<p>Well Pilates is different. Most of the moves are extremely controlled and deliberate. This is quite a contrast to throwing the weights around and pushing more than you can handle.</p>
<p>So when it comes to sit ups and getting that core or mid-section together, Pilates has a different approach. Slower movements, that really emphasis the muscle or muscles that are working. The core workouts are special.</p>
<p>I came across a great video that shows you an intense pilates core workout. But what is even better is the direction and specific nature of the instructor in this series. Appreciate her directness and to she provides every detail on what you should be focusing on.</p>
