Pokémon Best Wishes: Epis. 23 & 24! [PT-ENG]

Olá pessoal!

Depois de uma enorme espera e polémica em torno dos episódios 23 e 24 de Pokémon Best Wishes, eis que finalmente sabemos algumas novidades!

Para quem não está a par da trama, nesses episódios vai dar-se o confronto entre a Team Rocket e a Team Plasma, o que vai provocar imensos estragos em Castelia City. Pessoas vão morrer, edifícios vão ruir, a batalha entre as duas Equipas do Mal promete ser assombrosa...

O problema é que estes episódios iam ser transmitidos precisamente na altura em que ocorreu o terramoto seguido de tsunami no Japão em Março de 2011. Assim sendo, a Tv Tokyo suspendeu e decidiu até apagar os episódios.

No entanto, estes episódios foram considerados importantes para o desenvolvimento da anime. Até então, Jessie e James vestiam-se sempre de negro e eram muito mais "mafiosos" que nas outras temporadas do anime, estando particularmente interessados em desenvolver planos de conquista de Unova, ao invés de andarem sempre a tentar capturar o Pikachu.

Episódios mais tarde, eles voltaram a usar os fatos brancos, mas continuam a ser "mafiosos", o que lhes fica muito bem, embora eu gostasse mais de os ver vestidos de negro. O que aconteceu naqueles 2 episódios é uma incógnita. Quem terá vencido? A Team Rocket? A Team Plasma?

Seja como for, a boa notícia é que a Pokémon considerou que os episódios 23 e 24 são fulcrais para o desenvolvimento da série. Neste momento, Pokémon vai entrar 15ª Temporada, pelo menos nos EUA. No Japão continua a ser a 14ª Temporada.

Nos Estados Unidos da América, segundo John Leffler, um dos responsáveis pela banda sonora do anime, de 50 em 50 episódios eles começam uma nova Temporada.

A partir do episódio 51, "Pokémon Best Wishes" passará a chamar-se "Pokémon Best Wishes: Rival Destinies", uma clara alusão ao novo Set de Cartas Pokémon "Next Destinies", que será lançado a 8 de Fevereiro de 2012.

A 15ª Temporada começará nos EUA a 18 de Fevereiro de 2012.

Para terminar, a data provável de exibição dos episódios 23 e 24 de Pokémon Best Wishes ainda não foi determinada. Os episódios estão a ser refeitos, de forma a conseguirem adaptar-se à saga actual da anime. Aponta-se para que os episódios sejam transmitidos em finais de 2012 ou apenas em 2013. Esperemos que a Tv Tokyo seja simpática e os transmita mais cedo!

Hello everybody!
After a long waiting and a huge controversy around episodes 23 and 24 of "Pokémon Best Wishes", behold, we finally some news! xD

For those not familiar with the plot, these episodes will present the confrontation between Team Rocket and Team Plasma, which will cause several damage to Castelia City. People will die, some major destruction will occur and several damage is going to happen to all Pokémon in the area.

Problem is, these episodes would be transmitted precisely at the time the earthquake followed by tsunami occured in Japan in March 2011. Thus, TV Tokyo suspended and decided to delete the episodes.

However, these episodes are important for the development of "Pokémon Best Wishes". Until then, Jessie and James dressed always in black and were much more "bad boys" in contrast with the older seasons of the anime, and they are interested in conquer Unova, instead of always trying to capture Pikachu.

Episodes later, they returned to use the white suits, but they are still "bad boys", which gets them very well, although I liked better to see them dressed in black!

What happened in those 2 episodes is unknown. Who has won? Team Rocket or Team Plasma?

Anyway, the good news is that the Pokémon decided that episodes 23 and 24 are central to the development of the anime.

Right now, Pokémon Season 15 will start soon in U.S.

You may ask: "Why? After all, in Japan it is still the 14th Season..."

According to John Leffler, one of the persons in charge of the soundtrack of the anime in America, when they aired 50 episodes, they began a new season. Beginning episode 51, "Pokémon Best Wishes" will be called "Pokémon Best Wishes: Rival Destinies" a clear allusion to the New Pokémon Card Set "Next Destinies", which will be released on February 8, 2012. The 15th Season will begin in the U.S. at February 18, 2012.

Finally, the probable date to show episodes 23 and 24 from Pokémon Best Wishes has not been determined. The episodes are being redone, so that they can adapt to the current anime saga. They point to the episodes being broadcast in late 2012 or 2013 only. Hopefully TV Tokyo goes friendly and transmit them sooner! I wanna see them! ^w^

Side Note: Nintendo UK posted their press release which was identical to the one above on January 26th, 2012 but it also included pictures of the moves that the Mewtwo would be distributed with. The Mewtwo is identical to the one given out in Japan in 2011. It's level 70, in a Cherish Ball, has the King's Rock as a held item and knows the moves: Psystrike, Shadow Ball, Aura Sphere and Electro Ball.

Com o ataque do Anonymous na rede americana e a forte pressão dos protestos, o congresso dos EUA suspendeu a votação da lei SOPA por tempo indeterminado! xD

A votação da lei aconteceria no dia 24 de Janeiro, mas Lemar Smith, o republicano que criou o projecto, disse que ela será adiada por tempo indeterminado por não haver uma concordância entre as duas partes.

"Ficou claro que precisamos reconsiderar a abordagem proposta para o combate aos ladrões estrangeiros que roubam e revendem invenções e produtos norte-americanos", afirmou Smith em comunicado.

Além disso, o projecto-lei deveria ter no mínimo 60 partidários a favor para seguir à votação final dos 100 senadores, mas o que começou grande e forte com 39 senadores, já está com menos de 15...

Megaupload, o site que permitia a partilha de ficheiros foi ontem fechado pelo FBI e tanto o fundador como vários executivos do site foram presos, sob acusação de pirataria e de violarem as leis anti-pirataria dos Estados Unidos da América. A acusação alega que o site deu aos detentores de direitos de autor mais de 500 milhões de dólares de prejuízo por facilitar a pirataria de filmes e outros tipos de conteúdo.

The February 2012 issue of CoroCoro announced the official release date of the game in Japan!

It will be March 17th, 2012!

Amazon.co.jp also released the box art for the game!

More details about the game:

- In the beginning of each battle, all Pokemon will be put out on the field;
- There are two conditions under which a battle is won: All your opponent’s pokemon are defeated OR all flags (?) are captured;
- Pokemon must navigate the battlefield, but some can jump or fly over obstacles;
- If a Pokemon attacks nearby a complementary typed teammate damage will be increased;
- Various potions available;
- Defeated Pokemon can drop treasure chests containing gold and items;
- Generals can have special powers to be used during battle, such as increased mobility for Pokemon (main character’s power);
- Attacks have different ranges so be careful of your opponent’s proximity;
- Provinces have a variety of locales, including caves and rice fields;
- Wild Pokemon and unaffiliated Generals are in these areas and can be recruited after impressing them in battle;
- You can raise your army’s strength by cultivating bonds with your pokemon;
- After eating ‘Ponigiri’ (onigiri = rice ball, combined with the word Pokemon) can increase “tension“;
- Various shops exist and sell items you can use in battle;
- You may battle neighboring provinces in order to expand the land you’ve conquered and take over their castles;
- Neighboring provinces may also attack you;
- When playing against a human opponent you may select up to 6 Generals from your game and they may do the same (6v6);

A revista Famitsu realizou um inquérito junto dos leitores, onde o público podia escolher os 50 melhores jogos da Nintendo.

O 1º lugar, infelizmente, não foi para Pokémon. Foi sim para Super Mario Bros. da velhinha NES.

Pokémon ficou classificado em 28º, com os jogos Pokémon Red/Blue/Green/Pikachu para Game Boy.

Estes jogos entraram no Livro do Guiness!

Em 2009, estes jogos da Saga Pokémon foram reconhecidos como: ''Melhor Jogo de género RPG para Game Boy'' e ''Melhor Jogo género RPG de todos os tempos''.

The first place, unfortunately it wasnt Pokémon.

It was rather to Super Mario Bros. in the oldy NES.
