I find this statement to be true now more than ever. There’s an extreme information overload happening in our culture, and it really takes a strong spirit to stop and turn within and tune to our own channel of inherent wisdom.

I wanted to take this moment to apologize for the inconsistent daily quotes. I (Laura Dawn) have been responsible to sending these out, and for the past 6 months have been focusing on moving (to Hawaii) and working on my Holistic Nutrition business Sacred Source Nutrition. Sacred Source is about reconnecting to the Earth, our food source and ourselves. It emphasizes the spiritual dimension of food and eating as well as offers concrete advice to life a healthier lifestyle. When we eat good, we feel good, and when we feel good, truly amazing things start to happen and unfold in out lives and we can start to ‘do good’. (“Eat Better, Feel Better, Do Better”)
