Important Update for Concord Players

To all Concord fans, we’ve been carefully listening to your feedback since the game launched on PlayStation 5 and PC. We’re incredibly grateful for the support and enthusiasm from the community. However, we recognize that some aspects of the game didn’t meet expectations. Because of this, we’ve made the difficult decision to take the game offline starting September 6, 2024, and explore ways to improve the experience.

Game Going Offline

Offline Date: Concord will be taken offline on September 6, 2024. This means that the game will no longer be playable after this date.
Reason for the Decision: While some elements of the game were well-received, others didn’t align with our vision or the community’s expectations. We want to take time to re-evaluate and find the best way to deliver an experience that resonates with our players.

Refund Information

Sales Halted: Sales of Concord have been stopped immediately. Players who purchased the game will receive a full refund.
Refund Process:
- PlayStation Store or PlayStation Direct: If you purchased the game through these platforms, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
- Steam: Players who bought Concord on Steam will receive a refund within the coming days. Steam will send a confirmation once the refund is processed.
- Epic Games Store: Epic Games Store will also process refunds in the coming days and will contact customers directly to confirm.
- Other Retailers: If you purchased a physical copy from a retailer outside of PlayStation, please follow that retailer’s refund process to obtain your refund.
Access to the Game: Once you receive your refund, you will no longer have access to Concord.
