PLASMACEM is pleased to announce the launch of a revolutionary product. The PLASMAPAN jet panel. PLASMAPAN has the same dimensions as the classic yellow panel but with a duration longer than 300 jets compared to 20 of the traditional yellow panel.

PLASMAPAN boasts a cyclic density rubber cover that also extends to the thick edges of the panel; in this way, the spaces between the panel and the panel can be eliminated during the reinforcement phase, reducing the phenomena of leakage of the liquid concrete (gravel nests) to practically zero. The thickness of the steel spacers is incorporated by the thickness of the soft rubber eliminating the typical problems of the wooden panel which remains "suspended" above the spacers thus leaving the concrete to seep in and creating anti-esthetic efflorescence on the finished product.

You can safely drill the PLASMAPAN and subsequently repair the holes with our P-REP cones that will restore the PLASMAPAN surface without leaving water the possibility of attacking the wood and returning a product with high architectural efficiency.

PLASMAPAN is a regenerable product; at the end of life, do not throw it away !!! you can return it to the most convenient construction warehouse and we will regenerate it at a very competitive cost.

This product is suggested for a perfect release of all form liners with low profile.

Product Description PLASMOSIL – LIQUID VERSION is made of natural oils emulsified in water. The special product composition and the various chemical-physical reactions with the mortar on the casting surface enable the elimination of unaesthetic micro and macro surface blisters from the concrete, improving the overall aesthetic quality.

PLASMOSIL – LIQUID VERSION is a release agent ready for use, to be sprayed, or applied with brush or roller.

Compliant with UNI 8866 standard.

Typical applications This product can be used for any casting in traditional building sites and in pre-cast.

Transport, storage, yield • PLASMOSIL – LIQUID VERSION is available in 60 lt, 25 lt drums; • Store the product at a temperature of more than 10°C; • Average product yield: 50-60 m2 per liter. In the case of metal or very smooth surfaces, the yield per liter may even reach 90-100 m2.

Recommendations for use • Apply a very thin film of product for excellent performances; • In spray application, it is recommended to keep a distance of 30-40 cm between the nozzle and the formwork surface; • Do not exceed the suggested dosage; an excessive dosage may affect the good result of the dismantling, and the final appearance of casting surfaces; • Remove any excessive product with a dry cloth • A special sprinkler provided with appropriate nozzles is available for the best product application; • The emulsion, as it is supplied, is stable but sensitive to temperature changes. Therefore, it is recommended to stir and mix the product before its use.

Properties The use of PLASMOSIL – LIQUID VERSION does not affect the possibility of performing any subsequent treatments, such as: plastering, paint, protective coatings, etc. It also reduces the need for cleaning and maintenance of formworks, with possible time saving and production increase.

Functioning According to their action, release agents may be divided into “physical” and “chemical” release agents.

PLASMOSIL – LIQUID VERSION is a chemical release agent, and its effectiveness is related to a complex series of actions summarized in the following descriptions.

Release agents in stable inverse emulsion are made of two different well-mixed components: • The natural oil is the main component, and produces a strong physical release agent action; • The aqueous solution of active matters, producing the chemical dismantling.

In contact with the formwork, the emulsion water evaporates and allows the mixture of natural oil and active matter with the cement mixture; this property avoids the adhesion of cement mixture to the formwork.

Chemical analysis PLASMOSIL – LIQUID VERSION is a release agent consisting of raw materials with full natural origin.

Toxicological aspects PLASMOSIL – LIQUID VERSION is not toxic, not harmful for health and not irritating.

Quality and finishing of concrete PLASMOSIL – LIQUID VERSION has been specially designed to reduce the formation of micro and macroblisters on surfaces, to improve architectural concrete surface appearance, and the aesthetic quality of concrete in general.

This product is suggested for a perfect release of all form liners with high section finishes and with undercuts.

PLASGLUE is a special adhesive, polyurethane-based, single component, moisture-curing. The bonding obtained, elastic medium, it is highly adhesive and tenacious. Unlike the others moisture-curing polyurethane adhesives, PLASGLUE is odourless and free from solvents or thinners high volatility.

RANGE OF APPLICATION For its properties of adhesion and toughness is suitable for bonding wood friezes and cornices, MDF, chipboard, wood pulp, polyurethane, between them and on painted surfaces. Suitable for bonding frames and plasterboard, between them or on surfaces described above. Ideally used for bonding polystyrene with sheet metal, laminates and wood surfaces to get insulating panels (covers industrial buildings ecc.).

ADVICE TO USE OF PLASGLUE • Check in advance that the painted parts to be bonded are free from paraffin or have been used in paints rich in paraffin or similar, which may create anti-adhesive effect to bonding. In these cases it is good to roughen the surface with light sanding. • Do not smear excessive amounts of adhesive, especially on thin panels to avoid that there may be warping of the panel. In these cases it is good dosing the glue to distant points, avoiding imbalances of the glued surface. • By reason of the possible and unpredictable deformation of the panel caused also by gluing voltage, check in advance the quality of the product obtained. • Check in advance the desired bonding. • Ensure a sufficient humidity over the entire surface to be bonded or vaporize some water.

STORAGE The PLASGLUE is preserved in suitable environmental conditions (away from sources of heat and direct light temperature of 20-22°C) for around 6 months, in original unopened containers.
