OK, really sorry because I couldn't make it for this one whole week. I've been busy, busy doing nothing; just enjoying my life having a quiet holiday at my brother's place. A few interesting things had happened this week. Well, not so if you don't like my sort of thing. OK- enough for the intro - I'll go straight to the content.

Saturday the 10th - We went out shopping for about half a day. And have a Mother's Day dinner with my sis-in-law's side of the family. I ate till my stomach almost bloated like a balloon foods are great when it's free. He...He... And I bought a RED T-Shirt - nothing extraordinary - but I totally love it because... Just take a look at this picture.

Sunday the 11th, basically done nothing, just went shopping for groceries with my sis-in-law at some markets nearby. And watch MU vs Wigan of course.

Monday was also quite the same with the previous day - except that we didn't went out anywhere. Just hang out at home. But totally not boring.

Tuesday was a better day. We went to Boulevard shopping complex in the afternoon We had a late lunch at Pizza Haven and bought some nonsense stuffs. But the thing that I won't ever regret buying was these...

Yup - I'm totally obsessed with that crazy intelligent doctor and his team.

Then we went uphill to visit the Grand Old Lady for a while before we head to Marina Bay. Here's a picture of me and the Giant Seahorse of Miri city.

Wednesday we stayed at home basically and watched HOUSE Md. The same goes on Thursday except that we went to dine outside.

Friday, My sis-in-law and I went out to Pasar Tani while my brother went to a dinner at his school. We bought a lot of foods but only had two stomachs. I ate till it hurts.

And today, Saturday the 17th, we went to Lambir National Park. It was totally fun though it's only the 3 of us. Luckily this time, my brother and I didn't get sucked by leech like the last time we went there. The waterfall is totally beautiful. Here is a picture of us at the Latak Waterfall.

A 2-0 win against Wigan today had give the Red Devils the Premier League trophy. Applause to Ronny and Giggsy. This is the 10th Premier League title under their belt. Up next is to end the season by securing the Champions League trophy on the 21st of May in Moscow against their biggest rival this season - The Blues. I totally can't wait for the game, it's 10 days from now. Go! Go ! United!!!

Okay, first, I would like to apologize because can't update this blog in the last 3 days. I'm quite busy. The whole day of the 7th saw me busy packing all my stuffs back in college. There are 6 boxes and a large luggage that I'd left at the college's storage room. And for about 4 hours from 5.30pm, I went out to have a dinner with my close friends - to tell you guys the truth - the food I ate sucks that I nearly threw up the very first bite. I just don't want to make a fuss that night and kept it to myself. But I do enjoy your companion that night. Except for the foods, others are totally great.

As soon as I got back to college that night, I went to put my stuffs at the storage room. I met a lot of my colleagues and I totally enjoy everybody's presence. The night of 7th May is totally the best night I have in college within the past two semesters. I enjoyed the party and watching movie with my house mates too. I slept at 4am+ and woke up at 8am in the morning of 8th May to catch a taxi at 10.30am to the airport and board the 1.30pm plane to Miri. Now here I am. As soon as I arrived at about 2.40 pm; my brother, my sister-in-law and I went to the market to buy some groceries. We got to their house at about 4pm. The first major thing that I've did at my brother's house as soon as I arrived was crushing the backyard. Then we watch a DVD movie at night. I got addicted playing my brother's Sony PSP that I play until about 3am and slept around 4am. Tonight(9th May), we went to watch Ironman. The story was quite funny. Wow, I can't believe I've been packing my stuffs all night - and still not yet finish. I'm only half way through. I'd finished my last exam paper this morning -French level IV - and I can tell you that I'd only a little confidence on my answers. I'm not into the exam so much today. Just before the exam starts - about 20minutes to 9am - I got an SMS from my cousin telling me that our grandfather's health is getting worse. Then, later in the afternoon, I got a news that he had been admitted to the hospital. I'm totally dumbfounded. To keep my mind off that problem, I pack my stuffs. I'm going to Miri first and will only be back home after the 23rd. I wish I can go straight home but I've bought the ticket to Miri, changing it is such a fuss, especially during the last minutes since my flight is going to be the day tomorrow - 8th May. I'm so happy that my exam is over and I'm going to Miri to enjoy myself, but I'm half-hearted. I want to visit my grandpa too. But the ticket is bought and I'm flying to Miri. I'll just pray to GOD that my grandfather's health will get better and he'll be in good health for the Gawai festival. I'll go visit him as soon as I got back from Miri. I think I'm off to sleep now, there's nothing better to do. I'll continue packing in the morning. As soon as I'm finish, I'll have my total freedom from this hectic studying semester. I hope I have time to update this blog and my other blog soon.

It is very hot and sunny here in Kota Kinabalu today. And I'm having such a challenging day. I have a paper this morning - which is my second last exam for this semester. I'll be having my last paper tomorrow -French level IV! I didn't have time to study for that paper yet because I concentrated more on today's paper. Last night, I tried to sleep early - as early as 11pm, but only manage to sleep maybe around 4.30am - serve me right because it's my own fault. For the past 10 days or so, I've been sleeping around 4-5am - because I don't have any paper - so I think I can enjoy myself. I think I'd overjoyed. But today, despite the lack of sleep, I still manage to answer my exam paper without going blank - I sat it for the full two hours straight - and didn't feel tired or sleepy at all. What an energy I have today, but I still manage to force myself to take a nap - so that I won't get a headache later. Okay, enough of talking nonsense, I'm off to study for my last paper. Have a nice day everyone.

YES!!! A 4-1 win over West Ham United today has keep the Devils one step closer to claim the Premier League title. With two goals from Ronaldo, one from Tevez and one from Carrick, have made the title chase between The Devils and The Blues more exciting. Ooohh...I'm feeling so HOT!!! Hehehe... Let's hope there's a miracle in Newcastle on Monday. All the best to The Blues too. Let's make the chase more interesting. I'm off to my desk for now, got two more papers to sit for on Monday and Tuesday.

First comes the news about our practical placements. Everybody seems to be so busy about it - including me. I tried for a couple of hours trying to check it online through the school's web, but to no avail. Luckily my friend V got the list secured. She told me that I'm being placed at SMK Tandek. I don't mind being placed anywhere, I just wants to find out who's going to the same school as me - that's what keeps me worry by the moment.

Second comes the most shocking news I've received in what seems like ages - my uncle is getting engaged, which is great - but to a person way younger than him - my uncle is 33 to-be. Even way younger than I am - I am 23 to be this coming September, and my "aunt-to-be" is way younger than me. She's 20 years old!!! Me, my cousins and 2 of my brothers and even my sis-in-law - ranging from the age of 21-28 - the eight of us is older than she is. And the funny thing is, How am I going to address her? He he he... I've no comment, wait until I got to meet her first. I'm going to Miri next week - so I hope I can persuade my uncle to bring her to meet us(me, my brother and my sister-in-law. The thing about their engagement - I'll let the elders decide. I just want to meet the girl or woman in person first. I've the right, right? Let's hope she's better than my uncle's previous girlfriend.

UEFA Champions League: United vs Barcelona 1 - 0

Second-leg of the UEFA Champions League was held at Old Trafford this morning(night at OT). Vidic and Rooney are ruled out of the game due to injury in the last Premier League meeting against Chelsea. Hope they will get well soon for United's next two matches in the Premier League. As for the UEFA Champions League, Magical Scholesy scored the first goal(14th min) of the game for United. I thought I heard people cheering from a coffee shop about 200-300 meters away from my room(Did I hear it right?) Since the match tracker is a bit slower than live telecast, I really felt anxious to know: is there really a score? Which side had scored?(If there's a score, I thought might be Barca). And to my relief and enjoyment, it's United who scored - and I don't hear wrong. According to the match tracker, Barcelona had the full control of the first half of the game - means that van der Sar and fellow defenders(Go! Go! Go!) had to work hard on the defending. Second half went on even more exciting and it keeps me totally anxious. Can't the game just end after Scholesy's goal?(Only in my dream - haha) I waited for the final whistle to be blown by the ref every second(Just imagining). And there goes the crowd roaring again not far away from my hostel. What is it all about? It really made my heart jumps - to my relief - nothing, just the roar of joy this time. And finally, the time stopped at 90+6mins. YEEEEEEAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! United is in the UEFA Champions League Final in Moscow next month - against either Chelsea or Liverpool, depends on the game tomorrow. I'm totally thrilled with the result since United lost to Chelsea on Saturday in their EPL match. I read the newspaper this evening - it's about Deco's(Barcelona's midfielder) remark about their meeting with United this morning(Night at OT). He stated that "United does not deserves a place in the UEFA Champions League Final" - what's with that remark? You think you're so great? I hoped this game had taught you enough. And to all United's fans out there, Let's continue to "BELIEVE". Love ya Manchester United.

United vs Chelsea: 1-2

United had struggled to maintain their title lead in the EPL tonight. The game is not so good for The Devils in the first half. The defenders are forced to work hard. The Blues had more control of the game in the first half and finally scored through Ballack at the 45th minute. The second half starts well when Rooney scored for United, but all well had indeed ended not well for United as Ballack scored Chelsea's second goal. What a game for both side. This means both team had accumulated 81 points each, with each side had two more games to go. The Reds will face West Ham on May 3rd and Wigan on May 11th, while Chelsea will meet Newcastle on May 5th and Bolton on May 11th. Means United need to win their next two games and win the title just by goal difference, but if Chelsea lost a game or get a tie in their next game, they'll have to wave goodbye to the EPL trophy. This lost doesn't bring much impact to United, I guess. This means we will see a great game or two in United's next bid to win the title. I'm totally on for a great game on the 3rd and 11th of May. And I'm also up with United's next match against Barca for the Champions League Title. All the Best Reds. Love ya!!!

What a boring day today... It rained cats & dogs from around 2pm this afternoon till about 8+pm...I've basically been doing nothing today...What should I do tomorrow then? Maybe shop for something...Since "the incident" last week, everybody's getting scared to go out, not only at night, even at broad daylight...Thinking of it, I'm quite even scared...Why had it happened more & more often lately...Have men been out of their mind?What a loons men can be nowadays...But not all men are like that, only some...Uuhh...I'm really bored...Even surfing the net doesn't seem to be that appealing today...

Hooray!!! 3 papers down, two more to go. But what's quite uneasing is that my next paper will be 10 days from now - What am I supposed to do till then? Aww, so demotivating. Nevermind, I'll just do my packing then. Can't wait to go back to my home state(Sarawak - a place like no other) on the 8th of May, and be back home(to Lundu) before Gawai Festival on the 1st & 2nd of June. That means, I'll be in Miri visiting my elder brother and my sister in-law from the 8th onwards. And my Uncle is rumoured going to be engaged this coming holidays too. I'm so excited about who my new Aunt would be. I just can't wait.

Wow! Very enthusiastic Champions League game. As early as the 2nd minute(according to the match-tracker), United was given a penalty, but Ronaldo missed it. What a pity. That should give the Devils a lead. It was a goalless first half at Nou Camp, but there was really nerve raking performance by both side. The second half was also goalless for both side. This means that both club need to do their very best to score a goal in the second-leg at OT next week. Let's just cross our fingers Devils fans around the world. Come on Reds.

Syllabus Design - that's my paper for today. It's totally better than the first paper because it's my core subject. I was able to answer all the questions. I hope I can at least get 60-70 out of 100 marks. I'll just cross my finger for the rest. I hope my lecturer will be able to comprehend what I wrote. Okay, it's time to study for tomorrow's paper - another core paper.

I've just came back from the examination hall. Today I sat for my first exam paper which is Physical Education paper. And this was actually my first time(In University level) to leave a part of the questions unanswered. Usually I would just guess the answer if I don't know. But this time around, how do you expect me to guess when it involves scientific terms(name the muscles in the human body). What does this actually has to do with teaching English as a Second Language??? I don't know. It is a compulsory paper to take to grad, what can I do? Huh...

United vs Blackburn 1-1

Phew...A late(90+2mins) goal from Tevez had saved United's title chase. A first half goal by Roque Santa Cruz(21stmins) really makes me nervous. I got even more uneasy when United didn't score for the full 90mins. Luckily they manage to collect that vital point at the very last minute. Rooney nearly scored twice and supposed to earn a penalty, but the ref didn't think so. What an unlucky event. At least I'm still happy that United didn't lost the game to Rovers. This means that United is 3points clear of the Blues. This Wednesday(23rd of April), United will face another more important game against Barca at Nou Camp, Spain. For all United's fans out there, lets show your colour to the opponents side when United travels to Camp Nou for the first leg of the Champions League semi-final. Next up on the 26th of April, United will face the Blues away at Stamford Bridge. If they win that game against the Blues, the BEPL title is surely in hand. All the best United!!!

Final exam

It's time to go for final exam. Next week!!! The exam starts on 21st of April and will end on the 9th of May. As for me, my papers will be on the 22nd, 23rd & 24th of April and 5th & 6th of May. Can't wait to finish!!! Then(on the 7th), I'll be celebrating the end of this great semester with my closest friends. Can't wait for that too!!! Next, I'll be on my way to Miri on the 8th to visit my elder brother & his wife, and then back home!!! I think I will miss this semester so much especially my friends who have been with me throughout the thick & thin of this semester(I even miss you guys now!). All the best for your exam my friends!!! Aja-aja fighting!!!

*p/s: let's meet up once in a while during next semester's practical & always keep in touch both during the holidays & practical ok?!

We've just finish our last class of the semester today. I'm happy because the last class and the first class for this semester were of the same lecturer (Madam Siti Katijah-yes, she's also my PSMP1 supervisor). I think she's the best TESL lecturer I've ever met (at least in UMS). Some of my colleagues who have taken her class in the previous semester had spread a rumour about her being "this & that", but after I've been in her class this semester, I found what they'd said were all wrong-she was superb in doing her job. I wish she will stay for a while in UMS for the next semester and on, but it's her decision(her husband is working in Putrajaya-of course she needs to be with him). So far, me & my colleagues who took her class this semester(Sem II, 2007/2008) really enjoyed her class so much-despite the many works, assignments & presentations that she made us do. I think we'll(or at least I) miss her. She's really a great influential teacher/lecturer who can touch the very deep end of your life/heart(thrust me). I hope our juniors will have the chance to meet & know her too. Instead, I think she should have taught us(all the TESLians) or gave us a motivational talk at the very first moment we begin this course(TESL). I think she really does make a great teacher where she inspired, motivated, & influenced us since day 1. Salute to Madam Siti!!! We love you Madam!!! Thank you very much for teaching us & given us a wonderful semester.

Yabedabedooooooooooo!!!!!!!! Finally I've finished doing my PSMP1. Now I can sit back, relax & enjoy my examination weeks. Yup, I normally enjoy exams despite the fact that I need to study for it. I'm not so confident with the subjects that I've took for this semester(not like last semester where I target to score two As and unbelievably I managed to score 2As &2A-s). So, for this semester, the highest target that I'm aiming is only B(regardless of B+, B or B-) I hope I can score 6Bs for all the subjects(French IV, MD, SD, PJK, PSMP and KPKI) I'm taking this semester. Wish myself ALL THE BEST!!! I hope I can have a triumphant season(in my case, semester) like Manchester United!!!

Just finish viewing the live match-tracker of the game via MU's website. Really breathtaking(for me at least) although the commentary is a bit late then the live game itself. With no TV, you won't mind just viewing the Live Scores online, I can bet you on that if you're a true fan of any football club. There's no goal scored in the first half. Though, Emmanuel Adebayor & Rooney both had two chances to score but the ball just slipped away. Maybe "It" thinks it's not the time for meeting the net yet.
The second half proves more interesting. Arsenal scored the first goal at the 48th minutes through Emmanuel Adebayor, but MU managed to grab an equalizer at the 53rd minutes through a penalty by Ronaldo. On the 71st minutes, Hargreaves scored a free kick (Evra was brought down near the edge of the box) pass Jens Lehmann, making it up to 2-1(I'm shaking my booty to this & Ronaldo's 38th goals of the season). Then it ends. This means four more games to go for United to claim the Premier League Title. Salute to Hargreaves & Ronaldo for their winning goals. (Fin: 1am)

The Red Devils had created a history in UEFA Champions League by being the first club to have win 11 consecutive games at home in Old Trafford. By winning the match against the Spanish club AS Roma 1-0 early this morning at home, the Red Devils continues to advanced into the semi final of the League. Up next in the Champions League, the Red Devils will go against yet another Spanish club, Barcelona. The Devils will travel to Camp Nou for the first leg of the semi-final on Wednesday, the 23rd of April 2008. The second leg will be at home at Old Trafford on the 29th of April 2008. If the Devils are able to advanced in this two legs of the semi final against Barca, they will possibly meet either Liverpool or Chelsea for the Final. Will it be an all English team final? We'll have to wait, see and pray for the best. Salute to Tevez for his winning header against Roma this morning. (Fin: 11.00pm)

What A Day

We had our drama performance from 4-6pm this afternoon. It went on smoothly. We had so much fun. But during the performance, I was really nervous. I bet others are the same too. Unluckily, my colleague that I personally asked to take a few shots of our performance, didn't do so well in her job. All the pictures are out of focus. I'm really disappointed. The pictures for other groups are, let's say - almost perfect. Well, to be honest, I like photography more than I like teaching. But, I do wish I have a better quality camera so that the pictures are not blurred if taken in a low lighting room. So, unfortunately, I can't put any of our group's photos up as I promised. But here are some of the other group's photos. What I know is our lecturer said that our group had done well. I don't know how well that is that she meant. Okay, that's all about the drama, I still need to prepare for my micro teaching and French oral that's going to be tomorrow (I didn't have the chance to do both last week). A bad thing happened too today. We waited for the bus to take us back to our college at 6.30pm,but we only board a bus at 8.30pm. Within the 2 hours wait, there was only 1 bus that have to go 2 trips just to sent us back. We heard that the bus drivers are having a silent demonstration because they didn't got paid for a couple of months already, and we as students, had become the victim of the situation. This matter has been going on ever since I first enter UMS. I think there's something going on in the management department. Damn!!! I don't want to say too much bout this. So, au revoir for now... Damn! Why are "they" so stubborn? Just like to do things in their own way. Can't they think of others? Why be so selfish? We are a team so you can't always think only of yourself? You need to think as a team too, you know? "They" really get my nerves on. I really don't know what to do. Why can't these people be more diplomatic? I totally wish I didn't suggest about this "thing" in the first place. How I wish I can take it back. "They" are totally annoying and irritating. If they are not someone I know, I might just ask them to "fuck off". I'm really sorry guys, you guys really make my life complicated and miserable. Sorry to say that you annoy and irritate me. These are what I'm feeling at the moment. Sorry LORD that I've sinned once more.

It's totally hot and sunny today. Thought it was going to rain but that's totally out. I drank 2 can of Soy Bean milk and left 1 can because I don't want to be too full for dinner(now is 5.30pm) and i need to take a bath after this. I'm totally "sticky" now. Not to mention smelly too. Lol. Just read The Star. Many interesting news, especially about the Malaysian Math prodigy who turn out to be a hooker now. OMG!!! What a waste but can't blame her all in all because I don't really know what had happened. One more thing, I just got back my PSMP1 drafts chapter 2 and three. Need to do so many changes here and there. But I didn't mind and make a fuss out of it like my colleagues because I know what my Supervisor commented was right. Though so many mistakes, my Supervisor did told me one good news and this news really boost up my spirit a bit. I'm quite happy today despite this hot weather. Okay, i really need a bath now. I'll post again soon. Ciao.
