That&amp;#39;s great for a Silverlight game developers community to have its own &lt;a href="http://www.kongregate.com" target="_blank"&gt;kongregate.com &lt;/a&gt;like page that allows Silverlight apps, with more pages like that there is a big chance that more great SL based games will pop up soon.

Your goal is to stack elements on top of each other and keep them stable for a set amount of time so that none fell outside the screen. You have sixteen simple levels to play with; each level offers you pre-placed elements and a list with upcoming elements and its sizes. Place them all, cross your finger and wait eight seconds hopping that the gravity is on your side.&lt;br /&gt;

      <title>flood game</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;
&lt;a href="http://www.privateasteroid.com/games/flood/Default.aspx"&gt;Flood&lt;/a&gt; is a simple Silverlight game I did at one evening. The object of the game is to flood the whole board with one color. You start with the top left corner and progress by selecting one of the colored buttons, once you change area color the adjacent square with the same color also changes.

      <title>ceres 0.5</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;
I&amp;rsquo;ve updated a bit &lt;a href="http://www.privateasteroid.com/games/ceres/Default.aspx"&gt;game&lt;/a&gt; logic: you can join bodies together by drawing one on each other and you can make a hinge by pressing letter A and drawing another object over it. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
There are also some new functionalities in the editor now: grid, switch off object recognition, draw static and dynamic objects, add many stop elements (you have to hit all of them during a game) and test created game (saving is still disabled).
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&lt;strike&gt;There is some nasty bug with joining two bodies and I&amp;rsquo;m currently working on solving it.&lt;/strike&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Update 1&lt;/strong&gt;: Solved with the help of Farseer forum (genbox, Lemunde and mattbettcher)

      <title>ceres 0.4 alpha</title>
      <description>This is the first version of &lt;a href="http://www.privateasteroid.com/games/ceres/Default.aspx"&gt;ceres&lt;/a&gt; editor, it still requires a lot of work to be done, but you can play with it already. During a game you can click &amp;ldquo;Editor&amp;rdquo; button and switch into editor mode. In this mode you can draw static and dynamic bodies in the same way as before, move and&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;rotate them using the gray circles. You can also use a Joint to pin dynamic element to the background or connect two overlapping bodies together. Once you are ready you can switch back to game mode and check your scene.

      <title>Silverlight 2 Beta 2</title>

Finally, Silverlight 2 Beta 2 is out, if you are developer you can download Silverlight 2 Beta 2 chainer &lt;a href="http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=50A9EC01-267B-4521-B7D7-C0DBA8866434&amp;amp;displaylang=en"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;. Silverlight runtime can be found &lt;a href="http://silverlight.net/GetStarted/"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Most valuable source of information about this release can be found on &lt;a href="http://weblogs.asp.net/scottgu/archive/2008/06/06/silverlight-2-beta2-released.aspx"&gt;ScottGu&amp;rsquo;s Blog&lt;/a&gt; where you can find description of Beta 2 features. But before I could install Beta 2, I had to manually uninstall some fixes from my Vista, &lt;a href="http://weblogs.asp.net/bradleyb/archive/2008/06/06/upgrading-to-silverlight-beta-2-and-visual-studio-2008-sp1-beta.aspx"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt; you can find answers for your problems.And finally if everything worked, install latest &lt;a href="http://blogs.msdn.com/expression/archive/2008/06/06/download-expression-blend-2-5-june-2008-preview-and-deep-zoom-composer.aspx"&gt;Expression Blend and Deep Zoom Composer&lt;/a&gt;.

Unfortunately after upgrade, it seems that all Beta 1 applications stopped to work, at last for me, I tried to quickly recompile my project, but I get a lots of errors, so I need little more time to restore it to live, until then you can play &lt;a href="http://www.darrenmart.com/buddyknavery/"&gt;Buddy Knavery&lt;/a&gt; game.

      <description>So far I have found three different 2d physics engines for .NET:

	&lt;li&gt;Physics2D &lt;a href="http://code.google.com/p/physics2d/"&gt;http://code.google.com/p/physics2d/&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Box2dx &lt;a href="http://code.google.com/p/box2dx/"&gt;http://code.google.com/p/box2dx/&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;famous Box2d ported to .NET&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span&gt;Currently I play with Farseer, but Box2d also looks very interesting, I think that as soon as I finish ceres level editor I&amp;rsquo;ll try Box2dx. So far I couldn&amp;rsquo;t find enough time, I thought I&amp;rsquo;ll be able to upload it by the end of April, but it seems now it will be end of May &amp;hellip; &lt;/span&gt;

      <title>ASP.NET Developer Server and Vista</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;
When I tried to debug ASP.NET or Silverlight apps under Vista, IE failed to load page, it couldn&amp;rsquo;t find it. What I found out on web &lt;a href="http://accidentaltechnologist.com/asp-net/aspnet-development-server-problems-under-vista/"&gt;http://accidentaltechnologist.com/asp-net/aspnet-development-server-problems-under-vista/&lt;/a&gt; that was problem with ipv6 in Vista and lack of it in IE, the best solution I&amp;nbsp; have found so far is commenting out the line containing ::1 in windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts file. I&amp;rsquo;m not sure if it is best solution but I don&amp;rsquo;t know any other&amp;hellip; 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
I&amp;rsquo;m trying to finish ceres game, but I don&amp;rsquo;t have too much time for that, Jeff Weber helped me a lot giving some advices, but I still need to invent some levels.

&lt;p&gt;
The idea of&amp;nbsp; this game is to push the red ball into the yellow ball, by dropping some objects on it, the game shall recognize circles and rectangles&amp;nbsp; and smooth them. You may also draw a small circle that will change into green joint on which you can hang (and rotate) one shape. There are only 4 levels so far and the graphics is crappy but I&amp;rsquo;m still working on it so stay tuned :)
