Everything seems to be in working order now!

This year Neopets has added a new feature that allows you to earn points for the first three plays of Yooyuball. This is great except after the three plays a message appears stating: "you have posted your max scores today." Here's the simple fix, just refresh the page after every game. Unfortunately you'll have to sit through the opening again, but you'll still be able to support your team!

Wiki Wednesday is here! Illusen's Glade is Illusen the Earth Faerie's home in Meridell. It was opened with the Discovery of Meridell on 30 July 2002, although a few users found their way to it earlier than that. When players visit Illusen, they have the option of completing a Quest for her by obtaining an item for her, with prizes depending on the level attained, mirroring the way quests from Jhudora's Cloud work.

A week or so ago we warned you about summertime scammers, well looks like one is hitting the gentle meadows of Neopia. A cookie grabber is being spread by means of Tarla alerts on the neobards. Scammers are creating Tarla alert boards in the neoboards but providing links that have small variations to www.neopets.com. Once the site is accessed a cookie grabber downloads onto your computer. A cookie grabber is a script that steals your login information.

To prevent getting the cookie grabber, download the Tarla Toolbar for yourself, here.

If you accidentally clicked on the scam link quickly change your password and PIN codes. Do this quickly! If you were logged into your email, bank account, or any other site with a password change those passwords immediately because there is a slight chance their safety has been compromised. As always you should have an anti-virus and spyware scanner on your computer that scans daily.

Whenever you have to copy and paste a url off a Neoboard be wary, usually this means it's a variation of the correct URL. Just double check that everything is on the up and up before you click or copy/paste a link, on any site.

Welcome to Wiki Wednesday! Grundos are a species of Neopet that are alien to Neopia. Originating from Kreludor, they were abducted by Dr. Frank Sloth to experiment on, and to use as a slave labour force on the Virtupets Space Station. After being freed from Dr Sloth's clutches, many Grundos left the Space Station and have set up homes all over the planet. Dr. Sloth engineered mutated Grundos in order to mass produce an army.

Cookiegrabber two of the summer is hitting Neopia. A cookiegrabber is being spread by means of low priced items in user shops. Scammers are placing codestones, paintbrushes, and other unbuyable items in their shop for cheap. The shop owners than use coding to hide these items to gain lots of views. Once the shop is accessed a cookiegrabber downloads onto your computer. A cookie grabber is a script that steals your login information.

If you clicked on the scam shop quickly change your password and PIN code. Do this quickly! As always you should have an anti-virus and spyware scanner on your computer that scans daily.

It's Wiki Wednesday! Today's article is all about Shenkuu. Shenkuu is a mountainous land far North of Altador in Neopia. It was made available on September 8, 2006 after the Cyodrake's Gaze plot. Like the name suggests, Shenkuu is a Chinese themed world, although it takes its design from both China and Japan. Shenkuu has been unknown to Neopians for centuries, only to be revealed by the crew of the Cyodrake's Gaze after they received help from users.

Battlewreck - Autocomplete Update

Last week, I published a new auto complete feature for Battlewreck.

This week, I replaced this with a simlar function, working with the jQuery plugin "autocomplete".

The old version had too many bugs (the length of the suggestionbox was not correctly displayed with all browsers, you had trouble with typing in a name too fast, etc.), so I found it much more elegant to solve this problem with jQuery.

For you, this shouldn't make too much different, it looks a little bit different, but you shouldn't get into trouble with these bugs.

If you discover some new ones, please report them.

Bringing Pink Poogle Toy into the new era comes Pink Poogle Toy's latest reincarnation; a deliciously clean, simple and sleek design that places the focus on Neopets news and content.

It's been months in planning but Benjamin Williams from Hologram Designs has pulled it off again! This latest design, the result of input from the staff here at Pink Poogle Toy, boasts faster loading times, sleeker lines, a non-cluttered interface that draws inspiration from minimalism; all with a bit of flair (or so I'm lead to believe).

There may be a few bugs and kinks around but I believe most of them have been ironed out already. If you do happen to run into any, please leave a comment on this post and I will fix it pronto!
