We’re going right now into an hiatus for an undefined time.

The photography blog is an awesome idea in a wrong time, it is demanding us too much time and energy we can’t give in, we have more important projects to deal with at the moment. All the content will remain available for you to enjoy.

It might happen to get back one day.

A indústria petrolífera de David LaChapelle

O mais novo trabalho de David LaChapelle vem para nos deixar mais uma vez boquiabertos e chocados. “Land Scape” (paisagens; em inglês se faz uma corruptela de land, terra e scape, escapar), atualmente em exposição na Paul Kasmin Gallery em Nova York, é composta pelas séries “Refineries” (refinarias) e “Gas Stations” (postos de gasolina).

Como uma marca registrada do artista, as imagens são muito bem produzidas, compostas e extremamente coloridas. Mas o elemento surpresa é que, se você olhá-las de relance sem prestar bastante atenção, vão parecer que são cenas reais. Mas não são. São maquetes.

The oil industry of David LaChapelle

The newest work by David LaChapelle comes to leave us stunned and chocked. “Land Scape”, currently in exhibiton at New York's Paul Kasmin Gallery, is composed by the series “Refineries” and “Gas Stations”.

As a registered brand of the artist, the images are well produced, composed and extremely colorful. But the surprising element is that, if you pass by without paying close attention, it looks they are real landscapes. But they’re not. They are scale models.

5th Mostra São Paulo de Fotografia begins tomorrow

The Mostra SP de Fotografia happens every year beginning on the anniversary of São Paulo, 25th of January and lasts a whole month.

Tomorrow, 25, it reaches the 5th edition as one of the most consecrated photography events in Brazil, exhibiting 150 photographers in 35 installations in a wide range of commercial and cultural facilities in Vila Madalena, as well as interventions on the streets of the paulistan neighborhood.

5a Mostra São Paulo de Fotografia começa amanhã

A Mostra SP de Fotografia é realizada todo ano a partir do aniversário de São Paulo, dia 25 de janeiro e dura praticamente um mês.

E amanhã, 25, chega à sua 5a edição como um dos eventos mais consagrados de fotografia do Brasil, expondo 150 fotógrafos em 35 instalações em diversos estabelecimentos da Vila Madalena, além de intervenções nas ruas do bairro paulistano.
