Its great to see where our amps were born ! Some of the company atmosphere comes over too – I get the impression that people enjoy and take pride in their work, also good that many parts and raw materials are sourced locally – good to see. Cheers !

NOOOOO! Not the Hammerhead. Say it ain't so! The Hammerhead and the Mercury are the only two modern production amplifiers i actually like! I was lucky enough to score a Mercury recently and was hoping one day to get myself a Hammerhead 1x12. (insert internet frowny face here)

Nicely written and helps to articulate the rich tone and sophistication of the Rambler. Not easy to do since this amp seems to have an intuition that goes beyond wires and

Hello Gianni:
The pots are very stable. We have not had an instance of the setting changing thru vibration.
So rest assured! Once you set it – it is set!
It never hurts to check you bias though – perhaps every couple months – tubes change as they age so from time to time you may need to tweak it.
I tend to check mine about every 6 months or so.

How sensitive is the bias pot on your amps to vibrations etc. Let’s say when I haul the amp arount to gigs in the car, vibrations from the floor on stage etc. Thanks
