Parenting in the digital age can feel overwhelming, especially with endless advice online. Through “Let’s Mom Together,” Cetaphil Baby and Club BabyMD are creating a supportive community where moms can find reassurance, shared experiences, and trusted expert guidance.

Parenting today comes with no shortage of advice. One scroll through social media can expose moms to countless opinions on sleep routines, feeding, skincare, milestones, and parenting styles—all delivered with so much confidence that it can sometimes make parents question themselves. Instead of feeling reassured, many moms end up feeling overwhelmed, pressured, and worried they are somehow getting it wrong.

That is exactly why community and expert care matter more than ever. Recently, Cetaphil Baby brought this idea to life through “Let’s Mom Together: Shared Stories and Expert Care with Cetaphil Baby,” an intimate gathering centered on one important message: parenting was never meant to be done alone.

The event also introduced Club BabyMD, a growing community where moms can connect with trusted experts while learning from fellow parents navigating the same season of life. More than simply offering advice, the initiative aims to create a reassuring space where moms feel supported, heard, and empowered in their parenting journey.

The Importance of Community in Parenthood

One of the hardest things about parenting today is how easy it is to feel like you are falling behind. Social media constantly exposes moms to different parenting styles, routines, milestones, and advice, making it difficult not to compare yourself to what you see online. Instead of feeling supported, many moms end up second-guessing whether they are doing enough for their child.

During the event, Laura Lehmann, a first-time mom, host, and former beauty queen, spoke candidly about the pressure many moms place on themselves before the baby even arrives. “As a first-time mom, you tend to overprepare because you’re anxious for your baby. You think that when you overprepare, you’re ready, but when the baby comes, you realize that you’re still unprepared,” she shared.

Laura also opened up about how online content can sometimes intensify self-doubt among parents. “I think online it can really get noisy and overwhelming, and you feel sometimes like you are doing a bad job,” she shared. Still, she emphasized the importance of trusting yourself as a parent: “[There’s] a quote [that] says, ‘You are the best mom for your baby.’ So you can raise your baby the way you want to raise them, you give the care that you think they are in need of, [trust] your gut, your instinct, and [remember] that your baby is yours and not somebody else’s—that will help you a lot.”

For Jess Wilson, mom, entrepreneur, and lifestyle personality, the challenge is not just the amount of advice online, but the pressure to believe there is only one “right” way to parent. Jess also shared how, early on, she realized that preparation is often more about emotional reassurance than perfection. “I had a checklist of the things I needed, but don’t worry about it, because it’s more for you, to feel prepared,” she said.

Jess later reflected on how every child, parent, and family dynamic is different. “There’s gonna be so many different ways to tackle any child’s issues. Everyone’s gonna have their own opinion,” she shared. “It is really up to you to decide how you wanna approach any situation, like parenting, sleeping, skin care issues, sicknesses […] what works for you as a family, what makes you feel good as a mom, and what takes care of the baby best—that’s the right advice to go with.”

Group photo with Cetaphil Baby team and their brand ambassadors

The discussion eventually turned to another reality many moms quietly struggle with: feeling overwhelmed. Nico Bolzico, father of two girls and known for his funny and hands-on approach to family life, spoke about the importance of support within the home. “Always listen to the wife. Moms know better all the time. The role of the fathers is to support the mom,” he shared.

Nico also reflected on how emotional support can make a huge difference for moms navigating the pressures of parenting. “From a dad’s perspective, I always go with one thing: ‘The best mom is a happy mom,’” he shared. He added that supporting mothers emotionally and reminding them that they do not have to do everything on their own can help make the parenting journey feel less overwhelming.

For Nico, parenting also becomes easier when families realize they are not alone in what they are experiencing. “It’s like being part of the community […] we go through the same thing,” he shared. Together, the conversations painted a reassuring picture of modern parenting—one where support, shared experiences, and understanding matter far more than perfection.

Dr. Joey Estanislao, Board-Certified Pediatrician and Child Health Advocate, emphasized the importance of having a community of doctors and parents to support you in your parenting journey

The Importance of Expert Care

While parenting communities provide emotional support, expert guidance gives parents something equally important: confidence and clarity. In a digital world where anyone can share advice online, trusted medical expertise helps moms filter through misinformation and make decisions that truly support their child’s wellbeing.

This becomes especially important when it comes to baby skincare, where even small concerns like redness, dryness, or irritation can leave parents anxious. During the discussion, pediatrician Dr. Joey Cuyao-Estanislao reassured moms that even doctors continue learning through parenthood itself.

“Even for us doctors, once the baby is there, you learn as you go. Even when you know the science, it’s different when you apply it,” Dr. Joey stated. “You have to find communities that you can trust for advice and guidance that you can apply as a mom.”

For many parents today, the challenge is not the lack of advice—it is figuring out which voices to trust. Having access to trusted medical experts helps moms feel more confident in making decisions for their child while still allowing room for instinct, lived experience, and personal parenting styles.

Mommy attendees loved the discussion onstage and, of course, the wonderful Cetaphil Baby goodie bags!

How Club BabyMD Brings Both Together

This balance between emotional reassurance and expert care is exactly what Club BabyMD hopes to provide for parents. The community was created to give moms a safe, judgment-free space where they can ask questions, hear real stories from fellow parents, and access trusted advice from medical experts.

In many ways, Club BabyMD reflects the deeper message behind “Let’s Mom Together.” Parenting is not about having all the answers immediately. It is about learning as you go, finding people you trust, and knowing there is a supportive circle ready to help when things feel overwhelming.

One of the most touching moments of the event invited moms to write down personal affirmations and realizations from their parenting journey. Among the notes shared, one message stood out: “Reels are not real.” It was a powerful reminder of the essence of Let’s Mom Together: a movement away from comparison and toward connection.

As Cetaphil Baby Senior Brand Manager Ann Jaymalin shared during the event, “While you are the ones caring for everyone else, you deserve a circle that cares for you too.”

Discover how probiotics like L. rhamnosus can support children’s overall wellness and help them enjoy everyday moments with mom.

There are a few things that can disrupt a family’s routine quite like a child getting sick.

For many moms, it often starts with small signs. A child who suddenly seems more tired than usual. A lingering cough before bedtime. Sniffles that turn into missed school days, canceled playdates, or quieter afternoons at home.

And while these moments are common growing-up experiences, they can still be difficult for parents to watch. Moms do what they can to help their children feel better. They remind them to wash their hands, prepare warm meals, encourage rest, and stay close when comfort is needed most.

These everyday acts are how moms show love and protection.

Today, conversations around children’s wellness are also evolving. Beyond vitamins and balanced meals, more parents are becoming curious about gut health, respiratory protection, and the role probiotics may play in supporting their child’s overall well-being. We have Dr. Gellina Maala, pediatrician, to help us understand how probiotics can help our children’s overall well-being.

Understanding Probiotics and How They Work

Probiotics are often described as “good bacteria” that help maintain a healthy balance within the digestive system. According to research, probiotics may help support digestive health and overall wellness when consumed as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

While probiotics are commonly associated with digestion, experts say the conversation around gut health has expanded over the years.

“A healthy gut plays an important role in a child’s overall well-being because much of the immune system is connected to the gastrointestinal tract,” shares Dr. Maala.

For growing children, maintaining overall wellness can help support the energy they need for daily activities, from classroom learning to active play and bonding moments at home.

Looking Beyond the Gut

Many parents think of probiotics mainly for digestion, but research is also exploring how certain strains may help support a child’s natural defenses, including those related to respiratory health.

“Certain probiotic strains, including Lactobacillus rhamnosus, are being studied not only for digestive support but also for their potential role in supporting respiratory health and immune response in children,” explains Dr. Maala.

One probiotic strain that continues to receive scientific attention is Lactobacillus rhamnosus (L. rhamnosus), particularly its LGG strain. Recent reviews and meta analyses suggest that LGG may help support the body’s natural defenses related to respiratory health, even reducing the risk and severity of Respiratory Tract Infections (RTI).

LGG has also shown consistent results in gut health and immune function, especially in situations like illness and antibiotic use. Studies indicate that it may help reduce the risk and duration of gastrointestinal infections and antibiotic-associated diarrhea in children.

While probiotics are not a replacement for medical care, current evidence suggests they may help support gut health and overall immune wellbeing in children.

Why Respiratory Protection Matters

For moms, helping children stay healthy is about more than avoiding sick days.

When kids frequently experience coughs, colds, or discomfort, their simple daily routines are affected, like focusing in school and even during playtime.

That is why many parents are becoming more intentional about supporting their child through everyday habits.

Alongside nutritious meals, proper sleep, hydration, and physical activity, some moms also choose products that contain probiotics like L. rhamnosus, as it gives respiratory protection and supports digestive wellness, keeping your child happy and healthy.

Supporting Wellness One Glass at a Time

For generations, NIDO 3+ has been part of many Filipino households, especially during moments that bring families together, from breakfast before school to evening bonding at home.

NIDO 3+ contains up to 1 billion probiotics, including L. rhamnosus, which helps support the body’s natural defenses from common respiratory problems like coughs and colds.

For moms, giving their child NIDO 3+ is more than just part of their day. They’re part of their 1 billion+ acts of love.

Sometimes, love looks like preparing breakfast before school. Sometimes, it’s checking temperatures in the middle of the night. These gestures may seem simple, but they help children feel safe, protected, and cared for in ways that often stay with them as they grow.

Because while moms work hard to protect their children on the outside every day, supporting wellness from within can also become part of that care. And when their toddlers feel well, they’re more able to enjoy the moments moms work so hard to create, from playtime and learning to everyday bonding at home.

Moms are more than just moms.

Minsan, nurse. Minsan, alarm clock. Minsan, safe space.

And through all the ways they love and protect, every act matters.

As a mom, what’s your own “Minsan, ____” moment? Share your little #NIDOActsOfLove moments and celebrate the many ways moms love, protect, and care for their children.

Now on its third year, Art Walk by Ayala Land transformed everyday spaces across the city into shared cultural moments, bringing art closer to where people live, work, walk, and shop. Running from January 29 to February 8, with select installations and activations continuing throughout Art Month, the Art Walk invited the public to explore the city through creativity, discovery, and family-friendly experiences.

Conceived as a complement to Art Fair Philippines, the Art Walk reflected Ayala Land’s long-standing belief that art is central to community life. Instead of existing only in galleries, art was woven into public spaces, reminding everyone that culture can be part of daily life.
