* he was able to make all of it
happen… you really need to see this…

Take 2 minutes right now and go here:

http://www.chargedaudio.com/go/beproductive1/

See you on the page.

Yours Truly,
Greg Frost

P.S. Almost forgot – he’s giving away over $697 in FR.EE training
that can be applied to your business or worklife TODAY… check it
out now:

Just heard from Ryan at Mind Movies, and they are bracing for the crush this morning.

They have over 60,000 people pounding on the gates, and they already know they will very likely sell out, possibly in the
first day or two.

So, if you’ve been waiting for today as eagerly as I have, here’s what I recommend.

The Mind Movie Creation Kit goes live at 10 a.m. Pacific today, right here:

www.chargedaudio.com/go/mm

BUT…it might be best NOT to sit refreshing your screen 4,000 times trying to jam your way in. I’m not a techie, but very
complicated things can happen in cyberspace when you do that!

So if you find yourself shut out, just wait an hour or two and try again, OK?

I really think you’ll still be good to go, even if you have to wait a little while, but I would definitely try to get in today if you can.

Geez, I feel like Patton or something, organizing the troops! But I really don’t want you to miss out.

Here’s the site again so you can bookmark it:

http://www.chargedaudio.com/go/mm

OK, gotta go. I want to get mine on the first day too! During the launch they’ve also heaped $2,231 worth of bonuses into
the mix, and I’ve got my eye on one in particular. Have you seen them yet?

If not, check out the bonuses right here while you’re waiting:

http://www.mindmovies.com/bonuses/?10459

Very, very cool indeed.

See you “inside!”

Over the past several years, I’ve spoken with a small army of good people who are trying to figure things out. And the biggest obstacle to your forward progression is remarkably similar time and time again.

It’s not how to get a new job or pay off your bills.

It’s not how to decide where you’ll live or how to get a fancier car.

It’s how you THINK about your potential, possibilities, and even your value to the world.

Want to change how you think? Start with this…

http://www.chargedaudio.com/go/mmvid3/

******************************
Here’s why this is so important
******************************

Even without you knowing–it’s happening. Your mind is overtaken by negative energy, self-doubt, second-guessing. Instead of attracting abundance, your deepest fears, judgments, and reservations about what you deserve and can expect in life are nibbling away at your future.

It keeps you a person living in the shadows, instead of someone who could be racing towards your dreams with arms outstretched to greet them.

I can’t emphasize enough how hugely important this is. Because no matter how “together” you think you are, you’ll never achieve the enduring level of success you’re after unless you get your head (and heart!) wrapped around this seemingly simple truth.

I’ve been talking about this for a long time, but the fact is, this is a “secret” that’s been around for at least 2,000 years.

There are hints of it everywhere, found in the legacy of some of the greatest minds who ever lived.

Here’s just one example…

“Once you make a decision, the universe conspires to make it happen.” –Ralph Waldo Emerson

So the question is…

*******************************
Are you FOR or AGAINST?
*******************************

It’s the number one thing I’d like to get through to you, because this can change your life in so many wonderful ways. There’s really no halfway on this…your mind is either working FOR you, or AGAINST you. It’s up to you.

At any rate, these like-minded folks put together an incredible video all about HOW to get there. Here it is again…

http://www.chargedaudio.com/go/mmvid3/

And guess what?

**********************************
It answers the biggest question of all!
**********************************

You’ll see. Be sure you watch the whole thing because you’ll also get direct access to an
incredible interview with one of the superstars from…

*****************
The Secret
*****************

http://www.chargedaudio.com/go/mmvid3/

It’s awesome! Take it from me, you’ll want to take notes.

And pay close attention because the power behind the entire message of this video is enduring, inspiring, and based on
a force that’s been at work since the beginning of time.

Which brings me to another thing I’d like you to take advantage of…

If you haven’t already, be sure to get your other gifts from Ryan here:

http://www.chargedaudio.com/go/mmvid3/

AND, pick up this life-changing MP3 too.

There’s NO c.ost at all for any of this.

Even if you just catch a glimmer of what’s possible for you, it’s worth taking the time to do this.

If you’re serious about getting your life on track, you need ALL of this and you need it now.

I hope you’ll make the decision to accept this for yourself.

Then let me know what starts happening in your life. I’m pretty
sure you’ll discover it’s a brand new day.

And I can’t wait to hear all about it.
