Apple picking

Lerma, Sarah, Liescel, Sandrin, Lilleth, Josie and i (Michael) are picking apples and other fruits at a local plantation close to Copenhagen. You pick your favorite fruit and pay by the kilo when you are done.

Today, I spent most of the day working about 10 meters above the ground, installing wireless access points at a customer location together with an electrician.

It was a bit scary in the beginning, but you soon get used to the altitude. The location is a new warehouse that will be used to distribute food and groceries to shops around the country.

Nokia E61 On The Road

I just arrived in the Swedish city of Falkenberg on a business trip. It's Sunday evening and I want to see the city and get soome food before I go back to the h otel for the night.

I start walking towards the city center some 4 km away but at some point on the trip I get in doubt, that I picked the right road. I am in front of a railroad b ridge (A major landmark). How to check directions ?

I fire up Google Maps, type Falkenberg, Sweden in the search field, check the result on the map and zoom in a few times. My route is correct, the bridge to the
old town is just a few hundred meters away, around a corner.

Next question, where do I eat ?

Solution, open Nokia Search and look for a suitable restaurant. As the application lloads, I just have time to think "But it's configured for Denmark" before it
promts me for permission to switch to a Swedish search engine. permission granted. i type "Burger" then "Falkenberg" and get two hits, Burger King and Burger I nn. I select option two and "Show on map". The destination is two small blocks away, and here I am, eating a "Double Combo", a 300g burger with large fries and
Coke (Lite). I leave most of the fries and a bit of the burger behind, but drink a second drink to cope with the heat and save some fat and calories..

After a short look at the town, I will return to the hotel and get some real sleep - the first time in many months without a baby at my side.. I miss Sarah a lo t though

Sarah Playing With Play Car

Sarah is quite stable now, standing by her own and sometimes taking a few steps. Watch her play with a play car on our playground.

Visiting The Little Mermaid

After a shopping trip to Sweden, we decided to show Liscel and Sandrin the famous statue, The Little Mermaid. When we arrived there was a busload of Russian tourists all wanting to pose with the lady/fish, so we had to wait a bit before the girls could get close.

Here, Sarah and Lerma are posing, Sarah is very tired and also dirty after enjoying both a hotdog and ice cream dessert at one of the busy fast food shops at the harbour.
