So, you want a little story. Hmmmmm, let’s see. I am
self-employed and I have a decent sized office in my home that has 2 work
stations, a small conference table, and guess what else……………MONSTER BASH !!!
Now, how many people do you know that have a pinball machine in their office?
Good thing I’m pretty much retired as I am not very productive in my office
anymore.

It has only been a few years since I rekindled my interest
in the silver ball. When I last played (early teens) there was no such thing as
SS, only EM.

Born in the wonderfull year of 1973 ... so my best years still have to come ;-)
My pinball-experiences date back from when The Addams Family, Twilight Zone, Star TreK: The Next Generation & Indiana Jones came fresh out of the box ... we played them in the local pub instead of going to school. Since graduating ... there was no more pinball.
4 years ago I got a phone-call from a friend back in the days that used to beat me everytime on the ST:TNG ... he now had this machine at his home! I never knew you could own a ...

Hi!
I'm Bally4ever!

My first pinball machine was the Dungeon and Dragons
Later (10 years) I buy Rocky and Bullwinkle (Data East), 2 Fish Tales (One always in my collection), Fathom, Pac Man, Baracorra, Dr Dude, Whirlwind, The Twilight Zone and finally Indiana Jones (Williams) last year.
If you want to know more about me (but in french) Go to this website:www.ericpinball.be (it's a Belgium Forum of Pinball Lover with Steve Ritchie as member!)

My first contact with Pinball was when the son of a friend of my father introduced me to it. Up until then I had spent most of my spare social evenings either playing on the fruit machines, bar billiards or pool down my local pub.My first ever table was a "Bally Bazaar (1966)", however the table had no "legs" so obviously the level of the table was not correct. The game played well and had no faults, I played many happy games on it, but since I only had room for one table, I decided to get a different game, ...

What I can say about Spiderman is that at our local mini golf arcade, they have this pin and although it is sadly neglected like most pins out in the trenches nowadays, my wife and I have fun playing this one every time. Sticky, broken plastics, bulbs out, and beat up. It doesn't matter. We still have a great time and for a few minutes forget about whatever problems we may have. I realy think pinball affords us that opportunity and this one does it for us. There are folks who talk alot of crap about the current Stern products, ...

I create Virtual Pinball Simulations of classic tables. I also create new original tables using the same technology. My recreations are as close to the real thing as possible. Using advanced sound and lighting techniques I bring life to all my simulations.

My collection began with a WMS Diner, and it kept growing as my addiction grew on me and my "pinball-infected" father. :)
Sometimes it's hard to keep the hobby being far away from the homeland of pinballs, but even here in Argentina pinball we love'em and take care of them.
I've lost count of the many international orders (by internet, ebay, etc) I had to do in order to get parts for my machines. But everytime a piece arrives it's a joyful moment knowing that I'm restoring a pin to its original state. ...

I traveled 200 miles to pick up this machine. I got it for $300. It needed some work, but it played well. A month or so later I needed money for Christmas, so I sold it for $600. Now I can't find the guy I sold it to, and the only other one I have seen was in worse shape than the one I had, and the guy wanted $400 for it. Still kicking myself for selling it! When clean, this is a beautiful machine and I would call it a work of art.

Back in 1989 my then girlfriend, and now wife, would head on down to the local 7-11 for a soda and some pinball. We would play EATPM for hours or until the quarters ran out, whichever came first. I'd put my arm around her and take the left flipper, she the right. It was always one of my fondest teenage memories. As a young man this pin would leave a deep impression on me and become very sentimental. Although a Cyclone replaced Elvira shortly thereafter, which leads me to say that was one hell of a 7-11, I always dreampt ...

I'm a 20 something dude that previously was just into video games. But one day while browsing youtube, I came upon a review of Stern's new Family Guy pinball machine.
I have been a DC comic collector for over 50 years. In the early 1980's I was having lunch at a local pizza parlor that was part of a national chain. They had a huge arcade of video games. In the far corner of the arcade I saw (much to my delight) a Superman pinball machine that was made by Atari. (ATARI???
I worked part time in an arcade back in the "golden age" (my opinion) of pinballs, 1975-1980. I love working on electromechanical games and prefer them to all others. I have three games in my collection so far, Gottlieb's "Flip-A-Card", Williams "Doozie" and Bally's "Flip Flop". I also have a couple of shuffle alleys as well - A United from the late 1950s and a Chicago Coin six player from the early 60s. Everything but the "Flip-A-Card" are restorations, which are great fun but somewhat time consuming.
Things have changed so much since I last worked on pins - the availability ...

There's a lot going on with this table!
You really need to be on your toes as the ball can get really fast and be down the middle before you know it. Having ramp shot skills will help your score a lot.
Aside from that, the upper playfield has a lot of cool shots, but occasionally a fast pinball may knock a locked ball out of its hole (both ball locks are on the upper playfield). The drop targets are meant to be hit in sequence, (the three on the upper playfield first, the three in the middle next, and the three ...

I have added couple of mods to my Class Of 1812 pinball you may like to read about, maybe even use these idea's to improve your pin.
First off is a wrigglin finger hand mod to replace the static hand that sits in the top right hand side of the playfield. On my pin the original hand has discoloured, cracked and looked in a poor state, the sponge inside was falling out too. See below.
