So, Chris Brown and Rihanna actually recorded two songs together. Not only “Birthday Cake,” but a remix to Brown’s “Turn Up the Music.”

Brown has been having a hard time on Twitter recently but he is slaying them in the streets.

Rihanna has been game since at least a year ago, truth be told. Brown meanwhile has had to satisfy the terms of his probation before he could even be within 60 feet of her. But it’s on now.

“Kendra” just about has it all: A new four-door sedan, a decent-paying job and she just closed on a condo in Kenner, Louisiana. But she has one problem: She keeps meeting broke dudes.

It’s true many brothers are funds deficient. Actually many people are funds deficient. It’s a recession. But you may feel that you are a magnet for dudes with less-than, or the have-nots.

But have you ever looked at yourself?
What do you like in a man? Maybe you are attracted to danger, risk-taking, adventure. You don’t want a “square” who works a 9 to 5 and keeps everything stable. You need some excitement!

Are maybe you agree with this viewpoint that said: “Im trying to be real polite here even though its hard after a dumb statement like that!! But I will be and just say…. the type of people u attract is in direct correlation with who u are!! And race has nothing to do with it dear!

Speaking to Vibe Magazine, Nicki Minaj says her first album “Pink Friday” proved to the world she could do it without talking about sex.
“And so I went above and beyond to prove that I could not talk about sex and not talk about my genitalia and still have a successful album. And I proved that. And now my time for proving things to my critics is over. I don’t really need to prove anything to anyone else anymore.”

Is it still hard to get your way as a woman in this industry?

It’s not hard to get your way when it’s your way or the highway. People either follow suit or they’re not around. I don’t really like the sound of that, ‘cause that sounds like a temper tantrum. I’m just very black and white when it comes to my business. There’s really no gray area. I really don’t have a lot of small talk with people I work with. It’s pretty much let’s get the job done. In the beginning, if people didn’t know me they’d probably assume I wasn’t smart or wasn’t business savvy. But once you sit and talk to me, it’s a different story.

You were heavy on the fashion scene last year around Fashion Week with Anna Wintour. Do you feel like you’ve been accepted by the fashion world?

Yeah, I realized more recently that even if it’s for a fashion magazine, I’m not gonna change who I am. When I was doing photo shoots last year, I kept on being told, “This is what we want your hair to look like and this is what we want you to look like,” and it really, really stifled my creativity. So the other day I was talking to a photographer, and he said, “You know what, I like your everyday looks so much better than when you do photo shoots for magazines.” And I was like, “So do I, you’re absolutely right.” I’d been getting more and more frustrated for a while.

Tyler Perry: ‘There was a grace that carried’ Whitney Houston (VIDEO)

Of all the clergy at Whitney Houston’s funeral, it was Madea that actually quoted the word of God.

“There as a grace that carried her,” good friend Tyler Perry said Saturday at the New Jersey “homegoing” service for one of the greatest American singers of all time.

“From what I understand she wasn’t supposed to even be able to speak, let alone sing, but there was a grace that carried her on through,” he said.

“That’s one thing I know, for sure, and the other thing … Whitney Houston loved the Lord.”

Whitney Houston is not in Heaven. The Bible says that the dead ‘are conscious of nothing at all.” Whitney Houston is in the ground, asleep in the ground. She may be in God’s grace — we don’t know for sure — but if she is, those also in his grace will see her again. And that voice, so full of glory and power, will ring as true then as it did at her peak.

Shannon Lee, daughter of famed actor and martial artist Bruce Lee and Linda Lee is headed to Dubai to bring the “Bruce Lee” brand to the Middle East.

“I am looking forward to my trip to Dubai, I have heard a lot about it here in the US and I would like to finally be there to see and feel it myself. This is my first visit to the Middle East. As part of Bruce Lee Enterprises I am visiting Dubai to announce the launch of some new products. Robin Thicke busted for weed possession in New York

Proving that it doesn’t just happen to gangsta rappers, award-winning R&B crooner Robin Thicke was arrested Friday by patrol officers who saw him smoking a joint in a Cadillac Escalade, according to the New York Daily News.

“He wasn’t driving,” a police source said. “He was sitting in the car. He was arrested and a small amount of marijuana was recovered on him.”

Thicke, 34, was in the Escalade with somebody else, the police source said, but Thicke was the only one arrested and then charged with possession. BUMMER!

“Twitter plays a huge part on ‘Basketball Wives’ because sometimes we may get to Twitter to vent, which is probably not the greatest thing to do. I think we all are guilty of probably doing that at some point.”

She added, “Usually it starts up argument when we’re filming.” The women recently wrapped tape on season 4 of the uber-popular show, spawning several copies (LA) with talks of the franchise moving to ATL. And have y’all seen Baseball Wives? Ugh!

But anyway, so tweeting is the new fighting, apparently.

Jennifer Williams says “there would be a lot less problems” if the girls chilled from the popular social networking site.

“Twitter seems to cause a lot problems on ‘Basketball Wives,’ so it would be interesting if we didn’t have Twitter to see how that would go,” she said.

‘Khloe & Lamar’ + ‘Ice T loves Coco’: Does VH1 have a heart?

After countless scenes of black women attacking each other physically, VH1 is finally trying to wean its reality TV viewers off the crack that it has become.

Now, the same channel that bought us Flav of Love is giving us “Khloe & Lamar” and “Ice T loves Coco,” two interracial reality TV shows that will no doubt play up the romance angle for married celebrities.

Ice T even has been giving relationship advice lately: “We’re not breaking up. It’s not part of the plan. We talk a lot, we got great communication and I think that you gotta stay on the same team. I think a lot of time, celebrity life, both people have careers and they kind of create two teams that potentially work against each other, you gotta stay on the same team.”

The producers probably are tired of showing their mothers and grandmas edited girl fights and what to change their mojo with this one. I say, BOUT TIME.

But it’s kind of interesting that they wouldn’t give some of the people that gave them their best ratings a show like this, one that would show two adult people working it out as a family. Why hasn’t Evelyn Lozada and Chad Ochocinco gotten a show?

Why hasn’t Lisa Wu Hartwell and former NFL hubby Ed gotten a shot? Why not Nene Leakes?

What did VH1 see in a former gangsta rapper and showgirl-like wife (of course we see what they saw in Khloe Kardashian)?

Will they be ratings bananzas? Ice T and Coco is a no-go. Why? Because it’s going to be awfully hard for these two to rebrand themselves after promoting pimp-n-ho imagery for years. I mean, it’s possible but not likely.

I like Ice T, I think he’s better on a TV screen than Lamar Odom, but we all know a Kardashian on a reality TV show is like a Jackson on stage. She’ll bring the lights, the camera the action, and if she can’t she’ll just bring out the big gun: Kimmie K.
