It is pretty hard to decide what to see and hear when there are more than 70 presentation sessions by leading experts and authors. I always start by looking around for people who have a deep insight, are not too mainstream and are good presenters. This year it is Keith Braithwaite, Dave Thomas, Ola Bini and not least Dan North (and a bunch of other software development gurus that I haven’t had the pleasure of hearing yet).

My schedule is still a bit messy but that’s almost always the case with the GOTO/JAOO conferences (it is hard to pick just one presentation per time slot).

The MacBok Air generally have temperature issues but I have never seen such high temperatures. I searched the web and hoped to find a solution and yet again the web was to great help. The problem was old thermal grease.

After 15 minutes of work my Air is not running at 102 celsius but ‘only’ 51 celsius.
