A Google se juntou a 4 marcas globais (Coca-Cola, Volvo, Alka Seltzer e Avis) para refazer campanhas clássicas dos anos 60 e 70 dessas marcas utilizando as tecnologias de hoje. O nome desse projeto é "&lt;a href="http://www.projectrebrief.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Re: Brief&lt;/a&gt;". O objetivo é responder a pergunta: Como ideias que definiram a publicidade nos seus primórdios poderiam influenciar novos criativos e profissionais de marketing?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

No site do projeto é possível ver de cada marca o brief original, o trabalho original e o trabalho reinventado. Li ontem no &lt;a href="http://mashable.com/2012/03/11/instagram-for-android/"&gt;Mashable&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;que estão para anunciar o aplicativo fotográfico mais conhecido de todos, o Instagram, para os aparelhos Android. Isso me fez pensar o que pode ter sido responsável pelo sucesso do aplicativo que só usuários de produtos Apple poderiam ter, pois existem muitos aplicativos de fotografia pra telefones Android (mas parece que essa mística ao redor do Instagram o torna o "melhor" de todos na mente de muitas pessoas).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Alguns comentários de leitores e usuários de Android trazem a questão de que o motivo do sucesso do aplicativo entre os usuários de iPhones e iPads é porque seria o único que permitia um compartilhamento direto nas redes sociais através do site que agrega as fotos quando são tiradas. Isso faz sentido, se pensarmos que todos os aplicativos de fotos pra Android já tem a opção de compartilhamento direto nas grandes redes sociais. Caso seja assim mesmo, essa já é uma grande vantagem pro sucesso entre os usuários de iPhones e iPads, em detrimento de outros apps.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seguindo nessa linha, um outro motivo pra popularização é, justamente, ser exclusivo entre usuários de uma marca que é sinônimo de inovação e de pessoas "cool". Assim mesmo que a Apple cansou de se mostrar naquela velha propagando do Mac Vs PC. Quando eu tiro uma foto e posto no meu Instagram, eu to dizendo: "Vejam eu tenho um iPhone. Eu uso Apple!". Forma uma comunidade de pessoas que tem orgulho de mostrar que amam essa marca que nunca esteve tão presente na cabeça dos consumidores. Quando eu utilizo um dos diversos aplicativos de fotos do meu Android, ninguém da bola de onde vem. Não forma aquele senso de comunidade, de pertencer a um grupo "exclusivo" (já tive uma situação onde postei uma foto e um amigo me comentou "belo instagram" ao invés de "bela foto". Nem possuo iPhone).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Então, com essa exclusividade e ligado a uma marca muito forte, o Instagram se torna um fenômeno. Como somos muito influenciáveis, capaz de ter no Android diversos aplicativos melhores, mas que não tem o apelo como tem o que está para chegar (inclusive, nas respostas da notícia no Mashable muitos usuários do sistema da Google citam diversos apps que seriam melhores ou do mesmo nível). Acontece que com o lançamento para Android, em que anunciam que será melhor que os do iOS, não existirá mais aquela imagem de "somos o app de usuários de produtos Apple". Pode ser um problema.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Pode ser um problema porque, em primeiro lugar, vai perder essa questão da identidade deles ser associada a Apple. A perda dessa identidade entre os usuários do Instagram antigos quebrará esse senso de comunidade. O app passará a ser de duas plataformas, sendo que uma delas já existem tantos outros com o mesmo conceito (e compartilhamento direto pro Facebook e Twitter). A grande vantagem se dará se realmente for um aplicativo melhor que o já existente. Isso porque vai aliar essa imagem do "melhor" e provar pros que utilizam o Android que de fato são. Al Ries e Jack Trout já diriam que muitas vezes é melhor ficar forte no seu lugar, na sua posição do que começar a crescer em terrenos desconhecidos. São muitas perguntas pra respostas que virão com o tempo. Logo saberemos se minha opinião está correta ou não. E vocês, o que acham?&lt;/div&gt;

O Programa Avesso aterrisou em um dos cartões postais do &lt;b&gt;Rio de Janeiro&lt;/b&gt; para conferir os bastidores do novo filme da &lt;b&gt;cerveja Devassa&lt;/b&gt;. A marca retornou às suas origens, no bairro de &lt;b&gt;Santa Tereza&lt;/b&gt;, para a gravação do terceiro comercial de sua campanha publicitária de verão.&lt;/div&gt;

O filme tem como objetivo recriar o humor já presente em outras campanhas, “&lt;i&gt;Trabalhar o humor, a irreverência que está no DNA da marca Devassa e, claro, fazer um filme com uma pegada cervejeira, uma pegada divertida&lt;/i&gt;”, explicou à equipe do Avesso, &lt;b&gt;Thiago Torelli&lt;/b&gt;, gerente de produto Devassa.&lt;/div&gt;

Imaginem a situação. Vocês estão caminhando pela rua e de repente aquele jogador que tu é fã, para na tua frente e te pede um autógrafo e uma foto! Como vocês reagiriam? É isso que mostra a nova campanha da Liga Espanhola. O goleiro do Real Madrid, Casillas e o meio-campo Iniesta do Barcelona foram para as ruas e começaram a pedir autógrafo e foto com os torcedores. O que todos estamos acostumados a ver é o oposto, os torcedores fazendo de tudo para estar perto de algum jogador. As reações das pessoas abordadas são ótimas! Em um Shopping Center do &lt;b&gt;Peru&lt;/b&gt;, foi esse o local de uma ação bem inusitada da &lt;b&gt;Sprite&lt;/b&gt; no &lt;b&gt;Dia de São Valentim (Dia dos Namorados)&lt;/b&gt;. Sem grande produção, um casal passeia pelo local e de repente vão surgindo vários clones no rapaz. Confira o vídeo abaixo:&lt;/div&gt;

Hoje eu li no blog &lt;a href="http://www.brainstorm9.com.br/28776/advertising/beauty-of-the-web-microsoft-promove-internet-explorer-9/"&gt;Brainstorm9&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;um texto sobre a campanha feita pela Microsoft para mostrar o Internet Explorer 9. É engraçado que os dois primeiros parágrafos do texto já mostra que é feito por alguém que não gosta do navegador (e provavelmente da empresa). Apenas na última parte do post é que cita algo sobre a campanha e o site que eles fizeram para "divulgar a experiência de uso do IE9", o &lt;a href="http://www.beautyoftheweb.com/Experience"&gt;Beauty of The Web&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;

O que aconteceu no post em questão na realidade é um retrato de como as pessoas percebem a Microsoft e seus produtos. Ninguém vai dizer que a Microsoft é inovadora. É vista como uma empresa antiquada, conservadora e que só pensa em "números" (como o próprio texto do Brainstorm9 diz). Temos que entender uma coisa: a Microsoft com o Bill Gates, na sua primeira decisão de negócio deu um tiro certo. Na época que ninguém sabia ainda o que seria desse mundo da informática e tecnologia, Gates apostou no software e acertou na mosca. Talvez isso que tenha decidido o futuro "conservador" da empresa pois se tornaram fortes e poderosos com um produto que, acredito eu, quase todo mundo aprendeu a usar quando conheceu um computador.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Então nós temos uma empresa de sucesso desde seu início que nunca precisou ser a rainha da inovação. E o que mostra isso ser verdade é que a Microsoft tempos atrás veio com o conceito do "&lt;a href="http://www.microsoft.com/surface/en/us/default.aspx"&gt;Microsoft Surface&lt;/a&gt;", muito parecido com o tablet gigante. Alguém comenta sobre isso? Lembra disso? Sabia que isso existia? Não, apesar de ser um produto que poderia ser considerado inovador. Então, vemos que apesar de ter o Windows como um sistema operacional tradicional e forte no mercado e o pacote Office (inclusive usuários de Mac tem o Office) como dois produtos fortes, a Microsoft sempre "sofre" pra provar que pode fazer algo bom.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Falando exclusivamente do Internet Explorer. O navegador sempre foi alvo de ataques. Lembro que logo que comecei a usar computador e a internet eu usava o Netscape e todo mundo dizia que era bem melhor. Com o tempo passei a usar o Mozilla e depois o Chrome (hoje fico alternando entre esses dois). O IE, de fato, ficou ultrapassado por ser mais lento que as outras opções e suscetível a mais vírus. As últimas atualizações tentam mudar a cara do navegador, mas vemos como é difícil pra eles lançarem algo sem serem taxados ainda de "conservadores". O que será que pode salvar o IE? Mudar o posicionamento na mente dos usuários? O site criado traz alguns dados de ser mais seguro que o Chrome e o Mozilla, de ser mais rápido e de que irá proporcionar uma melhor experiência ao usar a rede. Isso bastará?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pra finalizar eu gostaria de lembrar que não temos como comparar as campanhas publicitárias da Microsoft com as suas rivais que são vistas como inovadoras. Alguém levaria a sério uma campanha da empresa de Bill Gates se fosse estilo as da Apple? Ou estilo as do Chrome para divulgar o IE? Eles fazem o que deve ser feito. Reconhecem que não tem o mesmo apelo emocional. Precisam mostrar o que fizeram de novo e o que podem ser melhores. Isso é básico pra quem tem um produto e precisa conquistar a mente dos usuários! Eles tem que ser a pedra no caminho! Tem que fazer todos pensarem! E eu acho que a Microsoft fez bem, só não sei se vai conseguir mudar sua imagem perante todos.&lt;/div&gt;
