I was wondering why Balinese hv extremely high sense of belonging 2 everything which sometimes they don’t exactly own? :)
Not all Balinese like that, so we don’t stereotype. I guess it goes to ppl who never been out of this island.

My friend said that on Twitter yesterday and I agree. That was my theory too since long time ago, Balinese people who haven’t been outside of Bali are d-bags. That’s why I dont hang out with them, I only hang out with the cool kids who are open minded.

For example, this morning I passed a bunch of fucktards who were using BOTH SIDE OF THE ROAD to carry their.. wait for it..

KITE.

Yes ladies and gentlemen, they were blocking access to the whole road because they were carrying a fucking huge kite to fuck knows where. I can understand if they were carrying a sick or dead man, but a fucking kite? Douchebags!

These henchmen of some candidates took the liberty of rallying themselves on the street and (you’re not surprised to hear this arent ya?) they swarm the road not letting people pass. How cute is that?

Believe me, I could do this all day but you get my point. They think they just owned the fucking island! “Cang ngelah gumi ne!”

From scale of 1 to 10 where 1 being total dumbasses and 10 being complete fucking idiots, I’ve to give them a perfect ten. Heck I’d give them a thirteen but I feel kind today.

So I went to my uncle’s beach house in Gilimanuk last weekend with family. The beach house, naturally, was located right by the beach and surprisingly very close to the Gilimanuk – Ketapang pier.

The beach was awesome. The dock looks like what we would see in the 90’s Dawson’s Creek. Awesome view, clear water.

And being the camwhores we are, of course we took quite a lot of pictures. Now you know where this leads, right? Hint: asianposes.

me, stuck in an Arisan

That’s me, looking down to my phone (perhaps twittering). In the middle of an arisan. Yes ladies and gentlemen, I (unintentionally) crashed into an arisan held by my ex-boss @ Balibiz because I was given an impression that it was a mini Balibiz reunion. Not completely wrong.

Anyhoo, it appears that I handled myself pretty well back then. Who knew this weird geek can be social too, surprise surprise!

So based on that encounter, one of the arisan girls invited me to a party last Saturday night. She said that I’m a good party crasher. At some points she was right, until night gets more exciting and the alcohols were unleashed. I seemed to have total control of my limbs all night long, but the mind was another thing.

One thing I learned from the party is: never ever drink more than ONE kind of alcoholic beverage in one go.

I myself had several glasses of wine before several glasses of Jack D and I wrapped it up with several glasses of Baileys. That was dumb. Upon arriving @ Deja Vu I danced like crazy and I hit the jackpot thanks to another bottle of beer I gulped down.

That’s right baby, jackpot! Lucky my buddy Andi was there to babysit me. Sorry dude, it is that time of the year XD
