This period is also a challenging since there’s a few whipsaw here and there. But the market tone is very positive as shown by the negative news of Abu Dhabi did not have any effect at all! This is something I learn (from books) that a bearish news on a uptrending market will have negligible effect. The same for opposite.

Will the capricorn effect take place? We will only know on Jan. But given the current situation, I will definitely place my bet that it will happen. But hor, since everyone is expecting that, there is a possibilities it might not happen.

Next year will be a important year since we are near the 2008 peak. 3000 points seems to be fairly reachable.

I’m fairly disturbed by the dropping volume in the market for the recent rally. At the same time, I question does the stock price reflect the fundamental of the economy when everything is so uncertain?

As for whether it is a good model to price the house, I am quite negative about it. Thinking in system or pragmatically, this model will not hold long. And the social effect will take time to mature and when that time comes, I believe many Singaporeans have to move to JB.

Adjusting to this is not easy. I could only let time tell me if it’s the right choice. Even though the part of me saying its alright, just a matter of getting used to it. I hope I do have the resources to cope with the road ahead.

Questions come to me… like what is right or wrong? What if everyone thinks they’re right, then who’s right? It’s the norm in life isn’t it. To be “myself” is definitely comfortable, but on the other hand, I know my past experience is programmed to believe, behaving like most other people beside me.

I’m a bit like a curious bee, looking into a building with lots of colored glass. Maybe just unfortunately, I looked at the small fragment of glass that is in yellow. But majority of them saw it red. In order to be accepted into the bee society, I would say… oh yea inside it’s all red. It’s a choice of being accepted or being ostracized. Being accepted would mean I would have to lie to myself somehow, which can be painful. But its even more painful to be ostracized. So it’s like choosing the lesser of both evil.

 To understand society, organization and stuff like that is first to understand human. When I looked at things in the bigger pictures, it just doesn’t make sense, on many account I conform to be accepted. Maybe we’re just born, wanted to be accepted by many others. I think its right to say life may not be more happy when you’re more aware of how things are structured.
