Have you install the driver and the driver computer is not working (not match)? If so, then it is here the answer. There are various ways to see if we install the drivers that will be compatible with its hardware.

Follow the example steps below to see the device id:

- Right click on My Computer Icon and select Properties.
- Select Hardware tab and click Device Manager button.
- Right-click on the device marked with a question icon (see below) and select Properties.

- Select Details tab, then select Hardware Ids.

- Remember the PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_01D3 string.
- Then search the string value in google to find the device name.
- After the meet, download one of them.
- Search your download file with extension .inf, then open with notepad.
- Search PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_01D3.
- If you find it, then the driver is correct. So now you can install it.

W32/Sality-AM is a virus for the Windows platform.

The virus includes the functionality to download additional files from a remote location.

When first run, the virus may infect executables in the root folder, files on network shares, and files it may find based on the following registry locations:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\MUICache

W32/Sality-AM may install the following file:

<System>\<random>.sys

This file is detected as Troj/RkSal-A

W32/Sality-AM may set registry entries under:

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_WMI_MFC_TPSHOKER_80

W32/Sality-AM may delete registry entries under:

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\

W32/Sality-AM disables some system integrity checkers by modifying executables named "filemon.exe" so that they exit immediately.

Due to errors in the viral infection code, some files may be corrupted by W32/Sality-AM so that they won't run. Some but not all of these files are still disinfectable, although W32/Sality-AM always overwrites data appended to files during infection so this will never be recoverable.

It is advisable to enable scanning for suspicious files and submit any files detected as Sus/Sality-A to Sophos.

What to do if your computer has infected?
1. Backup your data to other drive (D,E,etc)
2. Format your "C" drive and install fresh Windows
3. Install McAfee VirusScan Enterprise
4. Update your McAfee VirusScan Enterprise after installation
5. Download PCMAV (just google it)
6. Now follow these step to take folder ownership

How to take ownership of a folder
You must have ownership of a protected folder in order to access it. If another user has restricted access and you are the computer administrator, you can access the folder by taking ownership.

To take ownership of a folder, follow these steps:

1. Right-click the folder that you want to take ownership of, and then click Properties.
2. Click the Security tab, and then click OK on the Security message (if one appears).
3. Click Advanced, and then click the Owner tab.
4. In the Name list, click your user name, or click Administrator if you are logged in as Administrator, or click the Administrators group. If you want to take ownership of the contents of the folder, select the Replace owner on subcontainers and objects check box.
5. Click OK, and then click Yes when you receive the following message:
You do not have permission to read the contents of directory folder name. Do you want to replace the directory permissions with permissions granting you Full Control?
All permissions will be replaced if you click Yes.

Note folder name is the name of the folder that you want to take ownership of.
6. Click OK, and then reapply the permissions and security settings that you want for the folder and its contents.

7. After all of above step, now run PCMAV-CLN.EXE
8. Scan All Drive and wait until it done.

McAfee will automatically clean infected files. If you have infected files at Flashdrive or Removable Drive, may be your .exe files will broken after cleaning. Just .exe files at Harddrive will be safe after cleaning.

May be you ever find the problem, when you run the .exe file it will open as notepad. Now... you can find the solution here.

- You need some software from sysinternals, the name is Autoruns.zip.
- Extract anywhere you want and remember it.

- Run the "autoruns.exe" and choose Image Hijacks TAB.
- Delete all entry, but leave "c:\winnt\system32\ntsd.exe" entry.
- Then try run your .exe file again. It will works like normal.

If you can't do a right click at desktop or at windows explorer, you can do this step to resolved the problem.

- Go to Run –> gpedit.msc –> User Configuration –> Administrative Templates –> Windows Components –> Windows Explorer.
- In the right hand pane, find "Windows Explorer’s default context menu", open its properties by double clicking it.
- If it’s enabled or not configured, disable it and your context menu will be back as soon as you apply this policy.

Disable Check Disk (chkdsk) Runs Every Time Windows Starts

Sometimes it happens that disk check always starts to check the file system on one or more drives for consistency. If any key is pressed, the disk checking is aborted. Actually this is because some data structure of the drive or some file is corrupted which can not be recovered and check disk is always run at Windows startup. Or sometimes it may take several hours for disk checking to scan all the drives. So disabling it or postponing disk check is better. There are several methods to disable disk checking at Windows startup. Two of them are given below:

Method 1: Using CHKNTFS utility

CHKNTFS is a utility that has been developed by Microsoft to disable disk checking on certain drives at Windows startup. To use this utility go to Start –> Run –> cmd.

If you want to disable check disk on C: drive, use the following command on command prompt.

chkntfs /X C:

If you want to disable check disk on two or more drives, just keep on adding the drives:

chkntfs /X C: D: E:

This will disable check disk on C, D and E drives.

If you want to restore what you have done, that is, enable automatic disk checking on all the drives again, just run the following command:

chkntfs /D

This will restore all the drives to automatic disk checkup.

Method 2: Using Registry

To disable automatic disk checking at Windows startup through registry, go to the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager

In the right hand pane, double click BootExecute.

The default value of the key is autocheck autochk *

* means every drive is checked for consistency. Just add /K:C at the end before *. /K switch will disable autocheck on C: drive at Windows startup. So the final value should look like this:

autocheck autochk /k:C *

If you want to add more drives, the key should look like this: (disabling C and D drives)

autocheck autochk /k:C /k:D *

If you want to restore everything to default, just replace the key with the default one i.e.,

autocheck autochk *

Install Windows XP Using USB flash drive.

Please note this tutorial works on all computers.
To complete this tutorial you need a 32bit version of Windows XP or Windows Vista installed on your home PC.

What you'll need:

WinXP_USB
and extract at some folder.
password : prinrep.blogspot.comSpecial Note: If you use the program Nlite be sure to keep the manual installation files as the USB_prep8 script relies on these files.

Extract the files in Bootsect.zip
The next step is to extract USB_prep8 and PeToUSB.
Next copy the PeToUSB executable into the USB_prep8 folder.
Inside of the USB_prep8 folder double click the executable named usb_prep8.cmd.

The window that opens will look like this:

Press any key to continue You next window will look like this:

These settings are preconfigured for you all you need to do now is click start.
Once the format is complete DO NOT close the window just leave everything as it is and open a command prompt from your start menu (type cmd in the search bar or run box depending on your version of windows.).

Inside of the command windows go to the directory you have bootsect.exe saved.
(use the cd directoryname command to switch folders)

Now type "bootsect.exe /nt52 R:" NOTE R: is the drive letter for my USB stick if yours is different you need to change it accordingly. What this part does is write the correct boot sector to your USB stick, this allows your PC to boot from the USB stick without it nothing works.
Please note: When running the bootsect.exe command you cannot have any windows open displaying the content of your USB stick, if you have a window open bootsect.exe will be unable to lock the drive and write the bootsector correctly.

If all went well you should see "Bootcode was successfully updated on all targeted volumes."

Now you can close this command prompt (don't close the usbprep8 one by mistake) and the petousb window.

You window you see now should look like this:

If it doesn't try pressing enter.

Now you need to enter the correct information for numbers 1-3.
Press 1 and then enter. A folder browse window will open for you to browse to the location of you XP setup files (aka your cdrom drive with xp cd in)
Press 2 and enter a letter not currently assigned to a drive on your PC
Press 3 and enter the drive letter of your USB stick
Press 4 to start the process.

The script will ask you if its ok to format drive T:. This is just a temp drive the program creates to cache the windows installation files. Press Y then enter.

Once it's done formating press enter to continue again, you can now see the program copying files to the temp drive it created. Once this is done press enter to continue again.

Next you will see a box pop up asking you to copy the files to USB drive yes/no you want to click yes.

Once the script has completed copy files a popup window asking if you would like to USB drive to be preferred boot drive U: select YES on this window.

Now select yes to unmount the virtual drive.

Ok we are done the hard part, close the usbprep8 window.

Now make sure your pc is configured with USB as the primary boot device.
Insert your USB drive and boot up.

On the startup menu you have two options, select option number 2 for text mode setup.

From this point on it is just like any other windows XP installation delete/recreate the primary partition on your pc and format it using NTFS. Make sure you delete ALL partitions and recreate a single partition or you will get the hal.dll error message.

Once the text mode portion of setup is complete it will boot into the GUI mode (you can press enter after the reboot if your too excited to wait the 30 seconds)

Once the GUI portion of setup is complete you will again have to boot into GUI mode this will complete the XP installation and you will end up at you XP desktop. It is very important that you DO NOT REMOVE THE USB STICK before this point. Once you can see your start menu it is safe to remove the usb stick and reboot your pc to make sure everything worked.

This method has advantages over all current no cdrom methods of installing XP to the pc You do not have to copy setup files in DOS to the SSD and install from there. It gives you access to the recovery console by booting into text mode setup, and it gives you the ability to run repair installations of XP if you have problems later on.

How To Remove AngAntiVirus

AngAntiVirus just infect your removable disk, when you insert USB disk/flashdisk, it will create 2 files at your removable disk like below.

autorun.inf
AngAntiVirus.vbs

The virus is working when your windows is login at the first time. You can try to delete the 2 file and then you can try refresh the windows explorer, it will appear again at your removable disk. How to remove it? Don't worry, it just a vbscript and it will not take your windows system crash. At here I'll tell you how to cleaning virus AngAntiVirus. See at below :

1. Turn on you PC.
2. After windows is login, press CTRL+ALT+DEL to open Task Manager.
3. Click Processes tab, then search "wscript.exe" and end task the process.
4. Open "Regedit" using Run command.
5. Goto "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon"
6. Open "Userinit" and write back with "userinit.exe," (without quote). Then close Regedit.
7. Open "Command Prompt" using Run command.
8. Change to "windows\system32" folder.
9. Type "attrib -s -h -r angantivirus.vbs" (without quote) and ENTER.
10. Type "del angantivirus.vbs" (without quote) and ENTER.
11. Delete the 2 files like above at your removable disk. If you not see the files, do like step 7-10. Just change the file name and drive/folder.
12. Last step is restart your PC. Try plug-in your removable disk and see what happening. The virus may not appear again.

4. Find and delete any file was created by virus. You can use "Search Windows" to save your time while finding the file. Before you cleanup the virus file, you may show the hidden file using this method:

- Open Windows Explorer
- Click "Tools" menu, then click "Folder Options"
- At "Folder Options" dialog, click "View" tab.
- Scroll down and you will find "Hidden files and folders" option, uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" option and uncheck "Hide protected operating system files (recomended)" option too.
- Click "Ok" when finish.

To find and cleanup the file, you can use this method:

- Click "Start" button.
- Click "Search", then click "For Files or Folders"
- After the dialog "Search Result" appear, click "All files and folders" menu.
- Then at "All or part of the file name" type *.EXE
- At "Look in", you must be sure the drive was choosed.
- Then click "What size is it", choose "Specify size (in KB)" option.

6. For maximal cleaning, you must use AntiVirus with up-to-date engine.

7. Turn off the Autoplay function to non-execute virus file when you insert flash drive.

8. Or you can use this simple step to block the virus while active at memory, write the script below and save as RemoveHokage.reg. Then execute the file.
