參加公會戰可以得到戰鬥勳章
若您是攻擊者，需要在公會戰中攻擊到敵方的堡壘，才能獲得戰鬥勳章(防禦者無法獲得)
防禦者需要遭遇攻擊者才能獲得勳章
每日無論參與多少次公會戰，只能最多獲得一枚勳章
某些船隻或裝備購買時需要戰鬥勳章
在更新前公會戰的參與者無法計算在內

- Participating in clan war will now earn you war medals/achievement.
- As an attacker, you must reach an enemy fortress in clan war to earn a medal. (If you are sunk by a defender, you will not get the medal)
- As a defender, you must meet an attacker to earn a medal.
- You can only earn a maximum of 1 medal a day regardless of the number of clan war you take part in.
- War medals will be required for some ships and items in the future.
- All old war participation before this update are not counted.

每次升級會得到額外的25 AP
現有的船長也會獲得補償，放置於AP銀行中(例如50級的船長，將獲得49x25=1225AP)
裝甲值提升後，將減低更多傷害
每日登入將獲得金幣，但必須為等級10以上

- Whenever you level up, you will get free 25 AP.
- Existing captains will have their current level bonus credited in their AP bank. (i.e. A level 50 captain will get a one-time 49x25=1225AP in their AP bank)

- Damage Reduction from armor increased.

- Login daily to earn free gold!
- Get more friends playing to earn more gold!
- You must be level 10 or higher to get the daily reward.

公會成員若都低於100級則會歸於訓練層
一旦有成員超過100級，在周五更新公會權力前，不能參與公會戰
當有成員超過100級，會在周五更新公會權力時，移到下一層

- War Logs can now be viewed by Offense or Defense

- New Tier: Training Tier
- Clans with all members below level 100 will be in the Training Tier.
- Once a member reaches level 100 or more in the training tier, he/she will not be able to take part in clan war until the next clan power update on Fridays.
- When a training tier clan has a member whose level is level 100 or more, it will automatically be moved out from the training tier during the next clan power update on Fridays.

公會中使用假玩家的帳號有被刪除的風險
建議公會領導在收人的時候要檢查玩家的資格
若有上述假玩家情況發生，公會領導將有可能被停權

看起來差異很大
重點如下:

移除雇用船員的模式
所有的朋友都是船員，但與AP獎勵無關
您可以分配四個船員角色給您的朋友
任務不以船員數為條件
未來任務將設定特殊船員條件，例如10級以上的海盜
你需要一個燃油發電機(Fuel Generator)來取得+1AP，二個以上的燃油發電機取得+2AP
您也可以以推薦玩家取代燃油發電機

There was a lot of player frustration with the new crew system.
I have some observations about the complaints:

Most of the complaints are from players level 45 – 80 non-Ocho
Some astute players pointed out that offering rewards for referrals might be a violation of the FB rule against encouraging multis
Many players misunderstood the system and thought they absolutely HAD to pay the 1,000,000 gold to hire someone even if they referred the player
There was concern about the possibility that your crew might leave (even after we increased the leaving period to 90 days)
+2 AP regen is viewed as a penalty (the loss of the +2) for not having enough crew instead of a bonus (+2 over base 5 AP/hr) for hiring sufficient crew.

IMO the argument that this was a move to force players to Ocho has no merit:

There hasn’t been any option to purchase robot crew in the Ocho shop since last week.
The average number of friends a FB user has is 164 and the median is 132. 3 crew is 1.8% of that.
Many players argued that they’d already asked most of their interested friends to play. 1) If they were referred by you, they’d be in your crew. 2) BS has changed quite a lot now that it’s BS2.0. We’ve spent a huge effort to make the game friendlier and easy to learn for beginners. Try again before insisting that you won’t be able to get even 1 friend to try it out now.

Anyway, here’s the plan:

To dispel any remaining association between crew and friends, we will remove the option to hire friends as crew
All your friends playing BS will be in your crew but crew will not be used as the benchmark for giving out the +2 AP regen
“Squad” will be renamed “Crew” (again) and you’ll be able to assign friends to the 4 main crew roles we have on the main page
Quests do not require a certain number of crew.
In the future, quests may require specific crew (must have/be a pirate of level 10+ to do this quest) < idea contributed by Morten Løvaas
Instead, you will need 1 fuel generator to get +1AP regen, 2 more generators to get +2 AP regen
You can do a referral instead of paying the generator’s cost

You’ll be able to build a fuel generator for:

500K gold (10 Ochos value)
2 Plasma rocks (10 Ocho value)
100 Ore (14.3 Ocho value)

Yes, that’s more before but it’s permanent and it’s about the same as what we were planning to charge for robot crew (30 Ochos). Those crew you hired so far, you get to keep as generators (and no, generators can’t be sold).
New players who purchase Ocho will get +1 AP regen and 3 fuel generators (+2). Existing players who purchased Ochos will not have their AP regen affected (we’ll give you 3 generators). Ocho players who hired crew will get a refund. Non-Ocho players who hired crew will have their crew converted into generators.
Ok so what about referring encouraging multis? For starters, the fact you can build the generators will reduce the need to badger a friend into accepting your crew request and hence reduce the “encouragement” to create a multi. There’s still incentive to create a multi for those who all of the following:

don’t want to pay the cost
don’t want to make a referral
don’t want to buy Ocho

We’ve made a decision that the way we will not “encourage” these people is to actively seek them out and ban them. Furthermore we may do periodic checks on the referrals to see if the players are still active. If they are inactive and have a low PV score we may remove them.
For those of you who insist that this is still encouraging multis, you are also insisting we remove the +2 AP regen for non-Ocho players. I have argued with the board about this ad nauseum, there are no 2 ways about it; either we have the option to refer for +2 OR non-Ochoers have their AP regen slashed to +5 per hour.http://www.tylerprojects.com/blog/2009/12/coming-update-to-the-crew-system/

下週五新增公會階級
階級分為A,B及訓練階級
越高的階級，堡壘的HP也越高，經驗值及金幣獲取也越高
在訓練階級中，船長等級必須在100級以下

- New Clan Tiers will be added at the next Friday update.
- Tier A, Tier B and Training Tier.
- Higher Tiers will have get more Fort HP and slightly better gains (XP and Gold).
- To stay in the Training Tier, all captains in the clan must be below level 100.

好友未來不能當作船員(新的Facebook規定)，您的AP獎勵可能會受影響(購買銅幣者不受影響)。

雇用或推薦至少三名船員，才能維持您每小時+2AP

詳細更新如下

船員不限定是好友
您可以邀請任何船長
每個船長只能成為另一位船長的船員
每位船員的雇用費維1,000,000金幣
雇用費將根據反映進行修訂
被您推薦的船長將不需要雇用費
被您推薦的船長在第一次轉職後，將自動成為您的船員
在轉換期間內，任務及AP獎勵所需的船員數量暫時設為零(12/18前)
新的AP獎勵如下

至少1位船員:+1AP

至少3位船員:+2AP

任務所需的船員數也會大幅下降
原有的推薦將在稍後轉換

New System:
- Crew no longer limited to friends
- You can send crew request to any captain (This will solve the issue of "Add me" requests)
- Each captain can only be the crew of 1 person
- The hiring fee is 1,000,000 gold for each crew
- Hiring fee might be revised based on feedback
- No hiring fee is needed if you referred a captain with the referral link
- A referred captain will become your crew automatically when they pick their first class
- During this transition period, crew requirement for quest and bonus regen will be reduced to zero (Ends on 18th Dec 09)
- The new crew requirement for AP regen will be:
at least 1 crew: +1 AP regen
at least 3 crew: +2 AP regen
- Existing crew requirements for quests will be greatly reduced as well.
- Old successful referrals will be converted to crew when we process them at a later date

Facebook將在12/16開始實施新的管理政策，其中一項:

不能鼓勵建立假帳號及不真實的朋友連結，例如在應用程式中提供的獎勵決定於使用者有多少朋友也使用這個應用程式。

因此在船員政策上將作以下改變

所有的船員將移除(除了由您推薦的船員除外)
若您被某人推薦，他也會被加入您的船員中，您不可以成為超過一位玩家的船員。
主要的船員可以是您的朋友，但在他們被推薦以前，不會計算在內。
若您有機器人船員，我們將退費給您。
船員的使用量將大幅減少(例如任務、+1AP,+2AP,開採…等)，Ocho玩家無法再擁有船員AP獎勵(也就是說無論我們怎麼做，您都可以保持原本+1AP,+2AP)
未來的推薦制度將只有再玩家擁有了第一次轉職後，且通過PV檢查才算成功。

There are some major changes to the Facebook policy governing apps coming Dec 16th.

“Don’t undermine the integrity of the social graph by encouraging the creation of fake accounts or inauthentic friend connections. For example, don’t gate content or provide rewards based on the number of a user’s friends who also use your application. (DPP V.2)”

To comply with the new FB rules, we have the following plan:

- All your crew will be removed. Only people who joined using your referral link will remain (they don’t have to be your friends).

- If refer you someone they will join your crew and vice-versa. You cannot be in more than 1 player’s crew.

- Main crew can be any of your friends but won’t count as crew unless they were referred.

- Everyone who bought robot crew will get a refund.

- Crew usage will be drastically reduced (quests, +1AP,+2AP, mining, etc). Ocho players will not have their crew AP regen bonus affected (i.e. no matter what we do you will still keep your +1 or +2 AP regen which used to be from having the required number of crew).

- Future referrals will only count as successful once the player has chosen their first Tier job class and passed a PV check.
