Christian Boltanski’s project Les Archives du Cœur had its start at Magasin 3 in 2008. Since then, thousands of people around the world have recorded and donated their heartbeats. This archive can now be visited on the island Teshima, part of Benesse Art Site Naoshima in Japan.

Magasin 3 has lent the work “Untitled (For Stockholm)” from our collection to the solo exhibition of Felix Gonzalez-Torres that just opened at WIELS in Brussels. The show will travel and will be curated by Tino Sehgal when it is shown at MMK in Frankfurt. Tino had a solo show at Magasin 3 in 2008.

The Swedish Modern Museum in Stockholm now has a sibling down south. To make sure the preview the 22nd of Dec would swing the music collective “Instead of Gospel” were invited to play. They made the event reach new heights, truly original almost divine.
