hybrid query by ladyofhoward: What occurs to the batteries from hybrid automobiles when they “die?”?
I have heard that the batteries in hybrid autos last for about 100K miles. I am concerned with how, or what occurs to the old batteries. Are they recycled, and how are they recycled. Is it great for the enviornment. Could I, and the enviorment, be much better off purchasing a non-hybrid car?

Answer by eldoradodave
Lady, believe it or not, a battery is 100% recycable

This &quothybrid playground&quot is just the factor for people who like playing video games AND hanging out in the park. Right here, the actual world is linked up with virtual elements. The artists of lalalab equip a tiny electronic device with network-linked sensors. On a monitor, players are offered assignments that they have to carry out on the a variety of pieces of gear on the &quotreal&quot playground. Armbands worn by the players send data to a server which computes and displays the score.

The hybrid playground is a work by lalalab – Clara Boj (ES) and Diego Diaz (ES).
