Increased communication for organizations fosters brand awareness and often, improved customer service. Additionally, social media serves as a relatively inexpensive platform for organizations to implement marketing campaigns</p>
<p>Marketing (in general) is one of the largest expenses any company, large or small, has. It is not your customers’ job to remember you are in business! By using Social Media, any small business owner levels the playing field with the big companies. The cost to enter and participate in the social space is minimal. Compared to other forms of marketing, such as print, broadcast and online advertising, the cost to market a business and brand in social media is relatively low. Social media can be a break through to SMEs to make money and grow their business.</p>

Apple’s Phil Schiller has just officially announced the new iPhone 5 at the company’s massive press event here in San Francisco, less than a year since its predecessor was unveiled.</p>
<p>Some of the news won’t come as much of a shock considering the sheer volume of rumors and leaks lately (even<a href="http://techcrunch.com/2012/09/12/whoops-apple-search-engine-is-revealing-product-news-before-todays-event-iphone-5-new-ipods-new-itunes-confirmed/"><strong> Apple let some details slip</strong></a> earlier today) — I’m going to resist the temptation to pontificate on every new feature as it’s revealed (for now, anyway), so let’s get right down to it.</p>
<p><strong>THE IPHONE 5</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>We can finally put the debate to rest — Apple’s newest mobile juggernaut is called the iPhone 5 (despite actually being the sixth iPhone to hit the market). It’s 20% lighter than the iPhone 4S, 18% thinner, and crafted out of (what else?) glass and aluminum.</li>
<li>Pre-orders for the iPhone 5 will begin on Friday, September 14, and the device will ship to lucky consumers <a href="http://techcrunch.com/2012/09/12/iphone-5-pricing-and-availability-revealed-199-for-16gb-299-for-32gb-399-for-64gb/"><strong>starting on September 21</strong></a>. As usual, the device will be available in 16, 32, and 64GB models, which will cost $199, $299, and $399 respectively with a two-year contract from AT&amp;T, Verizon, or Sprint.</li>
<li>The long-rumored (and handsome) two-toned design is indeed legitimate, as is the new iPhone’s larger<strong> 4-inch Retina Display.</strong> And yes, that 16:9 display runs at 1136 x 640 with five rows of icons. According to Schiller, it’s “the most accurate display in the industry” because the touch sensors are embedded in the display as well.</li>
<li>As expected, Apple has also unveiled a brand new chipset for the iPhone 5:<strong> the A6</strong>, which Schiller says is a full two times faster than the A5 chip in the iPhone 4S</li>
<li>The iPhone 4S’s battery life wasn’t anything to write home about, but the iPhone 5 seems equipped to do much better — 8 hours of 3G talk time, as well as 8 hours of 3G and LTE web browsing to be precise.</li>
<li>The iPhone’s audio system has been bolstered with a smaller (but improved speaker). There are also now three microphones in the mix: one on the front, one on the back, and another on the bottom.</li>
<li>That oft-rumored miniature Dock Connector is real: it’s all-digital, has eight pins and it’s called “Lightning.” Yes, there’s an adapter for it, but no word yet on exactly what it will cost you.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>CONNECTIVITY</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>It’s hardly a surprise at this point, but the iPhone 5 packs support for Sprint, Verizon, and AT&amp;T’s <strong>LTE networks</strong> here in the States. What’s really impressive is that combined that LTE support with 2.4GHz and 5GHz 802.11n Wi-Fi onto a single<a href="http://techcrunch.com/2012/09/12/the-iphone-5-comes-with-ultra-fast-wireless-lte-around-the-world-and-802-11n-dual-channel-wi-fi/"><strong> “ultra fast” chip.</strong></a></li>
<li>Despite what a handful of leaks pointed to in the weeks leading up to the event, there’s been no mention of an integrated NFC chip yet.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>CAMERA</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Smartphone cameras are really starting to give their point-and-shoot brethren a run for their money (think Nokia’s PureView and HTC’s ImageSense tech), but instead of running up the megapixel count, Apple has stuck with an <strong>8-megapixel camera</strong>. That said, the backside-illuminated sensor is smaller, and features much better low-light performance (finally!).</li>
<li>App developers may be bummed to know that the camera now also has a built-in panorama mode. The revamped camera also supports 1080p video capture, and users can now snap photos while recording video at the same time. I wonder how HTC feels about that.</li>

<p><strong>#2 Tengeneza kipande cha video kinachovutia cha ukaribisho</strong></p>

<p>Kwenye facebook unaweza kuandika herufi 420 wakati kwenye twitter mtu anarusiwa kuandika herufi 140 pekee. Hi inafanya unapoandika maneno zaidi ya 140 inaweka link inayomrejesha msomaji kwenye ukurasa wako wa facebook.</p>
<p>Pia unaweza kuutangaza ukurasa wako kwenye background ya ukurasa wako wa twitter, kwenye URL link pia kwenye twitter bio, LinkedIn bio, google plus bio na mitandao mingine ya kijamii unayojiunga nayo.</p>
<p><strong>#7 Tumia machapisho (Print media)</strong></p>

<p>Pale unapokua unaandika kwenye kurasa bi nafsi za marafiki zako au kwenye kurasa za mashabiki (Fan page) zingine tumia jina la ukurasa wako “@tag”(@jina la ukurasa) kama njia ya kumalizia au kuhitimisha ujumbe wako. Hi itasaidia ukurasa wako kuoneka maeneo mengi na watu wengi.</p>
<p>Mwisho: Sio kwamba njia ya “suggest to friends” haifai kabisa, hapana. Hi njia inaweza kutumika kwa mafanikio kutegemea kiasi cha marafiki ulionao, uhusiano ulionao na marafiki zako, Kiasi ambacho huwa utatuma maombi ya kujiunga na kurasa kwa marafiki zako.</p>

<p>Let’s be honest, when we hire a social strategist, we want that person to be everything for everybody. It’s a new position in most companies and hasn’t been succinctly and accurately defined in most cases. PR and marketing play tug-of-war with this position, both vying to get this highly valuable person on their team. Meanwhile, HR, Product Development, Customer Service and Legal are all invested because this position touches all of their departments.</p>
<p>So what’s a social strategist to do? This ever-expanding position engages with so many people and on so many levels of the company, it’s almost overwhelming.</p>
<p>In a nutshell, a social media strategist must wear a lot of hats. This position is basically about cultivating the relationships between a business and its customers online. But it’s much more than just posting on Facebook or Twitter. He or she needs to be able to juggle multiple roles and responsibilities and multitask like a mother (literally). Look at it this way—if you’ve had a challenge with integrated marketing, this job is not for you. It’s beyond integrated and crosses over many lines of business.</p>
<p>Here are five important roles of a social media strategist:</p>
<p><strong>Risk-taker.</strong> Social media is all about innovation, so the ability to take calculated risks is essential. Most social strategists have a degree in marketing/communications, and many have some seniority in the company. This person is responsible for speaking to the public about your company and maintaining the brand, all within the realm of constant changes in technology and evolving networks. The challenge is to remain personable, consistent and engaging. Without those elements in communication, the social media strategy fails.</p>
<p><strong>Relationship builder.</strong> The beauty of social media is that it’s the perfect arena for building relationships with customers short of flying them to your office. It’s where your company can form a bond with consumers through conversation on a number of appropriate topics. The danger is that these relationships can become strained, flat or negative, depending on who is at the helm of your social strategy. Your strategist must be able build and maintain positive relationships with strangers. Not an easy task.</p>
<p><strong>Evangelist.</strong>Can your social strategist get people to drink your company’s Kool-Aid? Do they have what it takes to get consumers on your side and fall in love with your brand? They need to be able to speak about your company or product with passion and authenticity. If your strategist is not an evangelist, you need to find one who has what it takes to be engaging.</p>
<p><strong>Policy maker.</strong> Without rules and guidelines, you can’t move forward. Every company needs to have communication standards that allow for authenticity with boundaries. You want your social strategist to be real and personable, but not without constraints and necessary brand guidelines that adhere to company policies and procedures. In other words, you need a strategist who can engage with limits and evangelize within brand boundaries.</p>
<p><strong>Analytics.</strong> Bottom line—without analytics, you can’t prove that any of this works. So, in addition to the previous four roles, your social media strategist must have a knack for analysis, as well. I think what makes this position so interesting is that you can measure the impact and tie together all the programs, customer service models, employee communication, and research into one plan that helps drive efforts across the board.</p>

Moja ya Nyanja zenye faida kubwa kwa sasa ni “Mobile Apps”, na ufahamu wa mfumo wake (Mobile Apps) na mwelekeo utakupa ujuzi wa jinsi ya kutumia fursa hii ya soko la mobile apps.Kama developer, mfanyabiashara au mwekezaji utagundua kuwa biashara katika dunia ya simu inakuwa ya faida zaidi kadri inavyozidi kuendelea.</p>
<p>Basi hebu tujadili ukweli juu ya maendeleo ya “Mobile App” na soko lake linalozidi kuongezeka.</p>
