My name is Paul Malrick and I would like to welcome you to my blog,
I plan to use this media to help my customers and followers to achieve
the best results with thier BBQ'n projects. I will be posting recommendations
and best practices for mastering the art of BBQ at home in your oven or
on your backyard grill.
Also, as I am the owner and Master Chef of Pier 4 Cafe & Smokehouse

My wife and I are excited with our newly revised website and product offers
