For example, we recently we had a client who was trying to purchase a home.  She had been self-employed for several years but had never set up her business entity.  The bank would not make the loan to her because she could not prove that she had been self-employed for the time frame she was claiming.  She came to Stewardship Business Brokers and purchased a 4 year old company that closely matched the time frame for her self-employment.  Once her LLC had been registered with the state she took the company documents to the mortgage lender, which they accepted that as sufficient evidence of her self-employment and gave her the home. If you, or others in your network are interested, we are selling them for $1500 plus the state registration and filing fee of $150, for a total price of $1650.&amp;nbsp; We have the system in place to handle the registration and filing for you and have made sure each LLC has a clear title.&amp;nbsp; You will be able change the name of the LLC to one of your choosing, we will title it with all your contact info, and will make certain that any previous ownership info has been completely removed.&amp;nbsp; You will have a clear title LLC with at least a two year history.&amp;nbsp;We&amp;nbsp;may be able to get older ones on&amp;nbsp;occasion.&amp;nbsp; If that interests you please call.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The price will be higher for an older LLC.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
As you are aware having an older LLC makes it much easier to obtain business lines of credit and business credit cards?&amp;nbsp; What we have been seeing with these is that $50,000 to $100,000 seems to be the sweet spot for amount of credit that you are able to obtain fairly easily.&amp;nbsp; It is possible to get more than that, but I would not plan on more than about $200,000 at the high end, and I would keep expectations more in the $50,000 to $100,000 range.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This is a really straightforward transaction.&amp;nbsp; We are only involved in the sale and transfer of the LLC.&amp;nbsp; We will not be involved at all in obtaining the lines of credit for you.&amp;nbsp; Whatever you choose to do with the LLC after you have bought it is completely up to you.&amp;nbsp; Obviously there are many other ways to use the LLC in addition to getting lines of credit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
