<p>Last year there was an excellent morning session where the key leaders in Australia's financing sectors, the major banks and superannuation funds, offered candid comments about their appetite for development risk in the Australian market. This included comments about properties in administration particularly on the Gold Coast and the financing institution's risk versus the investors' institutions risk.  It attracted a highly motivated group of large, medium and small business leaders who were actively networking and participating.</p>

Most of us are about to invest for ten or twenty years and we need to get it right the first time!  We can't afford to shop around in ten years time as it didn't work the way we had expected!</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[ <p>Dalby’s first Settler Henry Dennis could only have dreamed of the massive growth that would come after he first pitched his tent near “The Crossing”, a stone’s throw from the existing Town Weir Accompanied only by an aboriginal boy, Dennis arrived at Myall Creek in 1841.  He then spent a considerable amount of time surveying the area before finally choosing land for himself at Jondaryan. </p>
<p>In the 170 years since, the Dalby region has revealed its diverse agricultural and mining industries and proved to be the richest energy reserve in Queensland. This has lead to an exponential demand for property in the area.</p>

Funnily enough, analysis provided by financial advisors proved, without a doubt, that superannuation and shares are the way to go whereas just as convincing arguments, raised by property spruikers, real estate agents and mortgage brokers, suggested that property was by far the superior investment.
