I have a little space in my ensuite bathroom, where I take one twin at a time. Sit them on my lap, and roll up their poker straight hair…Kind of a little tradition we have now…It allows for one to one quiet time, and a full view of the two of us in the mirror…The sponge rollers don't stay in too long, or do much, but the results are always fun…for an hour or so….

Sorry I haven't been on in a very long time. I really only like posting if I have something new to share and I kind of do. My Life is basically writing letters and waiting at home. I am with a soldier now and writing to him is one of my new focuses. I still take photos but not as much as I used to.

On the same day that I went to Willow Beach, I also stopped at Hoover Dam. I really wanted to walk across the Bridge to get some better shots, but it was just too hot outside and I had a cranky toddler. Next time though, for sure! Bridge 2

Exploring the area, we checked out Willow Beach. The only beach we found was a small area that was meant for pushing out on paddle boats though. I guess this is part of the Lake Mead Recreation Area, but I think it is actually Lake Mojave. Willow Beach Marina Walkway
On our way out of there, I spotted a bighorn sheep on the side of the road. Almost missed it, it blended in so well with the environment. Bighorn Sheep Crossing

I am a little surprised and disappointed that there is not more activity on this site. I remember a number of years back when we had to be advised not to post more than a couple times a week because people didn't have the time to read all the posts. In those days you could spend all day on the site and not get bored. I see people visiting...you are welcome to sign up and join. I have learned so much through the help of people on the site and you will also.
