The movie team spent one week in Kosovo to meet with young people from Prishtina, Gjakova, Prizren and Mitrovica and discuss with them on the actual situation of Kosovo. Going deeper into the challenges with which young people are faced every day will also help us to be able to better address the issue of Sustainable Development for Kosovo which is also our main topic for this new project.<p /> What kind of opportunities does the economy provide to young people? Is entrepreneurship a path they could follow? Are they participating in the election processes and vote as they are supposed to do? How important is the role of females in politics and economy? Many interviews were shot. One colleague from Germany who joined the movie team this year wrote some kind of online diary which was shared on the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/thinkyoung">ThinkYoung fansite on Facebook</a>. Last but not least we will finally have a <strong>sunny</strong> Prishtina and Kosovo to present to a wider international audience.<p /> The directors told me that the movie should be ready by the end of September. Looking forward to the results. Es ist mittleweile über ein Monat her, dass ich durch die Herrengasse spazieren ging aber ich hatte bisher noch keine Möglichkeit über meine Eindrücke zu schreiben. Mir fiel heute Oskar ein, der alte Grazer, der einst in der Mitte der Stadt stand und mit dem Finger auf den Boden zeigte. Oder zumindest so habe ich ihn in Erinnerung, dass er mit dem Finger nach unten zeigte. Ich habe nie verstanden, weshalb er auf einmal nicht mehr da war. Aber plötzlich war er nicht mehr da. Die Wahrzeichen einer Stadt können am besten von Fremden wahrgenommen werden, aber ich glaube nicht, dass jemand bei der Gemeinde Graz sich die Mühe genommen hat, damals einige Fremde über diese Aktion zu fragen. Der alte Oskar, der in der Mitte der Stadt stand, fehlt mir genauso wie Graz. Es war sonnig dort im April, auch regnerisch, schwül, kalt, grün, blau und grau. Bei der Lesung waren nicht so viele Teilnehmer da wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe, aber es waren trotzdem ausreichend Leute da. Ich las, wurde gefragt, wurde zum Nachdenken gebracht, antwortete. Das Publikum war zufrieden und ich war es letztendlich auch. Eine talentierte albanische Geigenspielerin, Silva Bufi, die in Graz an der Kunstuniversität studiert, begleitete die Lesung musikalisch. Man möge nur zu einem gewissen Punkt im Leben kommen, in dem man gezwungen ist, über die Vergangenheit und/oder die Zukunft sogar zu träumen, eine kleine Zusammenfassung von allen Zwischenfällen zu machen, die man bis dato erlebt hat und dann kommt man gezwungenermaßen zu dieser Erkenntnis. Ich wünsche jedem zu diesem gewissen Punkt im Leben zu kommen. Seine Wirkung ist nicht nur erleichternd, in erster Stelle ist sie erleuchtend. Denn manche Sachen kann man einfach gar nicht ändern. Erst wenn man das verstanden hat, kann man zum Leben anfangen... Ich wundere mich nur über die Anzahl von Schreibern, die diese Erkenntnis mit ihren Lesern vor mir geteilt haben. I am happy for Kosovo and all the people who support its existence and development. Bilingualismus tut der Gesundheit gut. <a href="http://www.sanitanews.it/articolotq.php?id=4643">Das zeigen Ergebnisse von Forschern der Universität in Toronto</a>, die vor wenigen Tagen im Rahmen einer Konferenz der American Association for the Advancement of Science in Washington gezeigt wurden. Zwei Sprachen zu sprechen vermindert die Wahrscheinlichkeit dass man unter Alzheimer leidet. Die Forscher haben die Entwicklung von 211 Patienten verfolgt, die unter Alzheimer leiden. Die Hälfte von diesen Patienten war bilingual, die andere Hälfte hat nur eine Sprache gesprochen. In der ersten Gruppe von Patienten ist die Krankheit im Durschnitt 4,3 Jahre später als in der ersten Gruppe diagnostiziert worden und die Symptome sind im Durchschnitt erst 5,1 Jahre später als in der ersten Gruppe aufgetreten. Der Effekt ist höher wenn die zweite Sprache bereits als Kind gelernt wurde, aber es gibt auch einen bestimmten Schutz wenn die zweite Sprache erst wenn man 40-50 Jahre alt ist, gelernt wird. Die Wissenschafter haben im Weiteren festgestellt, dass die Kenntnis von zwei Sprachen <span style="text-decoration: underline;">keine</span> "Konfusion" in den Hirnprozessen verursacht, wie man früher vermutet hat. Im Gegenteil. Das Hirn ist somit trainiert, zwischen den zwei Sprachen umzuschalten, daher ist es auch fähiger zu "Multitasking"-Prozessen. Einige aktuellen Recherchen habe auch festgestellt, dass die Kenntnis von zwei unterschiedlichen Sprachen sogar die Struktur der Hirnverbindungen ändert.<p /> Beruhend auf diesen Ergebnissen könnte ich mich glücklich schätzen, dass meine Eltern und ich selbst in meine/unsere Gesundheit investiert haben. Manchmal ist wirklich schwierig zwischen den Sprachen umzuschalten, insbesondere wenn keine von denen deine eigene Muttersprache ist. Aber ich selbst merke dass es mir gut tut, zwischen den Sprachen umzuschalten, denn ich fühle mich irgendwie fit, ich vergesse die Sprachen nicht, und ich baue weiter an meinem Ziel, mehrere Sprachen perfekt zu sprechen und schreiben zu können. Të flasësh dy gjuhë pakëson mundësinë që të sëmuresh nga Alzheimer. Kërkuesit kanë ndjekur zhvillimin e 211 pacientëve, të cilë vuajnë nga Alzheimer. Gjysma e këtyre pacientëve ishte dygjuhësh dhe gjysma tjetër fliste vetëm një gjuhë. Në gjysmën e parë të pacientëve sëmundja është diagnostikuar mesatarisht 4,3 vite më vonë se tek pacientët në grupin e dytë dhe simptomat tek pacientët e këtij grupi janë shfaqur mesatarisht 5,1 vite më vonë se në grupin e parë. Efekti është më i lartë nëse gjuha e dytë mësohet që në fëmijëri, por ka një lloj mbrojtjeje edhe në rast se gjuha mësohet në moshë 40-50 vje<span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial Narrow,sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">ç</span>. </span>Shkencëtarët kanë treguar gjithashtu që njohja e dy gjuhëve nuk shkakton "konfuzion" në proceset e trurit, sikurse është dyshuar më parë. Në të kundërtën, truri është kështu i trajnuar që të kalojë mes dy gjuhëve dhe kështu është më i aftë për procese "multitasking". Disa kërkime aktuale kanë treguar gjithashtu që njohja e dy gjuhëve të ndryshme ndryshon madje edhe strukturën e lidhjeve të trurit.<p /> Duke u bazuar në këto rezultate mund të ndihem me fat që prindërit e mi dhe unë kemi investuar kaq shumë në shëndetin tim/tonë. Me raste është e vështirë të kalosh mes dy gjuhëve, sidomos kur asnjëra prej tyre nuk është gjuha jote amë. Por unë vetë e ndjej që më bën mirë të ndryshoj mes dy gjuhëve, se unë e ndjej veten në formë, nuk harroj gjuhët dhe ndërtoj më tej në synimin tim që të flas e shkruaj në mënyrë perfekte shumë gjuhë. Kjo ishte dhe një arsye kryesore pse unë vendosa ta shkruaja këtë blog në tre gjuhë. The session is dedicated to the elections of the new president and of the new government. <br />The opposition composed of the parties: LDK (of the deceased president Ibrahim Rugova), AAK, and Vetevendosja decides to boycott the session. Vetevendosja holds a speech and argues why they cannot vote for Behgjet Pacolli (the candidate for president) and for the new government. A very welcomed speech among citizens of Kosovo who congratulated Vetevendosja via messages and comments on the internet platforms of newspapers, forums, and more. <br /> Participants in this session: parties and a deputy from a list which participated in the elections as part of AAK but disassociated itself from this party once the discussions for the new government started. It seems that they wanted to be part of the new government at any cost. <p /> The most crucial part of the session was without any doubt the election of the new president as the candidature was the most disputable that people have ever experienced in the 3-years old state of Kosovo. Many European journals have written and provided many many reasons why Mr.Behgjet Pacolli shouldn't be elected as new president of Kosovo. These articles which have been brought also to Kosovo through important journals such as <a href="http://www.koha.net">Koha Ditore</a> or <a href="http://www.zeri.info">Zeri</a>, have provided very based reason to oppose the election of this candidate. The indignation of people is immense. You just need to read how they express themselves on the internet, to understand that there is reason to worry very much about what might happen in the next months in Kosovo. But let's go on with the presentation of ...<strong style="color: #000066;"> the masquerade</strong>.<p /> <strong>1st round of the election process:</strong><p />In this round a minimum of 81 deputies is required to vote in favor of the candidate so that he gets elected.<br />67 deputies participate in the session. 54 vote in favor, 11 vote against, 3 votes are invalid.<p /> <strong>As soon as the 1st round was over, the 2nd round is called and opened.<br /></strong><br />In this round a minimum of 81 deputies is required to vote in favor of the candidate so that he gets elected.<br />67 deputies participate in the session. (Suddenly) 58 vote in favor, 7 vote against, 2 votes are invalid.<p /> The Constitution requires that at this point of the session, since the 2nd round was not successful, the 3rd round starts immediately after the 2nd round is declared for closed. Exactly at this point of time one deputy from the party of prime minister Thaci (PDK) asks to speak and requires the Chief of Parliament Jakup Krasniqi to provide 5 minutes break. <strong>CoP Krasniqi being put under pressure declared in front of the audience which included also all citizens of Kosovo watching live on their TV screens what was going on in the parliament, that this action is anti-constitutional and it would serve only to put pressure on the deputies sot that they change their vote against to a vote in favor. </strong>Despite this he accords a 5 minutes break which in fact grows to become an almost 1 hour long break. What happened in this break? You can wonder by yourself. CoP Jakup Krasniqi already expressed it in his word: This break serves only to put pressure on the deputies. The results of the break could be seen very soon after:<p /> <strong>3rd round of the election process:</strong><br />In the 3rd round a minimum of 61 deputies is required to vote in favor of the candidate so that he gets elected.<br />62 deputies voted in favor, 4 deputies voted against, 1 vote was invalid.<p /> The candidate was elected president of the Republic of Kosovo. Soon after one of the PDK deputies who voted against the new president declared that the electorate of PDK is against this candidate who was "elected" president. The question now is: when the electorate of PDK, LDK, AAK, Vetevendosja is against this candidate and they constitute the absolute majority of the electorate, who remains to be in favor?
