Today, Bigg Boss is the biggest popular reality show in India. The show started in Hindi and later spread to other local languages in India. Launched in Malayalam on July 24, 2018, the show soon became the most watched program in the history of Malayalam television. Once again, Bigg Boss Season 3 hosted by versatile actor Mohanlal, is back in front of the audience after an unfinished second season.

Audiences were eagerly awaiting the third season after the second season, which was interrupted due to Covid- 19 fear and subsequent lock down throughout the country.

Leading young star Tovino Thomas unveiled the logo of Bigg Boss Season 3 during the launch of Star Singer Season 8. Later, new promo videos of Bigg Boss started appearing . The next day, a video of Mohanlal came out. When Mohanlal appeared in the video, which went viral on social media, it was the answer to the social media discussions about who will be the next Bigg Boss host. With this, any news about Bigg Boss Season 3 is going viral on social media. Initially, there were reports that Bigg Boss Season 3 would start in mid-February. But according to the information that is coming out now, the show will start in March 2021. Exact information about this is not yet available.

Bigg Boss is a completely secret show. From the selection of contestants to the end of the show, things go very secret. It is this secretive nature that makes Bigg Boss different from other reality shows today. Discussions about the possible contestants for Season 3 are widespread on social media. The names going on rounds are some of popular celebrities But only when the show starts do we know exactly who is on the show.

There are rumors that film stars Nobby Marcos, Radio Jockey Kitilam Firos and model Dhanyanath will be on the show. This was revealed by a vlogger named Sarath through his YouTube channel 'Mooppanz Vlog'. Sarath, who is very close to Rajith Sir, who was a contestant in the last season, says in his video that he is 100% sure. He says this season will not start with 20 people like last season and the contestants will come to the show in two batches.

WALNUT – BRAIN

THE gnarled folds of a walnut mimic the appearance of a human brain - and provide a clue to the benefits. Walnuts are the only nuts which contain significant amounts of omega-3 fatty acids. They may also help head off dementia. An American study found that walnut extract broke down the protein-based plaques associated with Alzheimer’s disease. Researchers at Tufts University in Boston found walnuts reversed some signs of brain ageing in rats. Dr James Joseph, who headed the study, said walnuts also appear to enhance signalling within the brain and encourage new messaging links between brain cells.

TOMATO – HEART

A TOMATO is red and usually has four chambers, just like our heart. Tomatoes are also a great source of lycopene, a plant chemical that reduces the risk of heart disease and several cancers. The Women’s Health Study — an American research programme which tracks the health of 40,000 women — found women with the highest blood levels of lycopene had 30 per cent less heart disease than women who had very little lycopene. Lab experiments have also shown that lycopene helps counter the effect of unhealthy LDL cholesterol. One Canadian study, published in the journal Experimental Biology and Medicine, said there was “convincing evidence’ that lycopene prevented coronary heart disease.

GRAPES – LUNGS
OUR lungs are made up of branches of ever-smaller airways that finish up with tiny bunches of tissue called alveoli. These structures, which resemble bunches of grapes, allow oxygen to pass from the lungs to the bloodstream. One reason that very premature babies struggle to survive is that these alveoli do not begin to form until week 23 or 24 of pregnancy. A diet high in fresh fruit, such as grapes, has been shown to reduce the risk of lung cancer and emphysema. Grape seeds also contain a chemical called proanthocyanidin, which appears to reduce the severity of asthma triggered by allergy.

CHEESE – BONES

And like most cheeses, it is a rich source of calcium, a vital ingredient for strong bones and reducing the risk of osteoporosis later in life. A study at Columbia University in New York showed teens who increased calcium intake from 800mg a day to 1200 mg equal to an extra two slices of cheddar - boosted their bone density by six per cent.

Ingredients

For the marination:-

Chicken- 700 grams

Kashmiri chilli powder-2 teaspoons

turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon

salt- to taste

oil- for frying

For the curry

oil-4 tablespoons

onions -4 medium size (pureed)

tomatoes- 2 large size (pureed)

ginger- 1 small piece (smashed)

garlic- 10-12 cloves (smashed)

green chillies-3 (smashed)

chicken masala- 2 1/2 teaspoons

kashmiri red chilli powder- 2 teaspoons

turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon

pepper powder-1 teaspoon

tomato ketchup- 2 teaspoons

Kasuri methi(dry fenugreek leaves) – 1 tablespoon

coconut milk- 1 1/2 glass

lemon juice- half lemon.

coriander leaves- for garnishing

Ingredients for Ghee Rice

Rice- 6 small cups

oil- 4 tablespoons

ghee-2 teaspoons

dalda (vegetable oil)-2 tablespoons

coconut oil-1 teaspoon

carrot- 2 small size(finely chopped in square shape)

raisins- 50 grams

cashew nuts-50 grams

salt – to taste

Method

Step 1- Take the chicken and wash it well.In a mixing bowl take put the chicken,salt to taste,red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix it very well.Cover it and keep it aside for minimum 1/2 hour.

Step 2- Take a wok and pou sufficient oil in it for frying the chicken.Once the oil is heated put the chicken pieces one by one in the wok and fry it till its cooked 80%.Take out in an absorbent sheet and keep it aside.Follow the same procedure for the remaining chicken pieces.

Step 3- Take a fresh wok and put oil , heat it .Next add the pureed onion in it.Add the tomato puree and mix it well.Now put the roughly smashed ginger,garlic and green chilli into it and mix it well.Fry this mixture till all the raw smell of it has gone on a low flame.Add chicken masala,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,pepper powder and tomato ketchup.Mix it well and add salt to taste.Add kasuri methi to it and mix well.

Step 4-Add the roasted chicken and cover it and cook for next 10 minutes on a low flame.Next add the coconut milk and mix it well.Cook for another 5 minutes and then turn off the gas.Squeeze half a lemon in the curry and mix it.Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.Enjoy with ghee rice and papads.

Rice cooking:-

Step 1- Take nice white raw rice wash it well and soak it in water for 45 minutes.Take a cooking pot for rice.Place it on the stove and add 9 cups of water in it.Then put salt as per your requirement .Add 4 tablespoon of oil , 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil and bring the water to a nice boil.

Step 2- Add the rice to the boiling water.Cover it and let it cook.When the rice water is dried up, put the carrot pieces and mix it and place a griddle (tava) under the cooking pot.Cover it with a silver foil and place the lid on it.flame on low.

Step 3- Take a fry pan and put ghee in it, let it melt and add the cashew nuts and raisins and fry them on a low flame.Now put them in the rice and mix it.cover it again and let it cook for the last 5 minutes again on the low flame.Finally ,add one teaspoon of coconut oil and mix it well.Your yummy ghee rice is ready to be enjoyed with Kadai Chicken.

SINDHI STYLE OF CHICKPEAS CURRY RECIPE

Chickpeas are also known as kabuli chana from Kabul.Punjabi’s call the chickpeas as chole and chole bhature is an awesome finger licking food.Bhature are made of all purpose flour and looks like puri and the chickpeas curry is brown in colour with masalas with the cumin flavour dominant in it.People from Sindh too make chickpeas curry but the flavour is slightly sour and tangy and eaten with bread slice or as a side dish instead of dal.

Ingredients

chickpeas -250 grams (soaked over night)

tomatoes -250 grams (pureed)

onions – 3 nos ( large)

ginger – 1 inch (fresh one)

garlic – 5 cloves

black cardamoms -2 nos

cloves – 8 nos

cinnamon leaves (bay leaves)-2 nos

cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon

peppercorns -15

asafoetida – 1 pinch

salt -to taste

oil -3 large spoons

turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon

garam masala powder -1/2 teaspoon

coriander powder- 1 teaspoon

ground pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon

dried mango powder- 3/4 teaspoon

Method

Step 1- Soak the chickpeas overnight in sufficient water .

Step 2- Chop 2 of the onions and reserve.Puree the third onion with ginger and garlic.Make a puree of tomatoes separately.

Step 3- Place the pressure cooker on the gas stove with the soaked chickpeas and sufficient water for it to cook.In this cooker put half of the chopped onions, cardamoms,cloves,cinnamon or bay leaves,peppercorns,cumin seeds 1 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of asafoetida.Pressure cook it for 20 minutes and once boiled drain and reserve the cooking liquid.

Step 4- Place a wok or cooking pot on the gas stove .Pour cooking oil and heat it.Now add the remaining chopped onions and saute till it becomes golden brown.Add the pureed onion,ginger and garlic mixture and saute for 10 minutes on low to medium flame.Keep stirring it occasionally so as not to get burnt.

Step 5 -Now add turmeric powder, mango powder, pepper powder, coriander powder and garam masala and mix well .After 1 minute add the tomato puree and saute the mixture till the oil oozes out.

Step 6- Now add the boiled chickpeas and stir gently.Add the water in which the chickpeas was cooked and cook till it absorbs the curry well in itself.Add a little bit of more salt if required as per your likings.You can garnish it with fresh chopped coriander leaves(optional)

Serve on bread slices and raw onion slices and fresh lemon.

How we Rescued a Pigeon ?

One fine evening as I went to the terrace to collect the clothes I saw a pigeon trapped in the mesh of the terrace.There is a mesh running all around the terrace to prevent the clothes falling down on a windy day.The pigeon was hanging upside down where half of his body was inside the mesh and the other half outside.It was a grey pigeon.Pigeons as you know, are symbol of peace and they are so tender and harmless bird.When I saw the poor pigeon I felt so sorry for him because it was flapping its wings to come out of the mesh and be free.Immediately I thought, oh this poor pigeon dont know since when it is stuck up here, how bad it would be feeling hanging in an upside condition also it claws would be aching since he was holding to the mesh for so long and that was the only thing to which it could hold in that odd circumstances.Immediately i collected a few clothes and rushed down to call Satish for helping that birdie out.

When I reached ground floor I told the whole things to Satish and asked him to immediately come up to rescue the pigeon.Then listen to our conversation our kids too joined their dad to help the poor birdie.We all rushed to the terrace ,which is in 3rd floor of the building.Now let me give you an idea of the terrace.The parapet wall is short and top of it is an iron railing running through.The pigeon is stuck up in the top most part of the mesh(upside down).There is no other go Satish has to keep his one foot on the parapet wall then only he will be able to reach to the bird.There is no pole or bar or anything to which he can hold for a support at least on one side. Remember we are on the third floor and it’s scary thing to climb on a short parapet wall and a short iron railing.Some how Satish managed to reach there but couldn’t stay longer there and came down.

Our boys then ran down to get chair and scissors to cut the mesh and take the birdie out.While I kept looking helplessly at the fluttering pigeon.In a short period of time boys bought the steel chair up and a pair of scissors and a knife too.Then it was a much safe way to stand on the chair and reach to the helpless bird who was dying for its freedom.It was a risky thing to do because the mesh wasn’t an iron one ,it was just a nylon mesh and God forbids ,if anything bad happens the mesh will not be able to hold Satish neither will I be able to save him.

By God’s grace Satish climbed up ,placing his one foot on the chair and the other on the parapet wall.He had to cut some portion of the mesh as he was unable to take the birdie out.He tried not to break any of his feathers and didn’t wanted to hurt him.Very carefully Satish cut the mesh and gently took the bird in his hand.We just wanted to pat him and then when he is normal he can fly away.

We bought him down and our kids offered him some cooked rice and water to drink.But sadly enough it refused to eat or drink anything.Then Satish patted him and he released him to fly.It flew a bit and then again came down to the other side of the varanda and was standing close to the wall.We tried to again give some more rice and water to it but wasn’t eating.Again Satish took the pigeon and made it to fly.It flew across the road and went and sat on the boundary wall of the open plot.Also, it started raining and we had pity on the pigeon.Various types of thoughts were running in our minds.He was still petrified and quite vulnerable to dogs, cats, peacocks(as peacocks are almost roaming and flying in our colony).Finally, Satish took the birdie in his hands and said that tonight lets keep the pigeon with us in our home.

He took a carton, placed some rags in it ,kept some raw rice this time and a small bowl of water and gently placed the pigeon in his new home(the carton box).We didn’t intend to keep him as pet,just checked thoroughly if he has any kind of injury. We wanted to eat,gain strength, bounce back and fly back to the open sky.He was sleepy by now and was quite in his home.We all kept checking him every now and then.Was scared will he make it through the night?We were sad as it was not eating anything.Till late in the night these three boys of mine kept on seeing him with care and concern what is he upto.Whether eating,sleeping or awake.Gradually both our boys and to some extent even Satish started to like the bird and wanted to keep it as pet.I was strongly opposing it because God made the birds to fly in the sky and not to be caged.We all slept.

The next morning,believe me the first thought that came in our mind was the pigeon.As soon as we came out of our bedroom we (Satish and myself) went straight to the hall to see the birdie.We were glad that it was awake and made lots of shit in the carton box.Then I told Satish to take him out of the box.He will walk around in the hall and feel good.We offered him some broken rice and carefully watched him walking a little bit.That gave us happiness as he was getting back to normal.Later, when the boys woke up they dont want anything just pulled a stool and sat near the pigeon.

Around 10:00 am Satish had to go out for some immediate work and he said don’t switch on the fan in the hall as we don’t know when the pigeon will start flying.But just when Satish was about to start from home ,our younger son made some funny sound and the pigeon walked towards the kitchen.Seeing the bright light in the kitchen as it has two ventilations and two windows it flew and sat above the cabinets.Then Satish and our elder son both ran to hold the pigeon as we wanted to take the picture with him and release it from the veranda and capture the moments but ,the pigeon flew from the kitchen to the hall and there again it saw the bright sunlight beaming through the hall ventilation and before we could understand it flew out of the house….

Four of us ran outside to see where the pigeon flew,is he safe and confident to fly but it was nowhere to be seen.Satish and our boys were so sad and stood still for a couple of minutes and I had to cheer them up that he was made to fly in the sky.Be happy that he was able to fly and that we could save a life.Kids asked whether it would come back to us at least to eat some food?I said well I don’t know,Satish told that no we need at least 3 -4 days time to be with the pigeon and feed the bird in our hand only then we will be able to make a rapport with the bird and he will be our pet.

To get honey bottles you have to go to a tree and find a tree it may be hard to find a tree with a bee nest, but it is really easy just need to go to a area were you have not explored and search some trees then you will be able to find a bee nest and then put lots of flowers near the bee nest the wait near it for a few Minecraft days and then open the debug screen and check the % of the block then if it is above 5% you will see honey leaking out from the bee nest like this picture.

That means you can craft a bottle the crafting recipe is right here.

When you have a bottle touch the screen or right click with the bottle then you will get a bottle of honey .

Ernesto Valverde who was sacked a few weeks before was replaced by Queque Setien who is chess master who helped Real Betis, a struggling team qualified them for the Europa League and helped them finish 6th in the league last time. Juventus has just reached the semi finals after destroying Roma 3:1. Maurizio Sarri has led the the team brilliantly as they scored three goals against the capitals with goals coming from Cristiano Ronaldo , Rodrigo Bentancur and the captain Leonardo Bonnucci .

The rockstar of Juventus Ronaldo draws the first blood when Gonzalo Higuain assisted him . For years Arsenal were called the pushovers, perhaps this was the night they wanted to brush off that tag. They came back twice from one goal behind to claim the points which was very unlikely having the kind of start they had. The Gunners were reduced to 10 men inside the 30 minutes of play. Their Brazilian central back, David Luiz had a rough day in the office as he was given a direct red card for bringing down Tammy Abraham in the 27th minute.

Having reduced to fewer men, didn't deter their spirit, more than one hour they played with only 10 men, and twice came from behind to draw the match. It was that kind of night for Arsenal.

Arsenal don't have had a great run at Stamford Bridge, the borough of Chelsea. But this time when they returned to North London they had a point in their kitty.

It was all seems going for Chelsea way after Jorginho netted the penalty, but Arsenal didn't give up. They were all charged up, Mike Arteta's side ripped up the “writing on the wall” in style.

Free Basics really free ?

Friends, before you write to TRAI to lend your support for Free Basics, please see the other end of the spectrum as well .

The airwaves, the newspapers and even the online space are now saturated with a Rs. 100 crore campaign proclaiming that Internet connectivity for the Indian poor is a gift from Facebook which a few churlish net neutrality fundamentalists are opposing. In its campaign, Facebook is also using the generic phrase “free, basic Internet” interchangeably with “Free Basics”, the name it has given its private, proprietary platform. This is in blatant violation of Indian rules on advertising, which forbid generic words being used for brands and products. This is from a company which, in spite of having 125 million Indian subscribers, refuses to be sued in India, claiming to be an American company and therefore outside the purview of Indian law. Nor does it pay any tax in India.

The Free Basics platform is a mildly tweaked rehash of the controversial internet.org that Facebook had floated earlier. Facebook and Reliance, the sixth-largest mobile service provider in the country, have joined hands to offer it as a platform for free data services restricted to a few websites. The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has stopped this service for now, pending its public consultation on the subject. Facebook’s campaign is essentially to influence the outcome of such a consultation.

Data as commodity
Evgeny Morozov, one of the most insightful commentators on technology, has written extensively on how Silicon Valley seeks to subvert the state, promising to give the people connectivity, transport and other facilities, if we only hand over our data to them. Instead of people demanding that the state provide access to various services — from drinking water to transport and communications — people are being led to believe that a few capitalists from Silicon Valley will provide all these services. We will have Internet connectivity instead of education, and Uber will provide private taxis, instead of public transport. To paraphrase Marie Antoinette, let the people have cake instead of bread. This is the Internet monopolies’ agenda of hidden and mass-scale privatisation of public services.

By accepting the Silicon Valley model of private services, we pay the Internet monopolies with our data, which can then be monetised. Personal data is the currency of the Internet economy. Data as commodity is the oil of the 21st century. Facebook and Google’s revenue model is based on monetising our personal data and selling it to advertisers. Facebook generates an estimated revenue of nearly $1 billion from its Indian subscribers, on which it pays no tax.

Free Basics is not free, basic Internet as its name appears to imply. It has a version of Facebook, and only a few other websites and services that are willing to partner Facebook’s proprietary platform.

Today, there are nearly 1 billion websites. If we consider that there are 3.5 billion users of the Internet, 1 out of 3.5 such users also offers content or services. The reason that the Internet has become such a powerful force for change in such a short time is precisely because anybody, anywhere, can connect to anybody else, not only to receive, but also to provide content. All that is required is that both sides have access to the Internet.

All this would stop if the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) or telecom companies (telcos) are given the right to act as gatekeepers. This is what net neutrality is all about — no ISP or telco can decide what part of the Internet or which websites we can access. Tim Wu, the father of net neutrality, has written that keeping the two sides of the Internet free of gatekeepers is what has given a huge incentive for generating innovation and creating content. This is what has made the Internet, as a platform, so different from other mass communications platforms such as radio and television. Essentially, it has unleashed the creativity of the masses; and it is this creativity we see in the hundreds of millions of active websites.

Facebook’s ads and Mark Zuckerberg’s advertorials talk about education, health and other services being provided by Free Basics, without telling us how on earth we are going to access doctors and medicines through the Internet; or education. It forgets that while English is spoken by only about 12 per cent of the world’s population, 53 per cent of the Internet’s content is English. If Indians need to access education or health services, they need to access it in their languages, and not in English. And no education can succeed without teachers. The Internet is not a substitute for schools and colleges but only a complement, that too if material exists in the languages that the students understand. Similarly, health demands clinics, hospitals and doctors, not a few websites on a private Facebook platform.

Regulate price of data
While the Free Basics platform has connected only 15 million people in different parts of the world, in India, we have had 60 million people join the Internet using mobiles in the last 12 months alone. And this is in spite of the high cost of mobile data charges. There are 300 million mobile broadband users in the country, an increase fuelled by the falling price of smartphones.

In spite of this increase in connectivity, we have another 600 million mobile subscribers who need to be connected to the Internet. Instead of providing Facebook and its few partner websites and calling it “basic” Internet, we need to provide full Internet at prices that people can afford. This is where the regulatory system of the country has to step in. The main barrier to Internet connectivity is the high cost of data services in the country. If we use purchasing power parity as a basis, India has expensive data services compared to most countries. That is the main barrier to Internet penetration. Till now, TRAI has not regulated data tariffs. It is time it addresses the high price of data in the country and not let such prices lead to a completely truncated Internet for the poor.

There are various ways of providing free Internet, or cost-effective Internet, to the low-end subscribers. They could be provided some free data with their data connection, or get some free time slots when the traffic on the network is low. 2G data prices can and should be brought down drastically, as the telcos have already made their investments and recovered costs from the subscribers.

The danger of privileging a private platform such as Free Basics over a public Internet is that it introduces a new kind of digital divide among the people. A large fraction of those who will join such platforms may come to believe that Facebook is indeed the Internet. As Morozov writes, the digital divide today is “about those who can afford not to be stuck in the data clutches of Silicon Valley — counting on public money or their own capital to pay for connectivity — and those who are too poor to resist the tempting offers of Google and Facebook” (“Silicon Valley exploits time and space to extend the frontiers of capitalism”, The Guardian, Nov. 29, 2015). As he points out, the basic delusion Silicon Valley is nurturing is that the power divide will be bridged through Internet connectivity, no matter who provides it or in what form. This is not likely to happen through their platforms.

The British Empire was based on the control of the seas. Today, whoever controls the data oceans controls the global economy. Silicon Valley’s data grab is the new form of colonialism we are witnessing now.

Net neutrality is not an esoteric matter, the concern of only a few netizens. It is fundamental to the world, in which the Internet is a source of knowledge, a means of communication, an artery of commerce. Whoever controls access to the Internet will control our future. This is what the current battle over Facebook’s Free Basics is all about.

Sep 27: The mysterious phenomenon of the latest phrase 'Bombile’ which is an explosion of mobile phones are leaving users unconscious in Assam. Sources said these bizarre cases is terrorizing people to the extent that many have literally switched off their handsets.

The incident prompted Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi to order a scientific probe on Monday, Sep 27.

Sources say around 30 cases have been reported and admitting more than 20 people in various hospitals during the past weeks. These victims complained of nausea, splitting headache and unconscious after the mobile handsets exploded soon after receiving a call.

At least 10 such cases were brought to the notice of the police although no cases were registered as the officials were perplexed, not knowing what to do.

One of the victims said, "I got a phone call from an unknown number and I noticed on my handset that the numbers were highlighted in red color. Soon after I received the call, there was a loud sound and I was left unconscious."

Mobile service providers are also confused and have no scientific explanation to these cases.

"The interesting thing is that some of the handsets that have busted are from genuine brands . Initially, it was presumed the cases were witnessed in cheap Chinese make handsets, but now even that theory was proved wrong," a police official said.

How to Check LPG Gas Cylinder Expiry Date?

Do you know that there is an expiry date (physical life) for LPG cylinders? Expired Cylinders are not safe for use and may cause accidents. In this regard, please be cautious at the time of accepting any LPG cylinder from the vendor.

Here is how we can check the expiry of LPG cylinders:
On one of three side stems of the cylinder, the expiry date is coded alpha numerically as follows A or B or C or D and some two digit number following this e.g. D06.

The alphabets stand for quarters -
1. A for March (First Qtr),
2. B for June (Second Qtr),
3. C for Sept (Third Qtr),
4. D for December (Fourth Qtr).
The digits stand for the year till it is valid. Hence D06 would mean December quarter of 2006.
Please Return Back the Cylinder that you get with a Expiry Date, they are prone to Leak and other Hazardous accidents ...
The second example with D13 allows the cylinder to be in use until Dec 2013 .

Three high profile executives of Tesla Motors, the electric car company, are believed to be dead as the light aircraft in which they were in crashed in East Palo Alto, shortly after takeoff from the nearby Palo Alto Airport.

It was unknown who was onboard the plane until the company website confirmed tragic misshape. At about 7:55 a.m., the twin engine Cessna 310, which took off from Palo Alto Airport heading for Los Angeles County’s Hawthorne Municipal Airport, crashed into the residential neighborhood in East Palo Alto and may have caused widespread power outages. Residents heard an explosion and saw the wreckage as it impacted a residential street. The plane appears to have crashed into power lines, exploding on impact. The reason for the crash of the twin-engine Cessna isn't yet known, and the FAA hasn't released the names of those on board.There were no injuries on the ground, though one home was set ablaze by pieces of the debris. One of the homes in the area normally houses a daycare facility, but it was empty at the time of the crash.

South Africa won the Nagpur test very comfortably by an innings and 6 runs. It was a near perfect test match for them. Their Batters had a wonderful time in the middle, especially Hashim Amla and Jacques Kallis. Wanda Barzee's Children on Oprah Winfrey show

Four children of Wande Barzee, the co accused of Elizabeth Smart kidnapping case appeared in the Oprah Winfrey show today. Wande Barzee and her husband Brian David Mitchell is being facing federal and state sentences on this case. Elizabeth Smart went missing from June 5. Almost 9 months there was no trace of her until she was found alive on March 12 2003, in Sandy Ulta.

Wanda Barzee and Brian have been married for 17 years. Four of their six children appeared in the show, Andrea, Derrick, LouRee, and Rhonda; the eldest. They described what life was like with their mother and the step father.

Andrea disagreed with the assumption of Wanda being portrayed as a victim of Brian David Mitchell. She recollected her mother's emotional abuses and she says that Wanda repeatedly brain washed the children with her emotional dramas. LouRee called her mother a monster. LouRee gave detailed account of her mother’s cruelty. When she was 14, she said “I asked what we were having for dinner, and my mom said chicken. During that meal, she and Brian were not touching their plates really, but they were kind of picking at a salad that they had, and she had a smile on her face the whole time," she says. "[The next day], I went to go feed my rabbit and the cage was empty, and I said, 'What happened to Peaches?' And she said, 'You had her for dinner last night. LouRee moved out of the home shortly afterwards.

Shahid Afridi has been in the news for some time now, but this time around for a wrong reason. He had a bite on the cherry nope the cricket ball. Obviously he was not trying to feel the taste of muddy leather rather he foolishly trying to save his losing side. The touring Pakistan side was a disaster in down under ever since they landed. They were humiliated in every game they played in Australia. Barring an impressive performance on the 3rd test it has been an Australian show all through the series. The big names in the Pakistan side flopped in big time. There were spark of some talent in the form of young Umer Akmal.
