Reporting to the Marketing Director, and together with him, European Territory Brand Manager (TBM) is responsible for implementing and managing overall successful business strategy for one NCsoft game, in order to maintain successful growth of its IP in Europe. To do so, Locally the TBM is closely working with the local and international NCsoft West team.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
The TBM is also working closely to the Global Brand Directors (GBD) who are bound to the game studio and leads the global brand strategy.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
The TBM is also responsible for providing report of any activities on their product range to the NCsoft West HQ.

Description

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager manages a team of Sales people/ account manager with responsibility for digital and physical goods distribution in EMEA region.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
The Sales manager is also responsible for meeting NCsoft Sales Targets and building the market via European distributors and customers. 

Together with the Sales Director, the Sales Manager is also responsible for identifying and bringing on board new distributors and business partners to increase the effectiveness of the channel distribution strategy and provide a viable go-to-market route for all NCsoft products and services.

&lt;p&gt;
The Sales Manager works in partnership with the publishing team, and more specifically sales and marketing departments to secure an appropriate supply of materials to meet distributor needs and maintain high levels of end user customer satisfaction.

DescriptionReporting to the Marketing Manager and together with the manager, the EU Territory Marketing Assistant (TMA) is responsible for planning and overseeing all marketing activities in the European territories. 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
EU Territory Marketing Assistant develops territory specific marketing plans along with the distributor community. The TMA has to ensure to make any local activities approved by the Marketing Manager and the relevant EU Territory Brand Manager. When campaigns and events have run, the TMA collects and circulates feedback to drive continuous improvement in the overall effectiveness of the Marketing function. 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
The TMA develops relationships with internal departments and manages the interface between NCsoft Europe and distributors. The TMA is the first point of contact for marketing specific queries from UK and Scandinavian distributors. Additionally, the TMA manages the distribution of information in collaboration with the Franchise Coordinators, PR Managers and other internal departments to guarantee information quality and adherence to NCsoft Marketing standards.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
Success in this role relies on the ability of the TMA to interface effectively between multiple groups to gather ideas and inputs and transform the information into effective Marketing campaigns, events and collateral.&amp;nbsp; Additionally, the TMA must work well under pressure and be effective at managing a number of tasks and projects simultaneously placing priority on the right things at the right time.

Description

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Creative Services Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for managing and supporting NCsoft partners (Media, distribution, internal teams, etc…) by delivering adapted assets to promote NCsoft games in Europe.&amp;nbsp; Indeed CSC has to get asset by briefing internal or external teams, ensuring consistency and quality with the NCsoft brands, managing localization of the assets when required and finally making these assets approved by the relevant persons.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
The CSC is responsible for building database of external agencies and freelancers for outsourcing and also for briefing them when assets are requested.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
Beyond management skills the CSC should have some designer skills in order to accomplish small adaptation task. Knowledge on Video Production, print design, Flash, CSS, SEO, PHP, Photoshop, in-design, etc is a plus.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
The CSC also manages and maintains storage of digital assets and is responsible for delivering assets to the partner.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
The Creative Services Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and controlling of all creative projects by building schedules and timelines to track production and delivery of assets.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
