Lewis Black, author, actor, playwright, Daily Show correspondent & comedic curmudgeon, joins Oliver Sharpe & Ann Korologos at the 2009 Aspen Ideas Festival to share a few big ideas. Lewis discusses a few of the panels he is participating including the comedy/journalism event, The News Has No Clothes, as well as his latest book Me Of Little Faith (his take on religion). Lewis also shares what he believes to be the most important topic facing America: Education & the lack of quality education. He speaks about the importance of honoring the Social Contract and laments the declining status of the profession of teaching. Black also offers another big idea...finding some way to pump more oxygen into Aspen.

Plum's Robyn Moreno caught up with DJ Deff Tonn (Jeffrey Tonnesen) at the Axe Lounge to discuss the world of celebrity DJs and his favorite gigs as well as work on Robyn's mixing skills. Deff Tonn also named the five songs every DJ MUST always have on hand, and supplied us with a Hamptons summer playlist, which you can read below.

Larry participated in a festival panel on humor & race as well as the comedy/journalism event, "The News Has No Clothes" featuring comedians D.L. Hughley, Lewis Black & former White House Press Secretary Dana Perino. Larry also discussed his latest book, I'd Rather We Got Casinos & Other Black Thoughts, and his new CBS show with Jenna Elfman, and shared some stories about his children as well as his thoughts on cougars. As always, Larry Wilmore was incredibly entertaining.
