<p> <b>Overview of Q4 FY 2012-13 v/s Q4 FY 2011-12</b></p>
<p> &#8212; Company&#8217;s sales from operations increased by <b>43%</b> to <b>Rs. 2,610.90 Mn</b> 2012-13 as against <b>Rs. 1,820.4 Mn</b> in the previous year. (On full year basis Sales has increased by <b>42%</b> from <b>Rs. 5,793.2 Mn</b> to <b>Rs. 8,210.9 Mn</b>). </p>
<p> &#8212; <b>EBITA</b> has increased to <b>Rs. 483.9 Mn</b> as against <b>Rs. 377.0 Mn</b> in the previous year (On full year basis EBITA has increased by <b>33%</b> from <b>Rs. 837.3 Mn</b> to <b>Rs. 1117.5 Mn</b>).</p>
<p> &#8212; <b>PBT</b> has increased to <b>Rs. 392.4 Mn</b> for the quarter as against <b>Rs. 245.4 Mn</b> in the previous year (On full year basis PBT has increased by <b>55%</b> from <b>Rs. 503.7 Mn</b> to <b>Rs. 779.1 Mn</b>).</p>
<p> &#8212; Profit After Tax (<b>PAT</b>) has increased to <b>Rs. 292.2 Mn</b> for the quarter as against <b>Rs. 192.8 Mn</b> in the previous year (On full year basis PAT has increased by <b>50%</b> from <b>Rs. 397.5 Mn</b> to <b>Rs. 595.2 Mn</b>).</p>
<p> &#8212; The Company has reported an Earning per Share (<b>EPS</b>) of <b>Rs. 13</b> for the current quarter (On Rs.5/- Paid up Shares). (On a full year basis company has delivered an EPS of <b>Rs. 26.48</b> an increase of <b>50%</b> )</p>

<p> During the year under review company has increased its production capacity to <b>77,212 M.T. from 65,496 M.T.</b> (An increase of 18%). </p>

<p> During the year company has booked Foreign Exchange loss of Rs. 109.6 Mn on its borrowing on account of depreciation of rupee which includes Rs.44.12 Mn unrealized loss.</p>
<p> During the second half of the year under review company has started manufacturing of CPVC Solvant cement in its subsidiary company ADVANCED ADHESIVES LIMITED Which has generated a Top Line of Rs. 123.8 Mn and EBITA of Rs. 34.6 Mn and a PAT of Rs.33.2 Mn.</p>

<p> Delta Displays, a leading provider of display technologies, is pleased to announce that LESA Accelerated Response using Integrated Analysis and Technology (LARIAT) has selected and installed Delta&#8217;s LCD video wall and DVCS control solutions for its real-time crime center in Washington State.</p>
<p> The LARIAT center adopts comprehensive community-based data-driven approaches to preventing and reducing violent crime. With no precedent to follow, LARIAT turned to Delta and DataPrism to design and provide a solution that would allow them to access and view over key information necessary to stop a crime that is still in progress. </p>
<p> Delta offered its professional-grade 46&#8243; narrow bezel LCD displays, coupled with the IP-based distributed video wall control system &#8211; the DVCS, which supports third party API integration. DataPrism leveraged Delta&#8217;s API code to create an intuitive solution, ADMS (Advanced Display Management System), for users to monitor video sources in context on a map on their workstation or drag and drop video sources to the video wall and wall mounted displays.  </p>

<p> Hospet, Karnataka, India, Friday, May 17, 2013 &#8212; (Business Wire India) &#8212; MSPL Limited&#8217;s flagship open cast iron ore mine <b>Vyasanakere Iron Ore Mine</b> (VIOM) (ML No.2416), resumes mining after getting permission from the Director of Mines and Geology, Government of Karnataka. The mine had stopped its operations since January 2009. The mine is one of the largest iron ore mine in the private sector with an area of 347.22 hectare, near Hospet with an annual production sanction of 0.91 million tonnes per annum. The resumption of mine with immediate effect follows several orders from the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court and after satisfactory completion of Reclamation and Rehabilitation(R&#038;R) works prescribed by the Monitoring Committee. </p>
<p> The VIOM is a highly mechanized mine with a record of safe and scientific mining since 1962. In spite of the recent ban on mining operations, the company had maintained its employees.</p>
