Компания Paragon Software Group совместно с компанией ОАО «Мобильные ТелеСистемы» (NYSE: MBT) стала лауреатом международной премии в области мобильных технологий и телекоммуникации «GTB Innovations Awards 2009» (Международная премия в области телекоммуникаций и бизнес-инноваций) в номинации «Инновационный сервис для потребителей». Награждение проходило на приеме в Лондоне, на котором присутствовали 350 гостей - представители международных телекоммуникационных компаний и ведущие независимые специалисты области из разных стран.

На соискание премии был представлен проект «МТС Каталог», который был высоко оценен жюри премии за инновационность, удобство и доступность сервиса всем абонентам компании МТС. Напомним, что разработанный в феврале 2009 года компаниями МТС и Paragon Software сервис «МТС Каталог» первоначально включал 7 программ и услуг (словари, прогноз погоды, карты и другие приложения) - лидеров продаж на российском рынке ПО для смартфонов. С мобильного сайта МТС абоненты могли скачать каталог и пользоваться любым приложением из каталога совершенно бесплатно.

В первые месяцы запуска проекта новый сервис «МТС Каталог» приобретал по 3500 новых пользователей каждую неделю. Около 75% от общего числа пользователей скачали 5 программ из 7 предложенных. Самыми популярными программами оказались мобильные карты, прогноз погоды и словари.

GTB Innovations Awards (Международная премия в области телекоммуникаций и бизнес-инноваций) – ежегодное мероприятие, организованное и проводимое британским изданием Global Telecoms Business в Лондоне. Каждый год более трехсот ключевых игроков индустрии собираются в отеле Sheraton Park Lane, чтобы чествовать лучшие достижения в сфере телекоммуникационных услуг и инфраструктурных мобильных технологий.

Компания Paragon Software (SHDD) объявляет о выпуске новой программы Handy Assistant для Windows Mobile, предназначенной для удобной и быстрой работы с профилями, фильтрации входящих звонков и решения других рутинных функций по управлению телефоном. Кроме того, Handy Assistant позволяет переключать профили телефона непосредственно с экрана Today.

Управление профилями является одной из важнейших функций в телефоне, которая позволяет грамотно управлять громкостью и типом звонка. Программа Handy Assistant позаботится о том, чтобы вовремя сменить профиль, и, таким образом, не краснеть, при неуместно громком звонке во время совещания или лекции. Handy Assistant включает 6 стандартный профилей: Встреча, Сон, Работа, Свободное время, События из Календаря и Роуминг, которые позволяют управлять телефонным звонком, его громкостью и рингтоном. Возможность создания собственного профиля также предусмотрена. С помощью Handy Assistant профили можно активировать как автоматически (по установленному расписанию или местоположению), так и вручную. Все профили можно легко переключать со стартового экрана телефона.

Управление звонками. Программа позволяет принимать и фильтровать все входящие звонки, следуя одному из правил: Принимать, Отклонять, Отклонять+SMS или Игнорировать. Пользователь может настроить то или иное правило для различных групп контактов. Handy Assistant позволяет автоматически отклонить входящий звонок, в случае если пользователь в не готов ответить, и отправить в качестве ответа SMS-сообщение. Разным группам контактов могут быть присвоены разные шаблоны SMS.

Категории контактов. По умолчанию программа позволяет группировать контакты по трем категориям: VIP, Бизнес и Личные контакты. Пользователи могут создавать собственные категории, изменять состав группы в категориях и назначать любой профиль для каждой группы. Категории контактов приложения легко интегрируются с группами контактов в телефонной книге, созданной пользователем.

Черный список. С помощью Handy Assistant, пользователь может добавлять контакты в Черный список и, таким образом, избавиться от нежелательных звонков.

Прямо во время разговора пользователь может добавить новый номер в список Контактов или Черный Список, создать встречу или заметку, а также сменить текущий Профиль.

Customizable Views and Plugins for Easy and Effective Work on S60 Smartphones

IRVINE, Calif. – September 19, 2008 Epocware, a subsidiary of Paragon Software Group, announces Handy Shell, a brand-new application replacing the entire S60 Active Standby screen. Handy Shell allows the user to take complete control over the device’s screen and customize it according to the user’s wishes thanks to attractive new features, such as three customizable views and five plugins options. Handy Shell takes over all functions of the S60 menu key, while adding extra options or disabling the unnecessary ones. Handy Shell offers three options of “Today” screen for S60 smartphones. The “Today” view shows overall information about phone settings, ongoing calendar events, missed calls and SMS messages, new e-mails, weather forecast and even provides shortcuts to necessary applications using five types of Plugins. All Plugins can be moved around the screen, easily customized, or activated and deactivated. The “Applications” view provides fast access to twelve most needed applications.
