When we decided to sell our Haight Ashbury townhouse in San Francisco, the climate was very different that when we bought it. Proximity helped us locate a home that was a great fit for our family. Because of our target price we were concentrating our search on more Central Marin locations. We were surprised when Proximity identified a property within our budget that had just come on the market in Tiburon's Reed School District (and within a quick bike ride to Sam’s). We put the property into contract over Labor Day Weekend before most buyers even had a chance to see it. Now we can’t imagine living anywhere else.
