Tomorrow, May 17th, Mondo will be releasing leftover prints from Texas Frightmare Weekend and the first screening in the Alamo Drafthouse’s Summer of 1982 Series.  These are the prints that will be available:

“Henry: Portrait Of A Serial Killer” by Ken Taylor measures 24 x 36 inches and is a hand numbered edition of 245.  ”A Nightmare On Elm St.” by Jay Shaw measures 18 x 24 inches and is a hand numbered edition of 225.  Lastly, “Conan: The Barbarian” by Jason Edmiston measures 24 x 36 inches and is an edition of 320.  Pick these up when the time is right at Mondo.

Jeff Lamm has got a rocking new piece out titled “London Face Punch”.  This artistic creation measures 18 x 24 Inches and is a five color screenprint on 140lbs French Paper.  Here is a little more from the artist:

“This illustration was very fun for me to draw. I was excited to be asked to do it. I enjoy icons of mid-century modern architecture, in this case the London Postal Tower. Such a strange phallic symbol piercing the sky, covered in a weird array of antennae. I did the original in pencil first on marker paper, did a light box transfer for the inks and added colors digitally. I’m pretty sure I did not make monster noises out loud whilst drawing it. All three monsters in the illustration are also toys I have in production. Greasebat (on the left) M5 Bravo (hugging the tower) and Stee-Gar (on all fours). ”

Hopefully some of you had the chance to see Death Cab for Cutie’s recent tour where they were accompanied by the The Magik*Magik Orchestra.  Jason Munn created several new t-shirt and poster designs for the tour.  Two of these posters are now available through his site.  The first poster being the overall image identity for the tour and the second being an extension on a new t-shirt design that was also created for the tour.  Both prints measure 18 x 24 inches so they are perfect for framing.

Tomorrow, Tuesday May 15th, Shepard Fairey will release his “Shoplifters Welcome” large format pieces.  These will be availble in Red, Black, Silver & Pink, Orange, Black.  These measure 26 x 34 1/2 inches and are editions of 50.
