Why completion of the LPN Programs in Michigan has become essential for average job seekers in the state?

There are various factors that can be cited for the completion of Michigan LPN programs and one of the most important reasons is, steeping unemployment in the major service sectors of the state.

Therefore, it has become essential that you must complete lpn programs in nyc to get easy employments in the health care sectors because, where other service sectors are fast drying up and offering minimal employments, the health care industry of the state is fast developing and offering ample jobs to qualified Licensed Practical Nurses for entry level nursing job positions.

But, it is also true that the nursing shortage does not mean that any unqualified individual is permitted to work or recruited in these facilities because, the permission to work in these facilities will only be granted, provided you have completed your LPN Programs in Florida and earned Licensure by passing the Licensure exam.

The clinical training is completed in a supervised environment and you need to complete extensive clinical hands-on experience in hospital, long term care facility or other approved facilities. The programs are offered by the various junior colleges, tech. schools, community colleges and vocational schools. The program course curriculum includes various nursing, science and arts subjects.

The program offering schools have also various admission requirements such as minimum 18 years age, high school diploma or GED, completion of few science subjects in school studies, completion of few pre admission

The major benefits that can be availed by the LPN Programs in NYC can offer easy health care field employments, and the factors that influences greater number of jobs in the city includes:

Jenny stands ahead of a big sketch pad, takes a marker in hand and cautiously uncaps it. She begins scrubbing…first little by little, down and up, down and up. Her motions settle into a rhythm and soon her entire body dances, mirroring the rhythm of her strokes. Jenny is drawing. Her entire being is drawing.

To the formal observer, this two-year-old is just scribbling. Her marks seem to be unsystematic, meaningless. Sometimes she does not even look at the paper as she marks. But there is further going on. Jenny is using her mind and her emotions as she engages in the physical act of drawing.

Examining children’s drawing may give us significant insights into how drawing fits into the largely physical, emotional, and cognitive development of the little child. From toddlerhood through primary school, children prefer to draw. Teachers training institute suggests, how role does drawing play in the young child’s growth?

Scribbling
Roughly 18 months, toddlers become attracted in scribbling. It seems to provide sensory pleasure, but the child is also fascinated in the marks that are made. (If the drawing implement does not work, the child rapidly loses interest.) The act of scribbling can serve quite a few useful purposes for the little child. Small muscle coordination and control improve with practice, cognitive abilities are exercised, opportunities for social contact arise, and the physical activities provide emotional release.Because a toddler’s small muscle control is not completely developed, he or she may approach the drawing mission by grasping the marker with his or her fist, creating a bit of difficulty placing the marks exactly where he or she wants them. Movements are characteristically large, involving the entire arm with little finger or wrist control. This is because the outline of physical development proceeds from the center of the trunk outward. With practice, the toddler will naturally improve his or her control of wrist and finger movements. Complete control, however, will not be achieved until much later. A few toddlers rest the forearm on the drawing surface to give them additional control. A rhythmic, repetitive, scrubbing motion is common among two-year-olds, providing sensory enjoyment and making drawing a tremendously bodily act.Mentally toddlers are worried with both the process and results of their art. They do not mean to symbolize objects at first. Instead, they are anxious with color and line. However, they may look at the marks and scribbles they have made and, in surprise, identify a shape and name it. While they may not have intended to draw a dog or tree, the scribbles imply the shapes. Children infer, rather than intend. This is called fortuitous realism and becomes common as a child approaches three years.Children can connect in social interaction as they draw with or show their creations to others. As little children sit together, each drawing, they talk, share stories, and deal materials. This is a basis for prosocial communication that is proficient in an genuine situation. Likewise, the child who saves his or her scribble picture to show daddy is signifying his or her use of drawing for social interface as well as emotional support.

          ]]>

Extending the Scribble
Between the ages of two and three the child begins to form what Kellogg (1970) has termed shapes. The scribble forms a cross, an X, and enclosure similar to primal circles, squares, triangles, and oblongs. Soon after, two of those shapes are used in mixture. By age three the child puts together numerous shapes to form what Kellogg terms as aggregates. An significant point is reached when the child converts the linear scribble into an enclosed shape. The enclosed shape seems to be the center of the child’s first effort to make a sensible drawing. That first practical drawing is frequently a primitive person. When lines are used as boundaries of objects we see a distinctive tadpole person, so named because it resembles a tadpole. One large circular shape with two lines extending as legs float on a page represents every man.Tadpole guy becomes shorthand for each guy or girl. What economy! Tadpole guy may be overstated with facial features…or maybe not. He may have arms extending from the head but they are added last and may be elapsed unless arms are wanted for holding or acting. The circle part may symbolize just a head, but it may also represent the head and trunk combined into a sort of person lump. Children will frequently place a belly button onto the lump, signifying that it includes the torso. However, if the leg lines are longer than the lump, the belly button may be positioned between the leg lines. It could just be that the person lump wants to be big to agree to enough room to place the eyes, nose, and mouth. After all, it takes a lot of space to draw all of that.

Representational Drawing
Three- and four-year-olds develop other nonspecific symbols for the repeated drawings of ordinary objects like sun, dog, and house. As children begin to draw in a more sensible manner, they may swing back and forth between realism and earlier scribbling patterns but the wide-ranging movement remains toward realistic representation of what they may be familiar with of the world.According to Piaget and Inhelder (1963) preschoolers draw what they know about the world, relatively than attempting to capture a photographic mirror of realism. That is why we see drawings depict both the outside and inside of an object at the similar time. While imminent realism, drawings remain imaginary throughout the preschool years with imagination foremost color, composition, and content. It is frequently just imaginary, wonderful make believe where ground and sky never meet at the horizon and all of the action takes place in the air space between. It is a place where we can see the front, profile, and bird’s-eye view all at the same time. It is a place where trees and people can be the identical size, where grass looks pretty when it is purple, where sun rays reach out to embrace us, and rainbows form without a drop of rain. There is a lot to keep in mind when drawing. All at the same time we must think about the parts of what we intend to draw, generally plan of where to draw and how to leave room for the other parts, how to use lines to show things that in realism have no border lines around them, If so, the complex, many-sided nature of the task of drawing would emerge challenge the mind.

Realistic Representations
As the child move into concrete operational thought after age six or seven we see a strong focus on drawing in a more realistic fashion. The concrete operational thinker sees the world in terms of what is, rather than what could be. Consequently, we see drawings reflecting the world in straightforward, realistic demonstration, leaving behind the brilliantly fanciful drawings of a year before. The school-age child is alert emotionally on representing skill at the tasks valued in the culture If children critic themselves to be good at drawing, they will likely carry on drawing to see themselves as capable. However, there are some factors that seem to hinder with a child’s skill to draw logically. The older school-age child wants his or her drawings to look rational (Winner, 1986). If he or she is able to solve the problems of proportion and perspective to his or her satisfaction, he or she is more likely to continue to draw (Gardner, 1980). Sadly, many children prevent drawing when they are nine or ten because they do not feel that their efforts are satisfactory (Gardner, 1980). We know of no innate ability that develops into the capacity to draw in three dimensions.

Promoting Drawing
Parents can encourage drawing as a way to get better physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development-and to have a lot of fun. Some suggestions by early childhood education experts are as follow:

1. Provide children with harmless drawing materials and loads of paper starting during the second year.

2. Model drawing. Show children that you like to draw and make designs but do not model WHAT children should draw.

3. Encourage drawing pains by talking about the attractive colors and thin shapes the child has made.

4. Rather than asking the child “What is it?” encourage the child to tell you regarding the drawing. Asking “What is it?” suggests that the child has unsuccessful to portray what he or she intended.

6. Talk about concepts like thick, thin, wide, narrow, dark, light, edge, shape, contour, illustrations, artist, illustrator, straight, crooked, open curve, and closed curve.

7. Play attractive music to convoy drawing. Talk about how the rhythm of music changes the drawings.

8. Give children the freedom to decide the subjects and colors of their drawings. We should not say aloud how to draw or how to color the child’s plan. If we do that, it becomes the adult’s project which the child is obligatory to imitate.

9. Rather than drawing for the child, ask helpful questions and make suggestions. Encourage children’s pains and voice self-belief in their ability to solve their drawing problems.

While the teacher training course of early childhood education a childcare professional correctly focuses on the wellbeing and education of young children, over and over again too little attention is paid to the role of parents and family members—both as active participants and as part of the daily curriculum—in the early childhood education classes. After all, frequently the very cause that kids are being cared for outside the residence is because parents are at work (and therefore busy) or desire an outside social and learning experience for their children. However, it is serious to remember that parents are the “experts” on their own children and their company, personally and through every day play and projects, should be viewed as a significant part of a child’s achievement. It is very important that families take a vital role, and this can be encouraged by the approach of the childcare expert and the syllabus used in the classroom.

Form a family-friendly atmosphere! Simple additions like additional coat hooks and chairs, a message board, or a extraordinary area for family members to settle in and play with or read to a child offer obvious signs of greet. Let parents make out that their being there is likely and esteemed by showing them where books, craft items and toys are stored so they can take part spontaneously.

Communicate! Newsletters, emails, weekly notes, teacher training course parent-teacher conference, and every day conversation will keep parents connected to the classroom and the development of their children. Teachers and parents should try at all times to stay linked with one another, sharing any concerns or celebrate any success the children practice.

          ]]>

Invite family members straight into the classroom to share hobbies, cultural traditions, unique recipes, family pets, etc. This is not only a magnificent opportunity for the little child to see and take pride in her own family, and a great learning experience for the other children in your care, but it also tells families that their exclusive stories are cherished and valued in the classroom.

Establish volunteer and social opportunities for families who have stiff work hours: after-work pot-lucks, craft preparation (which might include cutting or assembling), farming, painting, fundraising, etc. Be imaginative and flexible. Don’t assume that a parent who is always in a hurry or barely makes it in on time for pickup is not involved in your program. Offer him a opportunity to help or socialize outside of business hours.

During the day you can also bring a child’s attention to her family and her place within it by the debate and projects that you take on in the classroom. Here are just of few of countless ways you can get started:

Help children make a family tree. For very young children, this “tree” might merely be naming everybody in their immediate households and the others who are exceptional to them—including pets, imaginary friends, and toys! A preschooler might enjoy the challenge of exploring another generation or two and including aunts, uncles, and cousins. Keep the tree simple and uncluttered and refer back to it regularly as a source of discussion. Update the trees with the births of siblings and cousins as the children share family news.

Using a small box or container covered in attractive paper, help every child craft a photo box with images of his home and family. This “family box” can be used to assist calm a child in need of console or as a tool to begin discussions precise to the child’s home wellbeing.

Read good books! There are lots of, many excellent children’s books that affirm the diversity of today’s families. Recognize when choosing reading material that not every child may live in a traditional household, and make sure that your library reflect this. Choose books that symbolize a range of family types, including children living with grandparents or sole heads of household, interracial families, foster families, early childhood education classes. etc. Be responsive to family variety with any classroom project you undertake, but know that books give you a unique opportunity to legitimize and support all families.

Helping the children in your program acknowledge and rejoice differences and similarities among families will assist them create self-worth, confidence, and healthy self-identity. So take the time to get to know your families. It will be a magnificent learning experience for everybody!

When my kids went back to school, I thought of when I had trod those dusty halls a generation before. When my grandkids returned to school after summer vacation this year, the same memories revisited me.

Bravery: Few kids today know the joy of having to walk to and from school. My brother and I had to hike one and a half miles every morning and afternoon. We didn’t think of it as a hardship, it was just something we had to do.

Along the way each day we had to pass through a shabby, run down part of town where evil beings lived and were known to have kill kids and eaten them. Those were the rumors and we believed them to be true. Can you imagine the relief and pride we felt each day when we managed to without a scratch on us? That shanty town wasn’t so bad!

My grandkids know little about bravery, because they have never been in situations where it was required. It is not all their faults though. When I was in the first three grades there was no such thing as child molesters. There is probably a law somewhere making it illegal for children below a certain age to walk to school. I’m not sure I like that law, but I see the in necessity of having it in today’s society.

Kids today should be armed with the same weapons in their arsenal as I had when I was a kid. Guns were not really allowed and everyone had to have courage, bravery and respect for others.

Courage: With bullying going on in large numbers in every school, a child has to have the courage to withstand the onslaught without retaliating in violence. If they use violence they will no doubt become the one who is punished. It’s weird and insane, but that is what has happened to our kids. We had bullying when I was in school, but not to the extent we have it today. If we did, it wasn’t reported.

          ]]>

Our children today know little of camping out. That is how I learned courage. To a nine or ten year old, hearing some snap or crackle in the dark outside your tent, he thinks it has to be a cold eyed wolf or bear coming after you. You either stand your ground or run crying and screaming back to your house. No matter it was usually only a few feet to your back door.

We didn’t know much about monsters and child stealers back then. We knew about the Lindberg baby, but that was in a different time and place so did not really affect us. You learn many things about life when you are sleeping outside with a few of your buddies.

We learned more about courage when we camped out in the wood close to our house. We would hear sounds of varmints in the woods near where we were trying to sleep. Besides animals lurking in the dark, we were convinced that there were ghosts and goblins were just waiting for us to step out of the tent. We knew about ghosts and gardens and knew we had the courage to stand up to them, but we didn’t know about kidnappers. That just wasn’t done back then.

Respect of Others: We were taught to respect our elders and treat people the way we would like to be treated. We also learned not to take crap from anyone bent of doing us harm. Kids don’t have the luxury of providing physical education to bad people in school today; if they did stand up for themselves, they would probably be the ones to get tossed out of school, not the bully.

What’s happening everyday, a number of people having been murdered, kidnapped or robbed by criminals as well as incidents of carjacking and snatching of cell phones at gunpoint, armed robbery, housebreaking, rape and gang rape are also accounted.

Acts of terrorism, including bomb blast, blowing of railway tracks and gas pipeline, grenade attacks and assaults by suicide bombers in different parts of the country have also become quite frequent. Average of approximately 3,000 to 4,000 people fall prey to criminals every month in Karachi. However, a large number of crimes are neither reported to the police, nor do they appear in the press.

People are not sure whether they will return home safely or their houses will be safe beneath such a deteriorating law and order situation. In result of such unlawful activities, thousands of innocent people have lost their lives and thousands have been deprived of their valuables worth billions of rupees. Near 90% of victims fall prey to criminals, mainly because they lack knowledge about security issues and their ignorance about precautionary measures.

          ]]>

Unfortunately, police and law agencies have not been in the position to give protection to common citizens against these elements in country. This has made people feel insecure and helpless. Many people now think that nothing can happen to them while others feel that nothing can help in an adverse situation so it is better to surrender. However, they fail to realize that they will be held responsible for less of their lives and property, which can be easily prevented by taking appropriate steps in advance.

Hence, in Pakistan, the security education in schools and colleges is needed, whereas in the developed countries i.e. in the United State and the United Kingdom, it is taught as a subject at the graduate level. In this way the general public gains knowledge about security and it also provides job opportunities to young men and women so that they can make their career in the profession. In Pakistan, it has become a domain of ex-servicemen, with civilians given the least priority. The successive governments have also not taken any interest providing security awareness training is imparted to citizens they will misuse it and criminal activities will increase, however, they forget that citizens need training in ‘passive security’, which focuses on preventive security measures to act as deterrence to crime and violence.

Although it may not be possible for people to become absolutely safe by acquiring some knowledge about security, they can definitely minimize the risk of becoming a victim to a great extent. So now, this scribe suggests that different clubs, housing societies, community centre(s) and schools should invite security experts for delivering lectures on different subjects of passive security.

Human memory is a complex activity of the brain that allows us to store information and retrieve it again when we need it. Years ago, scientists and researchers believed a child possessed no real memory skills until their eighth or ninth month of life. Parents have been expressing the contrary for quite a long period of time. These myths have stiffled professionals and baffled parents, until they recently began to be disproved with fascinating studies. Consequent research has proved that the baby has memory and can preserve a thing in memory for a day at the age of six weeks and up to a period of four months when at the age of eighteen months. Study has also revealed that the child has memory even when at the stage of foetus. A child can remember an impulse from ten minutes to twenty four hours at different stages of development as a foetus.

There are two distinct memory systems- a system that keeps a record of our personal life experiences: this is usually called autobiographical memory; a system that holds knowledge about the world: this is usually called semantic memory. These two memory systems work in different manners. It becomes sometime possible that one system may work better than the other. So a child may remember everything in detail about a holiday because of the child’s strong autobiographical memory, but may have a poor semantic memory so failing to remember things that need to be learned in school. Despite individual differences in memory, study indicates that in most people memory can be improved drastically by proper training. This does not mean that we can expand the storage capacity of our memory; what it means is that we can make our memory more proficient.

Setting up habits on a daily basis is good practice for memory development. This establishes certainty, comfort and healthy prospects. Repeating playtime custom will help a child remember how to play with a particular toy, learn a particular motor skill and familiarize to environment. Several variables add to the child’s memory. In particular, proper nutrition for a child’s first eighteen months is vital in their long-term memory growth. Using art activities are excellent ways for encouraging language development and rehearsal for child memory. Simple memory games can improve a child’s concentration and memory skills. We can use puzzles, playing cards or other toys, but we need to make sure it’s appropriate to our child age and development level. Even modern day schools are using games like puzzles, riddles and building blocks to sharpen the memory of the children.

Has your teen suddenly become secretive? Does he or she demonstrate poor attitude and behave irresponsibly, lies and steals, and fail to qualify grades at school? Your teen might be hiding an addiction! There are many physical symptoms too that you might notice in your child which will indicate usage of drugs or alcohol. Some teens consider it fashionable to appear drunk in public and behave in an irresponsible way. Charlie Sheen is an example of how a talented actor allowed his life and career to fall apart because of his substance abuse and risqué behavior. Some teen idols are reported getting booked for DUI, making them poor role models to today’s youth. Statistics show that almost 40% of deaths in the age group 15-19 are due to automobile accidents – many due to drunk driving. With rise in addictions and poor discipline at school, many parents are considering sending their teens to boarding school. Boarders are monitored during their stay to get over their addictions, emotional and behavioral problems, and disciplinary issues. Boarding school provides a safe academic environment, allowing the youngster to regain perspective to rebuild his or her life.

If your teenager is suffering from some mild depression, ADHD or ADD, bipolar disorder or anxiety, some schools offer therapeutic treatment that can improve his or her condition. The boarding school will aim to assist the child to not only overcome emotional and psychological issues, but also to perform better in academics. Many reputed boarding facilities have excellent staff, specially trained to cope with the needs of emotionally or psychologically challenged teens. Their mentoring will give youngsters ‘positive motivation’ helping them to make right choices.

Boarding school will generally offer good athletic training programs, gyms, craft classes, drama, music and other classes as extracurricular activities. Austerity measures at boarding school make a youngster appreciate the home environment more. Parents today have forgotten the magic of “tough love” our own parents wielded over us. The indulgences we have allowed our children have proved detrimental to their behavior. Sharing dorms and all other facilities, eating together at the refectory at appointed times, and having a “lights out” policy will put some discipline in the unruly teen who challenges authority.

Whatever the issue your teen is going through, there’s a boarding school to cater to his or her special needs. Online directories will direct you to the best state boarding school. San Diego offers excellent facilities for California residents.

If you live on the West Coast and are looking for a first-rate boarding school San Diego has some great schools.

SSA Irregularities, mismanagement, frauds gaining boost,

Will the government of J&K curb the embezzlement, if so, then to what extent

MUSHTAQ MALIK

Central government of India years back launched the scheme of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan which was a well appreciated initiative for the benefit of employment and for the education in particular, thousands of unemployed youth of the country got the opportunity of dreaming about the better tomorrow when they get employed through the SSA scheme and lacks of children who even cannot imagine of education because of the day to day expensive living and the poor factor of their life. So for the poor people the initiative was like constructing a home of strong bricks for the people who ever wished to make their children well qualified and competitive with the changing time but was not possible for them to get the dream fulfilled.

Recent census has revealed that there are thousands of families in hundreds of villages in India which are still striving for the facilities of the central government sponsored scheme, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan but the main confronting issue which come in the dream of a poor is the irregularity which has engulfed the scheme in every state of the country which is strongly revealed by the different organizations especially media.

In Jammu & Kashmir, there have been the irregularities in the normal supply of the essentials for the mid-day meals which was a pre-requisite for the students of the schools run under the scheme. But started by some culprits the irregularity has caused a huge obstacle in the way of the poor children to avail such facility such as mid-day meals hassle free.

Recently many reports came to light that there are large frauds and mismanagement of the funds allotted for the purpose of the programme. The unnoticed aspects of the irregularities have increased the crores of mismanagement of the funds which were allotted for the purpose of the construction of the school buildings, fencing, toilets etc. A prevalent fraud in the funds comes to light when a school is run in a rent owned building for many years despite of the sanctioning of the school buildings but the amount is distributed with ease between the officials from higher to lower level which lefts the children of the school to suffer for years..

          ]]>

However this is not the issue which was highlighted recently but every time from the implementation of the programme it has been revealed and claimed that the irregularities in the functioning of the programme is increasing and should be thoroughly checked and investigated by the government authorities. But as of now there were no serious steps from the government to check this fraudulent function of the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan programme.

Teacher community is much frustrated about the mismanagement because of the difficulties which they are facing in performing their duty as there are number of schools which have been left neglected to initiate the work on their infra structure. This is more common in the backward areas of the state where people do not get access to the actual working of the SSA. The School Education Department is being provided crores of rupees periodically but little amount come to the forefront from the huge amounts collected by the department.

“I don’t think that we teachers are compelled to suffer for months and years for the allotments of different facilities, is a legal and legitimate activity of the authorities. We notice every time the mismanagement which is revolving round the education department in the state but because of the fear of losing our job which we have got after long struggle, we put the truth behind us. If the civil society will cooperate with us then I do not think that these corrupted officials will be spared,” said, a SSA teacher, wishing anonymity.

There is a free supply for the primary schools under SSA scheme to provide books to the children free of cost. But many a times it has happened that some school children have not availed the books in a specific period of time so they get obligated to buy the books from the market. Some children enrolled in these schools have bunged their regular school going because of the unavailable facilities which were announced for the purpose.

”For all such frauds, corruption and the misappropriation of the funds, the state government is responsible as here we are noticing from the decades that one party is talking negative of others but that goes only a spoken statement which never comes into action which is a form of politics and cannot be denied to have its own wicked interests. Our children are not able to study in private schools because of the low family incomes. But the officials who call themselves honest are the big wolves which are snatching the food from the mouths of the poor children, said,Ab. Majeed, a parent.

Government of the state assured many times of the speedy work and the free flow functioning of the programme and to make the system of education free from mismanagement while monitoring the set of rules for the conduct of the programme but it all becomes a myth because no such initiative came to be working and fruitful for the purpose. This needs an organized strategy which can caught hold the fraudulent officials and the hidden fund deceptives who have made the scheme a profession of earning through illegal means.

Concerned officials when contacted for the comments related to the irregularities, showed the anonymity with the issue as they had never been in touch with fund operation which was allotted to them but not utilized for the purpose. When asked if an enquiry committee constituted by the CVC (central vigilance Commission) sought the reports from the Education Department then how much are you prepared to face the enquiry? They said it will be made publically available when such an action is sought against the department.

It’s important for the you to have the effective communication with school and school staff, which will help you in monitoring your child’s growth as well as it’ll provide you the opportunity to understand the effectiveness of the school in your child’s success and sometimes may help you to take some important decisions.

The good schools have a dedicated parent interaction cell, which keeps you posted on the important information, as what is going on in the school and on your child’s learning curve. Also as technology is touching the new heights everyday, schools are adapting the wide variety of methods to keep parents in touch with school activities. In the traditional methods, teachers provide a diary to every child which contains all the important information regarding assignments, homework, important notices, informing parents on the child’s progress, appreciations etc, which is a key thing and you should always be on the top of it by visiting the diary daily. Also please get in touch with the related teachers/staff, if no information or update is being provided.

Nowadays, there are a number of schools who have their website regularly updated and are using emails. There are school online forums to have the parents involved and to keep them updated on school events, updates, exams/test information, child’s progress report, policies, co-curricular activities etc. Also there is an upward trend, where schools have the dedicated parent interaction portals, on which there’s a continuous interaction between parents and teachers. At the time of admission, you should seek, as what information in what form you will be getting and at what interval. Some schools even provide, the weekly, fort-nightly or monthly digest having the complete updates in that period.

Have the key contact information handy with you, so that you can straightway contact the right person at the right time else you’ll go finding and searching the information. Ask for the following information at the start of the session…

School Website
School Phone Number
School general mail, and principal’s mail
School and child’s report formats and at what frequency they’ll be delivered
Email-id and phone numbers of all the subject teachers.
Email-id and phone numbers of class teacher
Forum to interact with teachers and other parents if provided by the school

Sometimes, you may have a concern with your child’s progress, so don’t delay the matter and try to communicate with the person, who is closest and can resolve your concern, for that you need to have related contacts. e.g. if you feel, that you’re not the getting the updates on the daily tasks given to your child, or your child doesn’t have the homework, in that case talk directly to the subject teacher. If the matter is is not resolved and you are not satisfied, take the matter with the class teacher, then the principal. Sometimes, the opinions may differ, so you should avoid showing anger to school staff, if not absolutely necessary. Taking the right thing with the right person is absolutely important. If your child is having some issues with a particular teacher or another child, it may not help to complain to the principal. Avoid talking when angry, after being cooled-off, please talk to the related teacher to resolve the issue.
