This video is gameplay of a custom game in socom 4.
The custom mode is Takedown, Rendevous Map, Hard level, low number of enemies.
I play it often and often fail. The video below is one of me completing it.
This is the fourth time I have completed it.

It is challenging since the enemy locations and AI change each time you play it.
Enjoy.

Kung Fu Live Gameplay

This is on the hard difficulty. It is level 2 of 10.

The hard level for Kung Fu Live is really challenging because the enemy blocks and dodges your attacks. You do alot of dodging and jumping and punching in this game. When you play it, you really raise your heart rate up quickly.

Socom 4 gameplay Custom Mode

I was playing a level on hard on the custom mode of socom 4. The video shows 2 tries of mine in trying to complete the level.

The custom mode in socom 4 is always challenging because the AI always changes how they respond, the location of the enemies and the intel always changes as well.
Each time you play it, it is like a new game.

There are many games that you can use with PS3 to get in shape. These are effective exercise routines, not just some uneffective exercise routines.

The Fight Lights Out PS3 Fitness Games Pack

Here's an extreme workout on your Playstation 3 console. If you are looking for an effective fitness workout on your PS3 - The Fight Lights Out PS3 Fitness pack has it !

There is sparring with Duke (Danny Trejo), target practice with mitts, squat jumps, arm rotations, dummy punching bag, and high knee running !
You can set the difficulty on easy, medium, or hard.
You can do one exercise only or you can do them all in a circuit training type of format.
You choose how long you want to do each exercise in the circuit. The minimum is 30 minutes. The maximum is 3 minutes. 3 minutes so it can simulate a round in pro boxing.

This PS3 Fitness pack is downloadable content from the PS3 Store Online. It doesn't come with the game.
The game does have its own set of workouts of the heavy bag, the speed bag, training mitts that you punch and endurance sparring where you spar guys non-stop until you get knocked out.

Sorry for the slow down of ps3 move games news! I was out and about for awhile but now I'm back !

Socom 4 is out next week! I'll be using the Move controller, but not with the sharp shooter. Come back when the game comes out and i'll explain why !

PS3 Interactive Games - EA Sports Active 2 Review

EA Sports Active 2 uses 3 sensors. Two on your arm and one on your leg. This helps the game to know what you are doing concerning the exercises. The sensor on your left arm also is a heart rate monitor.
Your heart rate is displayed on the screen while you exercise. This is a great tool as it helps you to see if you are exercising too hard or too easy.

The exercise routines in the game were designed by personal trainers. Being familiar with exercise routines myself, this is a true statement instead of only a marketing ploy. If you do the included 9 week program, you'll work all the major muscles in the body.
The warm up and cool down stretch routines are also included and should not be skipped. These are good for overall flexibility.

It doesn't provide a specific diet, but it does provide a food list of what are poor choices, better choices, and the best choices. This is better than following a particular diet anyway as it allows you to choose foods that you like.

PS3 Interactive Games can also be called PS3 Move Games. I make a difference between the two because some games use peripherals that include the PS3 Move or do not use the move at all, yet they are still PS3 Interactive Games.
Tony Hawk: Ride and Tony Hawk: Shred are two games that fall into this category. There is also Cabelas Dangerous Hunts, Killzone 3, and Socom 4 that can be included here as well. The last 3 games use the PS3 Move as well as the Sharpshooter gun.

One last title that I will put in another posting is EA Sports Active 2. It doesn't use the PS3 Move Controllers, but it does use peripherals.

Top Spin 4 Review for PS3 Move Games

Hey everyone !

I had high hopes that Top Spin 4 would be a wonderful addition to the PS3 Move family.
It's sad to report that it is a terrible addition. All you have to do is shake the PS3 Move controller and the game picks it up as if it were a legitimate swing fo the tennis racket.
The developer became lazy or didn't know how to implement the PS3 Move with this game. Actually, I think they were only thinking that it was like the Wii where you just shake the controller around.
Developers, we don't want games where you just shake the stick around. We want games that make sense and involve a level of realism. Look at Sports Champions Table Tennis, the paddle turns when the player turns their hand. It measures the force and angle of your swing. The Playstation 3 users are not Nintendo Wii users.
Top Spin 4 makers, you just missed an opportunity on selling more of your game to all of the PS3 Move users out there.

Virtua Tennis 4 looks promising. I have read that you can control your character or let the computer control it. I have read that it also takes note of your hand angle and positioning. The only drawback so far is how it switches between the 1st person view and 3rd person view.
