MINI, MINI FOLIO PART 1 - PREP and Construction

Imagine a Mini, Mini Folio which has lots of places for photos and added bits and pieces. You need to watch my new step by step video on making one. As the name suggests it's a cute little size at 6 1/4" x 5 1/4" size and has places for 6 x 4 photos and 3" x 4" photos too. This is part 1 and we construct the album and cut out all our elements from my chosen cardstock.

Here's another Paper bag album that I have made and this time I have used the Life's a Bowl of Cherries paper from Graphic 45 Please do give this video a look as I have made a few changes which I didn't do in the Curiouser and Curiouser Tutorial. Double points if you can find them lol.

As with the previous album I have used 6 of the Lunch/Grocery bags these are the large bags (6" x 12") so a really good size. I have also add a bit of glossy accents to the bottle caps which makes the front cover come alive, (in my humble opinion)

I have finished my International Scrapbook day album that we created on my You Tube live. I have used the amazing papers from Graphic 45 - The Beach is Calling. I so love the colours combs of this collection and the imagery is just soft and dreamy and reminds me of summer days at the beach with my family. Please do take a look at the Project share video and if possible please do subscribe as it really does help my channel grow. The pages in the album decrease in size from the back to the front and has many places that you will be able to add your photos and special memories.

I love making this size album as its just big enough for good sized photos. I have used the beautiful papers from Graphic 45 this are called Flutter and are just stunning papers, its one of the older collections but as with all Graphic 45 collections, they are timeless and never seem to age. (Wish I could say the same) ;0)

I have also used some acetate as I didn't want to cover any of the papers. I would like to ask if you would please take a look at my video as its an interactive album and really needs to be seen. xx

Yesterday I showed you the walkthrough today I have Part 1 of the Tutorial for you. This is my entry into the Graphic 45 Brand Ambassador call for 2024. I have created a travel journal/folio using the wonderful Tropical Travelogue collection of papers.

All Graphic 45 collections are all just timeless pieces of crafting heaven. I have also come up with a new way of adding more hinges to your book but keeping the spine relatively small. So much can be done with this little folio and it can be adapted to fit any occasion or life event.

We are on the home stretch with this project. I make up the last 2 pages in the Natures Notebook album. This is the tutorial for the "Lifes a Bowl of Cherries" album that I did for my entry into the Graphic 45 Brand Ambassador call. I use tags and create a tag holder for them to sit on as a stand alone page. Some of the tag holders I have used acetate to create a window which look fab! Here is the next instalment of the Life's a Bowl of Cherries album that I created for the Graphic 45 Brand Ambassador call. To give a very different perspective on the album, I have chosen very different papers to use as the demo album. Let me introduce you to the Natures Notebook collection. I have had this in in stash for a while now and this was the perfect album for them. In this video I show you the different score lines and folds, making up the Waterfall feature on the front and back inside covers and make a start on Pages 4 & 8 which are the interlocking booklets pages. I would like to show you my newest project that I have been working on over the last couple of days. As some of you will know I do love a good mini album and this one is one that I have so enjoyed creating. Its my entry into the Graphic 45 Brand Ambassador Call 2023 and I've been waiting all year for this to come around, I then had the huge task of choosing the paper that I was going to use, as its all just so beautiful! I did decide in the end with one of the newest collections which is "Life's a Bowl of Cherries" I just love the vintage 1950's feel.

Onto page 2 in the Little House Box and album project that I have been doing. This page is a diagonal pocket with a bit of a difference. I do like to have a few pages in my books that have a more simpler page in them as this way does cut down on the thickness of your albums.
