Camila Alves Debuts Her Sparkling Engagement Ring on the Red Carpet

Camila Alves looked gorgeous in a red dress with a cutout back as she posed on her way into QVC's runway show in NYC last night. All eyes were on her sparkling engagement ring though, which she proudly displayed for the cameras. Camila and longtime boyfriend Matthew McConaughey became engaged over the holidays, but this is the first we've seen of the three-stone bauble. Camila and Matthew are just one of many cute celebrity couples in Hollywood, though Camila was without her man yesterday. New York Fashion Week officially starts today, but Camila helped kick off the festivities at the QVC event, which also saw support from Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen and Olivia Palermo.

Jake Gyllenhaal Gets to Know His Fellow Berlin International Film Festival Jurors

Jake Gyllenhaal and his fellow members of the jury at the Berlin International Film Festival gathered this morning for a photocall. Before entering the Grand Hyatt, Jake stopped to sign autographs and pose for a few photos. He then linked up with Charlotte Gainsbourg, British director Mike Leigh, and Dutch director Anton Corbijn. Iranian director Asghar Farhadi, German actress Barbara Sukowa, French director François Ozon, and Algerian writer Boualem Sansal round out the group of jurors. Jake and company will decide which of the eighteen films in competition takes home the prestigious Golden Bear Award for best picture. Diane Kruger's Farewell, My Queen is among those in contention, as is Angelina Jolie's In the Land of Blood and Honey.

The fun continued inside the 2012 amfAR charity gala at NYC's Cipriani Wall Street last night. Host Sarah Jessica Parker, decked out in a pink Oscar de la Renta gown, mingled with friends like Stanley Tucci, who brought along his fiancée Felicity Blunt. Heidi Klum caught up with some other members of the Project Runway family, like Kenneth Cole and Molly Sims. Cindy Crawford made the rounds with Roberto Cavalli and took the stage with Elizabeth Hurley to present one of the evening's honors. The event is a traditional kickoff to New York Fashion Week, which officially starts today. Eva Mendes Visits Ryan Gosling on Set in Thailand

Ryan Gosling has been in Thailand for the past few weeks working on Only God Forgives, and his girlfriend, Eva Mendes, flew over this week for a visit. He was spotted continuing his martial arts training at a gym on Monday, and Eva ventured out solo to get a snack yesterday. Eva has been in LA focusing on her own movie-making during the last month, but made time to keep an eye on Ryan's beloved dog George. Ryan's project sees him pairing up yet again with his Drive director Nicolas Winding Refn. Their shooting schedule means Ryan's been missing out on award season back in LA. Ryan was up for numerous awards for his acting in both Drive and George Clooney's The Ides of March, but he unfortunately missed out on nabbing a coveted nod from the Academy.

Ryan and Eva met last Summer on the set for another film, The Place Beyond the Pines. In the March issue of Marie Claire, Eva spoke for the first time about shooting alongside Ryan. She said, "He’s your dream costar. I have never felt so creatively satisfied on a film."
