According to some witnesses, the actress, together with his husband Raymart Santiago, arrived in Manila around noon today from their Boracay vacation but their baggage were missing. Claudine Barretto was reportedly pissed-off and started scolding and cursing a Cebu Pacific staff.

Mon Tulfo, who came from Davao on the other hand, saw Claudine’s flare up and started to take a video using his camera phone. Raymart Santiago approached the tv host and then a fist fight occured, which according to reports, also involved Claudine and their entourage.

This will certainly cost the Lakers.

According to the NBA.

World Peace will be sidelined for the regular-season finale Thursday at Sacramento and the next six games as a result of the dangerous blow to the back of Harden’s head when the Lakers and Thunder played Sunday in Los Angeles. If the Lakers advance in less than six games, the suspension carries into the Western Conference semifinals. If they are eliminated in less than six games, it carries over to the start of next season.

The amount of money the former Ron Artest will lose depends on how much comes from his 2011-12 salary and how much, if any, is based on 2012-13 income.

Mike Woodson has been placed as Interim Head Coach.

The Knicks finally worked together using Coach D’Antoni’s offensive system. Mike Woodson has experience trying to turn around a struggling team when he spent six years in Atlanta.

The Knicks won 121-79. Jeremy Lin finished with 6 points, 6 assist and 6 turnovers. Anthony finished with 16 points, Stoudemire with 17 points while J.R. Smith finished with 23 and Novak with 20.

They finally used Mike Bibby on the rotation as guard and everyone on the Knicks team got to play. This is the first time in a long time since Mike Bibby was used as Mike D’Antoni usually sticks with using only a few players in his rotation.

Here are the highlights.

That was a question I was asking myself when I started playing again this year. All my life, I’ve played point guard. Carrying the ball down and distributing it to my team mates.

Since joining this new group, I had to find my place in the team. Since they don’t know me and they already have a point guard, they wouldn’t give me the ball on the inbound. Since my ball handling skills also sucked at the moment, I really want that confident bringing the ball down especially when there’s pressure.

So I had to look for other ways to fit the team. Since the only other position I can play is the shooting guard, that’s what I did. The problem is, I never played that position before so I really didn’t know what I was doing.

You might be wondering, why am I so concerned about what I do when it’s just a pick-up game. That’s because I take my game seriously. I may never be able to join a league, but I’m going to make my game as close to a league game as I can. Hey, I can always dream can’t I?

So anyway, since I don’t know what a shooting guard was supposed to do. All I really did was stand around waiting for the ball. Of course, if you do that, you’re very easy to guard. I don’t have any killer crossover skills to help me and I’m too small to post up. The most I can do is try to fake a drive and pass it around. Basically, still playing like a point guard.

I haven’t watched the NBA for a long time. I basically stopped watching the NBA Michael Jordan retired. Well, that’s not exactly true. I did watched some games from time to time, but never as much after Jordan retired.

When the new batch of players came, I just got turned off by a lot of them. Most of them I felt like they were arrogant. Their attitude sucks (Allen Iverson won’t practice) or just plain arrogant (Kobe Bryant in my opinion). No, I don’t doubt they’re good. In fact, I think they’re really talented. But they have a big head. Some people would that they’re attitude and manner of speaking is like that because they’re confident about their abilities. No, they sound arrogant.

If you really want to see someone who’s good and confident about their abilities. Michael Jordan is the one you should look at. For some people, he sounds arrogant, but to me, he actually sounds confident. That’s why when you watch his games or the way he talks, you actually feel he can back up what he’s saying and believe him because he wants to win all the time.

Not so with these young players. Just look at LeBron James last year. I was actually rooting for the Mavericks to win the Finals, which they did.

We often think of eternal life in terms of duration, that is, without end. But for the Gospel of John, eternal life is really about quality of life. It is about the life that God has and which he wishes to share with his children. Moreover, this eternal life is not something that happens when we die. It is something that we can enjoy even now, though not in its fullness. (4th Sunday of Lent – B)

What a big disappointment that game was. Because I haven’t played with any of these guys before. I wasn’t sure how they would accept me in their team. It is just a game where anyone can sign up for, but these guys have been playing together for years.

Anyway, so I started playing, nobody was passing me the ball much because they don’t know me. Which I kind of expected. They don’t know my game, and I don’t know theirs. The few times I got the ball, all my shots were off. Even a simple lay-up wouldn’t go in. Yeah, I was that bad. A real off-night for me.

It really pissed me off that I played so bad. I did expect it since I haven’t played for years. So I decided to make it up on defense. As they say, there’s no off night on defense.

So I basically just stuck to my guy the whole game. And I mean stuck to him like bubble gum on your shoe. I never left him alone, with or without a ball. Now I didn’t get to stop him, but every single player I guard when I’m really sticking to them gets either a low score or angry at me.

Normally, in pick up games, nobody does defense. They may occasionally guard you, but nobody plays defense the whole game. For one thing, it’s very tiring for the defender. But what I like about it is that it really pisses an offensive player if they’re not used to being guarded so much because they have to work very hard to touch the ball.
