			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The obsession with efficiency makes &#8220;dilbert-state-like-companies&#8221; that takes decisions based on wrong assumptions. Budgets seems like one of the most dangerous tools if you want a sane company &#8211; a budget is in most companies the bible that everyone have to obey but like project plans it can mostly be put in the category of wishful thinking that have the extra bonus that management have a hard time seeing the really good ideas that could make the cash counter go ding ding ding! <img src='http://porcupinex.net/site/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

You will work closely with Program Management, Planning, Marketing etc.<br />
Additional responsibilities include managing tactical and communication focused meetings, driving deliverables through to completion, and owning project planning efforts. Qualifications should include at least 3 years of project management experience, having gone through at least two product release cycles, attention to detail, ability to see the big picture, ability to quickly grasp technical concepts quickly, and most important, exceptionally strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It always takes a lot of effort finding the right job but when the financial markets crash it gets plain hard.</p>
<p>I am employed until 30 november 2009 but then I am out of work &#8211; that means currently that most of day is used for job hunting (check my profile at <a href=http://jorgenlarsen.name>jorgenlarsen.name</a>). I primary do my job hunting through my network since only a small percentage of jobs are publicly announced. </p>
<p>There are a lot of not so fun things to say about the situation of being “in between jobs” but for me there is a fun part and that is face-2-face meeting with old and new people in my network &#8211; they are inspiring, open minded, open doors, etc. Quite amazing!</p>
<p>There are other people in my network out job hunting and I think they deserve all the help the can get. That is why I want to create a list of people seeking a job and hope you will help me distribute the list when it is done.</p>
<p>If you are out job hunting please fill the <a href=/S69z>jobhunter form</a>. </p>
<p>The 2nd of November I will collect the input and distribute it to my network and publish it on this Web-site for further distribution. </p>
<p>Just to sum up the plan:<br />
 1. Job hunters fills the <a href=/S69z>jobhunter form</a> (please send people you know that are out of a job to this page).<br />
 2. I collect the input, makes a list and distribute it to my network (deadline: 2 November 2009).<br />
 3. Publish the list on this Web-site &#8211; Hope that you will help spread the word about this list so the chances are high for getting the &#8216;job hunters&#8217; some great jobs.</p>
