Just finished a new small pixel art piece, my first one with people in the scene too. From now on i'll definitely add people to my scenes as it does make the scenes more interesting. You can check it out on the Portfolio page.

So finally got all my hours done for my drivers license, but guess what? The motor registry has a 3 week wait on going for the test D= so no driving by myself just yet =/

Going to go see if Fable 2 is in stock today too, hopefully it is as it's one of the games i've been waiting for most, next to Fallout 3. I'm also waiting on Saints Row 2 to be delivered to me, for some reason it was really difficult to obtain in my town so i've had to purchase it off ebay.

Anywho I best be off, until next time.

Xbox 360

How time flies, been too busy with work, and of course playing my new 360 to update the new sections D:

I plan to get around to them soon though.

So obviously I got my 360, unfortunately due to the major screw around I decided to get a Pro version instead of the Elite.

Also between now and then i've purchased Guitar Hero 3 and Castle Crashers. Both great games, although GH3 can be quite hard at times. I'm used to the way DDR is played on the PC so the whole strumming thing is going to take a while to get used to.

Anyway my Gamer Tag is of course GoroUnreal (if you're interested).

Can't wait for Fable 2 btw hopefully it'll live up to what it's supposed to do and not be another Fable 1.

Toolbox - MultiURL

Another upcoming section is the Toolbox, basically this area will be the place where i'll place all my online tools that i've made (usually to automate something that I didn't want to do manually).

For now though there is no section but I do have one tool for you, it's getting late at the moment so I haven't 100% finished it yet but it's still quite usable.

What would you need it for? Well in this instance I created it because I was viewing a forum topic that listed many links that weren't hyperlinked, this would've been quite a pain to copy and paste them into the url bar individually but with this it'll turn all the links into clickable links.

I also added a feature for if you had image links it'll show thumbnails if you'd like it to.

New Section and Real Life

New section called Bug Off. Instead of repeating myself i'll just point you in the direction of that Bug Off button up the top there. I am still planning on a gaming section, it's just at the moment i'd rather release this section first.

Be sure to subscribe to the Bug Off RSS feed as i'll be adding content to it in the next few days.

In real life though, still don't have my 360. I'm one of those people who'd like it yesterday sort of thing, so it is kinda killing me heh. I've also bought a ton of games off ebay for cheap for it too so i'm hanging to play those.

For those interested the games were:

- Blue Dragon
- Eternal Sonata
- Dead or Alive 4 (already played this before)
- Dead Rising
- Kameo (played some of this too)

Basically the shop had originally ordered it but Microsoft still hadn't sent it to the shop after a week. The shop then decided to get one sent to them from a neighboring town which should technically only take an hour of travel time. But low and behold no 360 after 2 days. Reason being the other shop claimed to not have received a fax in regards to sending one up. So another fax was sent today and I "should" receive a 360 by Wednesday (2 days). So fingers crossed but after all this i'm not entirely convinced it'll be that day.

Oh I also purchased Warhammer Online, and let's just say this game may very well have a chance against World of Warcraft. The play style is VERY similar, seriously change the graphics to WoW and it'd play almost the same.

And gotta love the public quests, I was more of a solo player when it came to MMOs so to be able to somewhat solo while at the same time playing with other players to achieve the same goal is quite fun and rewarding.

Only downfalls so far is limited crafting careers, I mean where's blacksmithing or mining? Also some of the graphics/facial animations could be improved. But i'm sure that'll all be improved in due time.

Overall i'm having a great time playing it and you should definitely check it out if you love WoW but would like to try something else.

As you can see I decided to review Spore in the previous entry. And it got me thinking, maybe I should review some games that I get? If I decide to go through with it i'll add a section to this site which will list all games that I have and i'll review some of them (I won't do all of them i've got too many heh).

It'll be a little more interesting though cause when I do that i'll make sure to post screenshots, etc.

Speaking of gaming, I got a 360 Elite put on hold for me till next week when I can afford it.

Those who know me know that I haven't really had an interest in purchasing a 360 (Sony fanboy), and i'm still not looking forward to experiencing the RROD, but we'll see, I did some research before hand to try and get a console that was less likely to have it happen but you never know.

It wasn't badly priced to be honest, I got the new bundle out at the moment which includes Halo 3, Gears of War, 1 year Gold Live Card and the 360 Elite console, all for $688AU. I also got an extra 3 year warranty just in case. So that brought it to the $780AU mark. Not bad considering the console itself is $640AU and the games $100 and $50.

Why did I get one? Well there are some games that are coming out on it that i'd like to get, namely Fable 2, sure they'll come out on PC eventually but i'm pretty impatient heh.
